Great family run facility. They tried to think of everything to make your stay very nice!

Spaces were only back in. Spaces were way too tight. Had a hard time backing into my site. There were single spots, across from site, which made it hard to get in. I akin to being packed in like sardines! Now, for the staff, they were excellent. I’d give them a 10!! Grounds were very well kept. Would have liked the office to stay open, another 30 minutes.

We had a family reunion in Estes. More than half of us stayed at this KOA. The entire campground was clean & well organized. All the staff we encountered were friendly & efficient. We will definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay but the tent sites were way too close to each other and small. Espicially for the price. The facilities were nice and clean and everyone was so helpful and kind.

Nice people, very nice facilities. Good location for walking, riding bikes, some shopping and excursions if your into horses.

We've never stayed at a KOA before but LOVED everything about it! We are already planning our next trip somewhere else. This location was clean and it was convenient to go from cabin to cabin (if you had other family there). The firepit set up was perfect and my kids really enjoyed the playground. We also made lasting memories, our son lost his first tooth by using the cabin door and floss!

RV Site 30 - great quiet campsite, awesome pancakes, best hookup facilities of the 3 KOAs so far. Clean bathroom/shower combos and nice store. The laundry looked nice and clean - everyone was wonderful.

Loved this little KOA, only issue is no EV charging. I have a PHEV Jeep that uses minimal electric. I feel it should be ok to charge.

The campground was very tidy. Check-in was a breeze. Camping cabin as well as bathrooms/shower room were spotless. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location and views were amazing.

Great location as a base for visiting RMNP and the surrounding area. Clean facilities, spacious tent space with covered patio, and best of all, very friendly and accommodating staff. If you are tent camping, ask for space K12. Its got the best view!

Beautiful campground just on edge of Estes Park. RV sites are close but you are in mountains and everything is tight. They have went out of there way to make it as nice as possible. Staff are friendly and helpful. Place is neat as a pin. The patio sites were amazing with elevated deck and lower patio. Also you are just across the road from beautiful paved trail that goes around the lake.

This was my first time staying at a KOA. I was very pleased with my experience. The staff was extremely helpful throughout the entire 3 days of my stay. The park is super clean and the onsite store was well stocked. They also have a laundry on site that is super clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect on the Eastern side of Estes Park.

We have been coming up here for years . They were so rude when backing us into our spot. Had us to close and the man told me to take a walk and they will have it taken care of while I am gone. Not ok. Kindness matters

We were there for the Fiber Fest! Wish the cabins were a bit cheaper but our cabin was great, close to the bathrooms and we loved watching the kids on the train! And the IceCream Sundays. Your Karaoke couple were a good start (musically they are good!) but we didn't stay to see if anyone else did it. Everyone was friendly and helpful! Thank you!

Very clean! Friendly staff! Only two things negative that I would mention; the light by the ladies shower room was burned out so you couldn’t see to put the code in at night without a flashlight and the other thing was someone had been smoking in the laundry room. It was so bad my friend with asthma couldn’t stay in there. Other than that all was great! Thank you!

It was nice and clean. The bathroom/shower rooms were nice and clean. We had very little water pressure in 1 shower. But overall I highly recommend this koa.

We were happy with our stay. We were able to get the specific cabin that we wanted. After we checked out we were notified that we had left a blanket. This was promptly mailed to us within a couple of days. Thank you!!

Good points: beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains and very easy access to the Beaver Meadows entrance. Under 2 miles to town of Estes Park, where you can purchase fuel for vehicle and food at Safeway. Nice little tourist town with plentiful food options. The hosts are pleasant and helpful. Very good laundry room ($3/load). Clean showers and bath. Our site has a private balcony with a propane fire pit and amazing views of the mountains! Wow. The other stuff: Campsites are tiny and some are literally a wide spot next to the main drive. You won't be able to park your tow vehicle at site with the camper. Limited parking is available inside the park with additional parking in front of KOA office. Water pressure is low, flow rate is barely sufficient to trip our tankless water heater… we had to open the hot spigot at the sink to increase water flow, which further lowered the water pressure in the shower. Consider filling fresh water tank vs running straight from city water. Overall, I'd stay here again.

It was my pups and I's first time here, absolutely loved it. The ladies in the front office were super nice and helpful, they made checking in/out super easy. Wasn't really sure noise wise what to expect because it was a pretty busy Saturday evening, but shoot. We slept like a rock, it was very quiet. We got one of the deluxe cabins and if you're looking into it, do it! Totally affordable for a one night stay in Estes Park during the busy season!

The porch swing on the deluxe cabins was divine! On top of the hill so no road noises...worth the extra expense to have your own space!
