Nice campground with clean bathrooms ! Only things is , You neighbor is going to be just a few feet away because the sites are very close !

Things to improve: have bathroom only availability in addition to bathrooms with showers as showers were often being used when I just needed to use the bathroom.

We had such a wonderful stay! The camping cabin was even nicer than expected. The camp store has everything a camper could need. The playgrounds were great and the train rides were the “icing on the cake.” Thank you so much!

We have stayed here many times over the past 35 years, this was a WONDERFUL stay! So much so we added another night@! The current management / care takers are the BEST we have ever seen here. Every aspect of the property and our visit were very good and enjoyable! I HIGHLY recommend this team running the property be rewarded & acknowledged, they are the best we have seen anywhere in the past 3

On June 27, 2025, when the ambulance arrived with their lights and siren on to our campsite, I would have thought a KOA staff member would have visited or site to check in. In addition, my husband was not able to locate an AED. Hopefully, there is one on site

This was my 4th time to stay there and I have enjoyed each stay! The best campground in my opinion to stay in Estes Park!! I loved the pancake breakfast!’

We loved the cabin! Staff was so nice and friendly. The pancake breakfast was delicious (the cook made my daughter a smiley mouse pancake) and my daughter loved the train ride!!! Wish there were more then 3 private showers.

Great walking access to the lake. Beautiful site at T13. Friendly and responsive staff. Only complaint is wifi wasn't very reliable from that point in the ground, I pretty much relied on my mobile connection instead.

This was our first time here, we traveled from California. The campground staff were very nice and helpful. The grounds were clean and maintained. It is also centrally located to all the areas around The Rocky Mountains.

My wife and I enjoy staying at the KOA in Estes Park, CO. It is a cozy location near the town and has a trolly stop in front of the KOA.

Enjoyed the stay. Park is a little tight but still doable. Upper terrace sights are a little roomier with a very nice sitting area behind the rv with a propane supplied fire ring. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Laundry was super clean and had several washers and dryers. Would highly recommend.

When I got parked in by another vehicle, they were attentive to making them move so I could leave. I came in after hours and registration the next morning was easy. Beautiful place, easy walk to the bathroom for someone with mobility issues. Stayed here some years ago in addition to this trip and will definitely be back. Thanks for all you do!!

Great place to set up base camp and explore the area. Sites are tight but have everything you need. The staff is very friendly and informative. The campground had beautiful views!

Our site was unpleasantly small. No outside space at all. I was mislead about how undesirable the site was by a staff member over the phone. I would not recommend staying here.

Very nice of them to change our RV spot to a cabin because of mechanical issues. Cabin was clean. This was our 2nd time staying at this KOA

The staff were very very nice and friendly and helpful. However, The campground was way too packed with RV’s. They crammed so many RV’s in there we had no parking spot. The dog “park” was tiny tiny. Need more room for pups to exercise.

Good points: beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains and very easy access to the Beaver Meadows entrance. Under 2 miles to town of Estes Park, where you can purchase fuel for vehicle and food at Safeway. Nice little tourist town with plentiful food options. The hosts are pleasant and helpful. Very good laundry room ($3/load). Clean showers and bath. Our site has a private balcony with a propane fire pit and amazing views of the mountains! Wow. The other stuff: Campsites are tiny and some are literally a wide spot next to the main drive. You won't be able to park your tow vehicle at site with the camper. Limited parking is available inside the park with additional parking in front of KOA office. Water pressure is low, flow rate is barely sufficient to trip our tankless water heater… we had to open the hot spigot at the sink to increase water flow, which further lowered the water pressure in the shower. Consider filling fresh water tank vs running straight from city water. Overall, I'd stay here again.

It was my pups and I's first time here, absolutely loved it. The ladies in the front office were super nice and helpful, they made checking in/out super easy. Wasn't really sure noise wise what to expect because it was a pretty busy Saturday evening, but shoot. We slept like a rock, it was very quiet. We got one of the deluxe cabins and if you're looking into it, do it! Totally affordable for a one night stay in Estes Park during the busy season!

The porch swing on the deluxe cabins was divine! On top of the hill so no road noises...worth the extra expense to have your own space!
