We always have a great time but they need more bathrooms closer to the tent sites. That is the only reason I am giving a 4 star instead of a 5.

Gorgeous view. Lots to do. Food, ice, wood delivery. Power outage was restored quickly. We had a blast. Halloween camping is the best!

We stayed for a Halloween weekend. The kids activities were fun, plentiful and, well organized. The text information was helpful and very thorough. There was a small power outage that was communicated immediately and resolved quickly.

We loved staying in the rustic tent site! We appreciate all the things that were planned for families and kids! It will be a trip my little one will remember. That being said there were a few hiccups. Friday movie night was supposed to start at 8:45, it started at 7:45 while we were eating. We asked for wood and garbage pick up on time and it never happened. We waited until 9:45. No toilet paper.

This is the worst campground we ever been too. We stayed at KOA before but not this one. We were not informed about how to get through the gates we sat there until someone told us what to do. Not informed about the outside firewood or the guest fees. The train next to the site is ridiculous and not to mention my girl was freaked out because it looked like there was a camera in the bathroom

No Faults. Just very cold, raining and tent blowing. I'll be back next year when I know the weather will be good. I couldn't stay an extra night because the grandkids would have been scared with the gust of wind. I never used any activities as I got up and packed for home. Even though I was tucked near the fence and trees and truck parked were the wind was coming from. Kids would enjoy it though.

We had a great time. Next time I will pay to reserve my specific site. Also, I would recommend that the bathrooms be cleaned at the posted times or change the posted times. They were cleaned daily around 9am, not 7am. No big deal, but it was a planned walk for us to get to bathrooms from our tents.

The facility and staff are amazing, no complaints there. The campers, whew… This is not a place I would recommend to anyone I care about because of all the unhappy campers. Never have I been somewhere where drinking and yelling at your children is “normal.” Fights at night until 2am, no thank you. Also, our tent site was basically in somebody’s yard and there was no grass for the “tent p

We had a rustic campsite. No where in the reservation process was there any indication that this has no bathroom, nor is it anywhere near a bathroom. I am handicapped and this was also was not anything I was asked about in my reservation process. Everything you offer is for people who can get around easily! We couldn't get out of there fast enough the next morning.

We had the teenagers right next to us who were banging on their tent and screaming until 3:50 in the morning. The only thing that I would ask is that someone can answer the texts when there is a situation like that. The campsite next to us was also txting and ended up calling the police. I would return because we can’t control other people but better/more responsive security would help.

The Emmett MI was the worst KOA experience we have had. We rented a tent site ($43!) but had to leave within an hour of our arrival (10pm when no staff were available). The noise was difficult, but the swamp you have put aside to tents is shameful. Other KOAs we have stayed at typically have an open grassy area set aside for tents. You should be ashamed.

I absolutely love staying here. The staff is great and they always have something to do for the kids and adults. This is going to be my go to KOA!

First time at this KOA.. everything was great.. loved having wood n ice delivered to your site..girls at store/office were very polite but could use some interpersonal skills with the public. Will definitely comeback next season..

We had a great experience during our stay. Our site had a great view of the pond, the sunset was perfect. Lots of activities for my son to do. Pizza and ice cream on site and a fully stocked store. Only concern was multiple unattended children playing on water toys, without a lifeguard as clearly posted by KOA it was concerning. My son did enjoy the jumping pillow and the water inflatable toys.

Staff was very friendly. Campground was very clean. They had lots of activities for families to participate in. We also enjoyed swimming, playing on the floating obstacles course, and fishing. The only downside was it is near an active railroad track and in a tent at night the train woke us up more than once.

The only reason I give it three stars is for the train. Its something that can’t be corrected, but it is quite annoying to have the train horn blaring in the middle of the night when sleeping. Outside of that, our stay was great, even in the rain. The restrooms and showers were very clean, the staff was friendly, and the tent site we were on (R04) was very large. We had a excellent time.

Stay was nice but there was no grass tent pad as advertised and bathrooms were to far to walk all the time. Also a lot of people breaking the rules and the KOA not upholding those rules. To many mosquitos just in the rustic tent area no where else

The site was adequate, however overpriced. All the charges for parking, visiting, and additional people is just excessive.

Everyone was very friendly. Only problem was when my family member came in a second car they wanted him to pay $5 even though I had the pass for 2nd car for him to unload

We love it! It's a very clean park with plenty for kids to do. The beach/swimming area is great! All staff members that we met are very nice and personable. Highly recommend this park!

Our stay at the Emmett KOA was outstanding. Receiving texts messages prior to our arrival & during our stay was appreciated & very helpful. We checked in with Katelyn & she was amazing. Katelyn was so pleasant, answered all of our questions & really went the extra mile making us feel welcomed. The activities ran smoothly & everyone in our group had a great time. We will definitely be back!!

we only had time to stay 2 days but it was enjoyable but we were way in back by a fence and it kinda worried me. since we were all alone and we werent close to other campers

We had the most amazing stay. The Staff was Super friendly and very helpful. We loved all the activities for the little ones. The beach was so much fun Just few suggestions…. A nice kitchen and restroom in the rustic area would be nice We will be back for Halloween Great Job Emmett KOA 5 STARS

The staff was very attentive and friendly. The facilities were clean. The activities were fun. When we did have a problem, the staff corrected it right away.

It's the second time we have been here. Everything was just as good as the first time. Pleasant, quiet, comfortable surroundings and a very helpful staff. It couldn't be better! Thanks to all.
