The campground is very nice. The downside is if you stay in a cabin and have a dog. They are one of the highest priced KOA’s for having a pet. A pet fee each day and a cash deposit when you get there. They even have you rent the towels! We probably won’t be back.

We had a great stay. The cabin on the pond was so nice and peaceful. The workers are very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were very clean. We all had lots of fun swimming and fishing and the kids loved the bounce pillow. Very family friendly camping spot.

We LOVE it here. Mom, Dad and our 7 yr old girl and 5 yr old boy ALLLLLL enjoy this place! Can’t wait to go back! Jimmy is the sweetest! Every worker is so nice and helpful

Every staff member was polite, friendly and the check in process was easy. The fire wood was delivered promptly and the snack bard had tasty food. The campground was clean and the bathrooms were routinely maintained. The rustic cabin, had electricity and heat/ac which made it perfect for the fluctuating weather. We will definitely be staying here again!

Our cabins heat gave us issues all weekend we were there. We stayed warm enough at night but after waking up the heat stopped working both nights. We had to call multiple times . Also the campground ran out of firewood so we couldn’t even stay warm by a fire . Basically we suffered both noghts

The sewer drain was too high, I had to walk out the drain hoses to drain the sewage. About 6 inches to high. Also 20 amp 110V plug not working, told worker but no action taken

This is our 6th year in a deluxe, but some things need improving for the cost. The beds are getting bad, the couch was replaced with a used futon and the rules at the campground are not consistent. We were told to put our electric scooters away, but then saw kids using them all weekend without a problem. More staff needs to be around at night because several sites had problems with noise.

Cabin was very clean and cozy. Mattress very uncomfortable, recommend new (sleep there and see what you think). I understand about the $50 deposit but a notification should have been sent

Everything was great except for one thing. I know its hard to move but where the dump station is gets in the way when campers like myself are leaving the W side of the campground. Its a challenge to make that turn if someone is at the dump station. if the railroad ties were gone it wouldn't be a problem.It would also be nice if you could open that yellow gate by W side to allow an exit there also.

The amenities and activities are always nice but we always get a Deluxe Cabin, and every year, they get dirtier and dirtier. I would bet that they do not do a decent cleaning between stays. Exterior wood is rotting, interior is dirty, random dog crap around the front yard area. It's time to tighten it up.

Had a great time. Felt like cabin could have been a little more clean. Had a funny smell and windows were old so I couldn’t air out completely since some wouldn’t stay up. That’s my only complaint. Cabin smelled like beer, tv didn’t work, beds were hard, noisy til around 3 am. Constant dogs barking. Stepped in human poop in the bathroom. To dark outside at night. Had to lay my clothes outside of the shower on all the mud so I wouldn’t have muddy feet after showering. Was not for us, we left a day early. Couldn’t wait to get home to a real shower and wash everything. Staff was very nic

We appreciate the safety and efficiency of the park. It would be nice to have an after hours cash box for firewood. Closing at 5 on Sunday made obtaining wood difficult.

The cabin we had was not worth the price. It was full of flies when we arrived. The ceiling fan in the bedroom ticked loudly all night long. Outdoor light did not work so coming in out to the campfire with kiddos was unsafe. The door was peeling, underneath of cabins was fully exposed so kids could easily climb underneath. For $200/night, we will be camping somewhere better maintained in the futur

I couldn’t stay my second night cause of check out you can’t Check out till 9am cause the office is not open till then and if you want if you have credit card you could but they have to look at your cabin before you leave makes no sense and no pillows or blankets. I prolly will not be staying there again.

We are sorry you had to leave early. We are working through a new process by taking a cash deposit at check in. In the case of a camper leaving while the office is closed, we have been able to work out a refund the next day over the phone. At this time, we do offer limited cabins with linens.

We got charged $15 for coming in 45 minutes early when we were in between leaving PH KOA and coming to this one. No WiFi & I had to work so I had to call in. No cable TV when we paid for a premium site with cable. A worker was extremely rude & condescending to my husband who was trying to help someone back in. The cost of this trip was high. one would think they would've tried to compensate. Nope.

We rented a rustic cabin for 2 nights during the week. We enjoyed our stay very much. Somehing to recommend: another train ride slot for the kids during the day during the week and weekends.

The bikes really need to be replaced. It was not fun to ride them. It was very difficult and incredibly painful. People should not pay for that.

I booked a cabin because we had a wedding to attend within 3 miles of the camp ground. It was perfect for us, and we have told everyone at the wedding what a great place to camp!! My daughter and a couple of her friends will be camping there in the very near future. Lots of things to do. It's perfect for children and adults alike.

Wifi was very bad. Wristbands need to be changed to plastic ones. You can't expect a little kid to keep a dirty paper wristband on for a week.

Well at 1st I was disappointed my 1st day there my pool was down all day until the next day and still had to pay full price which I did not think that was right since that was whole reason why we picked that place so to keep kids occupied they rode bikes which we still had to pay for

All of us had fun. Accommodations were clean. In the new bathrooms the mirrors were wierd. Gives you a nauseous feeling looking in it. I think mirrors are warped.

A Great Park ! A wonderful place to take grandchildren! Small enough to watch them, big enough that they feel independent! Optical course and aqua park in pond fantastic! Pond stocked with fish for children to catch and release fish! Not to mention the train ride, jumping pillow and mini golf!, Gaga pit, and wonderful Miracle playground! Hunts brother pizza and Ashby’s ice-cream!

Jimmy and his staff have done an excellent job! Our grandkids loved it, and there was lots of activities for them to be involved with. The fireworks display was more than we expected, and we will definitely be back.!!
