Great park and well located in a quiet county setting. Campers are respectful of noise and space. Wifi did not work unfortunately which was a minor inconvenience from a work perspective (self employed and needed computer time to take care of admin duties so had to hot spot instead which due to signal was also spotty). It was an easy 45 minutes to the MI Amphitheatre for a Saturday Night concert

There were alot of activities for our 4 grandchildren as well as clean restrooms and laundry room. The employees were very helpful. We will definitely be coming back.

Everything was great friendly staff clean campgrounds. The only negative is the dump station on the way out OMG what a cluster.

Site E01 is not recommended for larger travel trailers. Due to the conditions of the site i.e. pitch, roll, dirt, etc. The grounds need some work. I had an extremely difficult time hitching/ unhitching because of these these conditions. I would suggest pop-up campers or units smaller in size when booking these sites along the tenters. Especially sites E01 and E02.

This was our first time camping. We chose Emmett KOA Because it was close to home in case we had any “hiccups “ The staff was amazing! So helpful and courteous. Our campsite was perfect and the amenities were fun. Our family had a great time. The only reason I didn’t give them a 10 was the campsite next to us partied till the wee hours of the mornin. It’s close to our home, sight was to small to keep my truck so we had to park in the lot, Truck was hit. Staff could not care less. Seemed liked they cared more about their restrictions, every time we turned around someone was getting corrected. We love staying at Emmett KOA! There is nothing that we don't love. The pond is fantastic. Our 12 year old was either fishing or swimming all day long. The bouncing pillow and playground was great for kids of all ages. This campground is well maintained and the owners are extremely friendly and welcoming. I personally love the feel that you are secluded from the "real world". I highly recommend!!!

Difficult to get in. No where to park to go check in to get gate pass. Dump station blocks gate access. Lake looks wonderful lots of activities.

Overall our stay was very good. Everything was clean and easily accessible. The only issue we had was the camper next to us in P13 had two dogs that barked pretty much all day. They did not bark at night after we went to bed or I would have gone down to the office and complained but it was still annoying that they barked all day. Other than that we had a great stay.

Employee escorting to site no help with backing in. Neighbors Saturday were loud till 12:30/1 am. The hookup for waste was high above ground. The bike rented was nice. Before seemed bikes were too rusted to use.

Not our favorite KOA. Pre-season with no activities, very limited office hours at high season rates. Obnoxious campers partying until after midnight caused many sleepless nights. During the day additional constant noise from season campers mowing (really?!) or other constant groundskeeping activities. Lowest site on campground prone to flooding.

Having camped here the last few summers I was impressed with the updates! A complete new playground and floating water rafts/slides for the kids. As usual the grounds are spotless. The gas grill at my camp site worked wonderfully & was clean.

We loved coming here! It was our first stay at this campground! I love how we didn’t get charged for activities my kids wanted to do! It was clean! We loved how shady it was!! We will be back very soon!

Camp staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Delivery of firewood and pizza was a plus. Appreciate the improvements you are making to the campground. Suggestion--work on the wifi access and add boosters to the campground. We had to ask for the wifi router(s) to be reset as they were not available at all on Friday, from anywhere in the campground.

The front desk ladies were so helpful in my time of need, helping me fix my camper. Jimmy the old timer driving around was also so very nice towards every camper 10/10 recommend

We LOVE the Emmett KOA!!! We spend 2 holiday weekends there every year and we wouldn’t go anyplace else! The grounds are beautiful, the staff is beyond AMAZING and the activities are out of this world! Thank you Jimmy and family for another great Memorial Day! The Klein Family

The only thing I would change is how loud the DJ was and maybe only run it until 9. If your camping right by the Pavillion it is very loud and when your trying to put little ones to sleep or want to just relax by the fire you cannot do that.

Not only was this our first time at Emmett KOA, but it was also our first time camping as new RV owners. Our Memorial weekend was perfect. Everything at the campground was great. Our kids loved the water floats, going to the park, catching frogs, riding bikes. They were busy the entire weekend with fun activities. You can truly tell the owners take pride and joy into running their campground.

Camp ground was very nice. Lots of activities for all ages. Still have to contend with the few rude and thoughtless campers who are noisy all night and leave trash everywhere.

We had the best mothes day weekend here! We fished sun up till sun down, planted plants, rode all the bikes and even saw the Northern Lights over the lake!

It was very nice place and the people who help run it in the office are very friendly and helpful. They were there to help in any way, everything was cleaned, and nothing was left around. We have stayed at KOA's before and never had an issue.

In 40 years of motorhoming, this was truly the WORST experience! We got txt at 2pm 5/12/24 that the camp office closed at 3! With no directions how to enter the locked park, late leaving staff (all high school kids) got us signed in. Assigned space too small! Final space required 18" leveling front to back! In dirt. Roads and spaces mostly dirt/mud. Manager off site for days. Horrible!
