We absolutely love Emmett KOA. This was our 3rd out of 4 trips this season and I'm already booking next season. The staff are amazing. The grounds clean and well kept up.

The staff on arrival was great, but overall very disappointed-this was a KOA Holiday, yet we could not connect to either of the guest WiFi sites on any of our devices as the signals were too weak. When we inquired at the office about poor WiFi the person said we needed to be closer to the office to get WiFi. Plus the ‘cable’ TV’ signal was extremely bad with most channels too ‘snowy’ to

Human disappointment was the four-person bike rental. They were exceptionally heavy, which is a big problem when the tires are under inflated. Notifying desk personnel did no good, as they stood there with a disempowered look on their face. When a customer returns a rental within 15 minutes, you know there's something wrong. The stay was good. The quiet time rule was not enforced. There was very loud music from a campsite 5 or 6 sited away that started just before 10;00pm and lasted until 12:15am. With all our windows closed in our motorhome it was terrible. We were located near the office.

Myself and my family love Emmett KOA. It is so clean. You can walk to every activity and isn’t too busy like some of the others we have stayed at.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of activities non the weekends for the kids. Every year Jim adds or improves on the park. Beautiful trees but wish there was more grass on the lots.

Entering on check in was very chaotic and felt unorganized but after that everything went great. Bees were quite an issue and my daughter was stung. Bathrooms where always clean and campground always look nice.

This campground is a true gem. It's the perfect size - and the kids love it. Between the beach, wibbit, fishing and the pillow, we couldn't ask for a better place.

WE have been coming to EMMETt KOA for years. New owners have made some more improvements .Very clean campground ,friendly staff ,and well stocked store .

Need more food choices and the hours should be longer. The ice cream store should be all day not just certain hours of the day.

Great stay, a big family attraction due to the swimming lake. Staff was very helpful assisting me in backing into a great, but difficult site. The location was excellent for our travel plans.

We brought our 5 grandkids to Emmett and they had a wonderful time! So much to do, they were never bored! Thank you!!

The pipe for the grey/ black tank drains on the full hook up sites set up so high it is hard to drain your tanks, and for the people that have to use the dump station it’s located right at the front gate on the same side as the in coming traffic, really make no sense and makes it hard for the people trying to leave that had full hook up because they get stuck in line since it’s the only way ou

the place for the RV is too small,too loud no relaxation so we had to leave early. Not so recommend it annoys us about the waste time.

The sites were very small like they have to smash as many campers in as possible. Having to pay extra for a motorcycle that we had to park outside the gates did not sit well with my husband. The swimming lake looked okay but I don’t know if it gets tested for bacteria or not so did not swim. Other than that, the workers were very friendly and helpful.

We have been coming since the 1st year Jimmie and his family have owned it. Each year we notice more improvements. The lake and beach are marvelous and the path around the lake is the perfect place for walking. The grandkids love the floating play structures in the lake as well as the slide. However the wifi/cable needs improvement. We will be back next year!

It is a beautiful campground my big problem is the corner lot we had was on the the road that site should never be rented the staff was very friendly cars as they came around corner was less than 2 feet from where we satverydangerous for children I tried to get a camp site changed but they couldn’t plz check site p18 not a good site for anyone

Had a good time, love the lake and all the floats in the lake, kids had a lots to do, and kept busy , I like the idea that it is a smaller KOA. The only complaint I have is the water smelled like rotten eggs.

Great play to stay with lots of activities! A big sign at the entrance on where to stop with your RV before the gate would be helpful. Since you can’t get in without a pass card, it would help not blocking the gate area!

Campground was under powered running as low as 104 volts not good for AC unit or Refrigerator. 87 yr old parents came to visit for a day, went to the office the day before to allow them to drive in and no communication to employees and they made them park in visitor lot approximately 1/4 mile away in 90 degree heat. When I got involved they let them drive in. Poor WiFi & cable not working !!!

We arrived aroond 1pm Friday Aug 8, 2025. I was unaware there was a $15 charge for early check in. I have never before in my life been charged that. Started off on wrong foot. Left BAD taste in my mouth. I asked them if I checked out 8am on Sunday could I get that $15 refunded? No. We ended up leaving Saturday night. Our site was P22. Very small. All dirt. No grass.

The kids had a blast! Really enjoyed the campground. Only complaint is that our entire site (#48) was a mix of sand and dirt. We felt filthy the entire week. The owner did tell us that they plan to do a heavy set for next year and that would definitely be an improvement. Next time we’ll stay at a cement patio.

Jimmy and his staff have done an excellent job! Our grandkids loved it, and there was lots of activities for them to be involved with. The fireworks display was more than we expected, and we will definitely be back.!!
