This is our 3rd year here and we have been so amazed of how the staff is so friendly and everything is so clean. Even though the weather wasn’t the greatest we still had a blast playing all the games, doing arts and crafts, riding the train, and getting ice cream. We will for sure be back next year.

Too crowded. Campsites close. You need to explain the cabins better. The cabins might be deluxe, but they are not all the same.

For the amount of money we pay for the cabin, the mattress is absolutely terrible. It was so bad I drove home the last two night and came back in the morning. Staff was non-responsive and rude.

Honestly, if we hadn't stayed there many times before, I'm not sure if I would come back. This was the first time that I was unhappy about some parts of our stay. The beach and fishing we amazing as always. It was having to switch cabins during our stay, and some amenities weren't available to us. The Snack Bar was closed, and I counted your pizza as one of our meals. You'll see us again!

I met my siblings at the campground for our annual sibling trip and from the moment we got there until we left, it was amazing! The staff was so kind and helpful and the little store had everything we needed plus some!

We had a couple of issues in our cabin that were responded to and remedied very quickly. We were dismayed to see the removal of the trees and vegetation across the lake. It takes away from the rustic nature feel of the campground.

The cabin we stayed in was very clean. It even had linens, towels, dishes, cups, etc. We got our wood delivered. Also there was a good craft show when we were there. I would definitely recommend this campground to a friend!

It was the end of season and nothing to do since it was a Sunday to Tuesday stay but that’s ok. We very much enjoyed the quietness and the comfort of the deluxe studio cabin. The owner and his daughter are so friendly and make you feel so welcome.

We had issues with power/lights in our cabin during our stay. I also was not impressed with the upkeep of the campground, plants were dead, bathrooms were not as clean as they've been in the past. My main complaint was the continous smoking/smoke smell in the bathrooms. The smell was horrible. We most likely will not be back.

We hope you were able to enjoy our Halloween festivities. Unfortuantly, we did experience power issues for a day. We had an electrician on site and discounted camper stays. Many of our flowers lost their bloom due to the temperature drop. Our staff does their best to keep up with our facilities.

When we first arrived we were told no pets in the cabin when we entered the cabin we do as we normally would and clean if from top to bottom moving the furniture sweeping underneath things that don't move and etc we found dog treats in there and it was filthy I suggest telling your "house keeping" to put away the phone and actually clean. And 10 dollars for new towels! Ridiculous.

Thank you for your feedback. We do not allow pets in our deluxe cabins. Our rustic cabins are pet friendly. Our staff does work hard to ensure cleanliness of our cabins, we appreciate this information to better check cleans. We are new to providing linens and working out these policies.

Cabin full of ants, including the bed. Mice destroyed all the food we placed in your cupboard. Lost about $75 in food. Love the campground and personnel, but the rodent and insect invasion was very disconcerting to all. The reason for a cabin, was to avoid such issues. Thank you.

We appreciate your feedback. We do our best to handle mice and ants. Unfortuantly, this is the time of year for rodents and insects looking for warmth and food. We do suggest to everyone to take precaution with their food as one would in a camper.

I was disappointed that my Tv didn’t work for 3 nights in my cabin..I inquired but nothing could be done.. other than that my visit was ok..

We are glad to hear you were able to enjoy majority of your stay. Unfortuantly, we are struggling to have someone come out and fix a cable line that was burnt through after a camper moved their fire ring. We hope you will come back and enjoy your next stay to the fullest.

We had a couple problems with lights going in and out in the water side cabins and one with no air conditioning

Another great visit to Emmet KOA. We've been coming for years, and love love the staff, the lake, and the small size of the campground. Already planning to return in 2023 once sites open for booking.

This was my first time having a cabin ever and it exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and perfect for my daughter and I! We are hoping to plan more trips next summer!

On the first day we arrived on Friday , the bathrooms were clean . Then as the weekend progressed, less workers and poor bathroom conditions. cabin #2 noted two screws on the top bunk of our child's bed , the top bunk has no true railing to keep you due to the mattress being so thick, so we told him to roll towards the wall and we noted the rusted screws. great park store and water bounce area.

The cabin I would get at the other KOAs had sheets blankets and pillows and towels. This one didn’t and I was far from home to drive back, so I had to buy them from the nearest store that was very far away. Very frustrating.

A lot of areas of the grounds need some major updates/upgrades. Renters beware of the bike rentals, they are extremely stiff and the staff won't tell you, but campers will! They rent for 30 minute intervals and run $6-10; total waste of money and your knees will hate you afterwards. You will probably get stuck going down the waterslide as well as the sprayer barely works. But the site is CLEAN!

We were told, 2 tvs, cookware and cooktop and none were provided. Arrived Sunday and by Monday night, a horrendous smell in the kitchen. Ice cream to be served between noon and 2 and never happened! Won’t ever go back or recommend to anyone. Very disappointed!

I was disappointed that I paid so much for a DC and every day the office and all activities including the pillow were shut down by 5pm. I get it you were not super busy end of August, but there were people there that expected the daily activities and pizza and got nothing.

The Staff was friendly and everyone was very helpful and everything was clean. The cabin we stayed in the double bed felt like I was sleeping on the boards under the mattress and after 2 nights I was ready to sleep in my bed again. All in all my 3 kids had fun and want to go back and we probably will again sometime in the near future.

We had 4 campsites and 2 cabins in our group. We stayed in a cabin. The cabin we were in was very clean. Our friends and family were very happy with their accommodations as well. We came to this koa in 2020 and didn't think we would come back. I'm so glad we did! The staff were very friendly. I think the young lady pulling the train Saturday had as much fun as the kids! My grandson had fun!!!

This was our first time at Emmett KOA. All of the staff were very friendly and the campground is very clean. We loved that there was so much to do that was free. We will be back for sure!
