This was our first time at Koa Emmett. We had the most wonderful time. My boys loved everything and I essentially loved having a campsite right across from the park. We liked it so much we booked in again for September. The sites were nice and spacious and the amenities were clean and up to date.

Check in was easy, firewood was delivered quickly, the bathrooms were clean, the campground was quiet at night. Plenty of things for our 2 year old to do! He loved the bucket rides, playground, ice cream, and pizza! Great place for family camping

We arrived after office hours on a Sunday. Having prepaid the process for letting ourselves in was simple and the site was gorgeous, spacious, well equipped with a grill, picnic table and comfy Muskoka chairs arranged around a fire pit. Only comment is ignore the direction signs when figuring how best to access your site. I would love to have stayed longer.

The upgrades to the campground are looking amazing and the campground is very well kept, you can tell the family that owns it takes pride in the property and making us guests feel welcome. We can’t wait to enjoy all the activities this summer.

We always enjoy our stay at Emmett Koa. Everyone is always welcoming, helpful and kind.the owners have been working hard making some needed changes, and the park is looking beautiful!

P21 site is terrible unless you have kids. So small, worthless in my opinion. I really miss the texting, but I understand they are working on it. Possibly better prizes for bingo also.

We love Emmett KOA. The kids always have a blast, plenty for them to do even when the weather isn’t great. The new pull thru sites are great and spacious as well.

The only thing that I would say is that the scavenger hunt that you offered last weekend took my kids over two hours to complete, which was amazing in keeping them busy that long. But the prize at the end was a little piece of candy, they instantly said they won't do it again next year and that it was a waste of time. So,maybe next year give a store credit of $5. Kids ages ranged 8-13 years old

One of our favorite campgrounds. Staff is always great and helpful when you need. Lots for kids to do. Only issue we had was a few dogs off leash they came to our site. Other than that everything was great and we will be back opening weekend!!

We encountered a few polite, pleasant employees, but one older gentleman was particularly rude, on two separate occasions. Also, we've come to realize that you should probably have a lot of expendable income to camp at a KOA. The sites are SO SMALL, we felt claustrophobic. For these reasons, we'll stick with state and county parks, where there are a LOT less rules and regulations.

Starting to nickle and dime - charging $10 for the overflow lot? The place is already overpriced for what they have to offer. Now there is also a 3 night requirement for the Halloween weekends? My kids are in school so that’s not possible. Paid for wood, left for a football game, came back to a cold night with no wood. And the parking police could work on his bedside manner. We always have a great time but they need more bathrooms closer to the tent sites. That is the only reason I am giving a 4 star instead of a 5.

Prefect family campground. These guys do a great job, owner is onsite and it shows. The team here works around the clock to make sure your time with them is a good one, from start to finish. Clean, quite, organized, and rule breakers are dealt with.

I have some issues with the Emmett KOA. I am very disappointed there is no longer a Sunday morning hot breakfast. Also, the $10 KOA Select My Site fee, when I am already paying you a deposit for a specific site. Not to mention the $40 fee to park a second vehicle at your site. Family's with kids sometimes have school activities etc that require a family to drive 2 vehicles to the campground.

Overall it was excellent- only negative was the entire campgrounds power went out for a few hours, and thankfully it was restored before our grandchildren arrived for trick or treating event. Staff was amazing and restrooms very clean!

Gorgeous view. Lots to do. Food, ice, wood delivery. Power outage was restored quickly. We had a blast. Halloween camping is the best!

We stayed for a Halloween weekend. The kids activities were fun, plentiful and, well organized. The text information was helpful and very thorough. There was a small power outage that was communicated immediately and resolved quickly.

Jimmy and his staff have done an excellent job! Our grandkids loved it, and there was lots of activities for them to be involved with. The fireworks display was more than we expected, and we will definitely be back.!!
