The amenities are amazing! Restrooms were always spotless and the showers had great water pressure and were nice and hot! The grandkids loved the lake and bounce pillow. My only complaint was that we were in a tent and there were a couple LOUD groups (yelling) past 11 pm and quiet times were not reviewed at Check In. It was difficult to find the after hours phone number to ask for help.

Everything was great, our group does enjoy our time there. Although this year our group did notice the staff was not as friendly and welcoming as in past years.

Everything was wonderful. Lots of activities for the kids. Friendly staff . We stayed in rustic cabin that was super clean and perfect for our family. We bring a group of 5 campers and get cabins and sites near each other. The bathrooms are super clean and tended to several times a day. Only suggestion I have is a need for a bench or hooks for your towel and clothes so they don't get wet.

Beautiful, lots of amenities, and bathrooms clean. Campsite #11 is garbage... I chose that campsite based on location, but upon arrival, both campsites next to me were parked in our way and there was BARELY enough room to park our small 21' trailer. The two trees in the center of that site make it impossible to extend the awning. KOA needs to to do better helping park the corner pull-through.

The cabins are tiny and while they say 4 persons or 6 person cabins it's not 4 or 6 adult people. The 4 person cabin can handle 2 adults in a queen bed and the bunkbed set is really ideal for younkids only. Adults (unless they are small adults) would have difficulty sleeping in the bunks. My daughter and her husband tried it and couldn't do it. The lake is ideal for everyone!

Family resort . Kids screaming pass 10pm ! I suggest a corfue for kids under 12 on their campsite after 9h00pm

Emmett koa is a very relaxed campground. Does not feel like staying at a theme park like some of the others feel like. Lake is clean for swimming and fishing. Kids love the dance party and outside movies. Have stayed here multiple times and will continue camping here.

The KOA campgrounds and staff were just great!. Maddie was an excellent escort and was extremely helpful with getting us set up with a new site as our original site was under water when we arrived. Would also like to thank Nathan for taking the time to help me with a cable issue at the campsite. This is a very well run campgrounds and would highly recommend taking your family here.

This was our 2nd time staying here. We stayed in cabins 1, 2 & 4. The obstacle course on the water was amazing! So much for the kids to do! Where it all went bad was on our morning of check out my sister found she was covered in 100s of bites. It was bed bugs. They had someone come in and spray and covered their laundry but it’s been a psychological nightmare since hoping we didn’t bring them

We were not happy that there were a young girl and a younger boy that don’t understand that we drive risks that cost over six figures we booked a pool through for easy in and easy out and they want to insist we pull into your site seven which is not a pull through, but they said they would make it one by moving the picnic table. Though it rained for most of our trip the staff was excellent and the facilities were always clean. Beach was always tidy for when we got to use it and the new location for the bouncing pillow is nice if you need to keep eyes on multipul kids.

staff was very friendly and helpful. We are seniors and don't take advantage of any of the activities for kids. It would be great if when booking only for adults and no children the fee would be less. Just a thought

Everyone is extremely friendly an helpful. Had a great time there my grandsons had a ball fishing analysis of them enjoyed the website out in the water.Its the second time they wanted to go there

All of the staff was friendly and helpful with all of my questions. I love that there was so many activites for all my kids to do. They range in ages 12-3. It was such a welcoming campground. The only issue I had was the tv not working in my cabin. A staff member did try to come fix it but it still didn't work. The bathhouse was always clean. We wil most definely be back again!

We love Emmett KOA and stay often. We would suggest a few changes though (the DJ on Saturdays is very loud and runs late (when little humans needs to go to sleep, if you are in a site close to the pavillion its so loud), we wish there were more benches or seating by the park for parents, and the far bathrooms in the water/electric area should have some sort of bench or shelves/hook for your stuff

Emmett KOA was an olay place to stay, a smaller and more woodsy feeling version of Port Huron KOA. The sites are very small, I could barely park my truck in front of my camper, and side to side it's narrow there isn't much room. The lake is a small manmade one, the beach is very tiny, and It's a clean campground. Site 64 was not great at all

This is the first time I stayed at the campground for a Holiday like the 4th. I was very impressed with the activities for the kids and the fireworks were really good!! Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful like they usually are when we stay at other times. Great Job Team KOA!! We liked it so much we booked for next year with the grandkids!!

This is a great campground with a lot of activities to keep the kids busy! We really enjoyed our 4th of July stay with Emmett KOA. My only suggestions are to provide a paper copy of the activities in the check-in packet & possibly add supervision to the jumping pillow or a separate toddler jumping time. There were lots of older kids doing flips, making it hard for the younger ones to jump safely.

We stayed in the Rustic tent area. The spots were really spacious and we enjoyed them. The lake was well maintained and we loved the inflatables and catch and release fishing. Employees were really helpful and nice. The only complaint is that our bathroom closest to the site was non functional. We had to walk further than we would've preferred to use the bathroom/shower. Overall great experience

Jimmy and his staff have done an excellent job! Our grandkids loved it, and there was lots of activities for them to be involved with. The fireworks display was more than we expected, and we will definitely be back.!!
