Wonderful, clean campground that is family oriented. Thanks for the friendly staff that put on multiple events all weekend long. Our site was very level, didn't see any that were not. Love the mature trees! Already booked future dates.

We loved it! Was not expecting the fireworks so that was a nice touch. My kids always love the winter and jumping pillow, definently one of our top 5 campgrounds.

The check-in process is horrendous. Trucks and campers backed up to the road. For the second year in a row I had a power issue once the park filled up. The voltage dropped to 97v at the lowest point and varied between 105-107v a lot of the time. This caused the breaker on my pole to overheat and fail. For what it costs, it is unacceptable to have to worry about voltage drop damaging your A/C.

We had a great time. Next time I will pay to reserve my specific site. Also, I would recommend that the bathrooms be cleaned at the posted times or change the posted times. They were cleaned daily around 9am, not 7am. No big deal, but it was a planned walk for us to get to bathrooms from our tents.

Terrible KOA. Noisy until 3 am. Wanted to charge a $15 fee to check in early. No mention of that on their KOA page, WIFI didn’t work. Overrun with kids and adults with no manners.

Campground itself was good. No pool. The water inflatables are fun. Not impressed by the staff shortages that caused the train ride and snack shack to be closed during our stay. Also our interaction with the owner/manager was not pleasant. He was rude to my husband over where our vehichle was parked on our site. Posts are so short and not painted that we hit one with our vehichle.

Awesome to hear you enjoyed your stay!! We are sorry the train does run during the week during our busy season, between Memorial and Labor day. Our snack bar is available daily throughout our entire season during posted hours. We hope you will give our park another experience.

The place was nice and quaint.., we were in a deluxe cabin where the air didn't work for the first 24 hours. I am on oxygen, breathing is ROUGH in the heat. Finally the next day (last night there) Tony had a new air unit put in. Before that we asked to be moved, there were units avail. Instead she offered FREE PIZZA we didn't take!! Very disappointed in that compensation. !!!!!!!!!!!!! Not good

This campground is a kids paradise. Grandgirls loved every minute. Rather costly though for grandparents on a fixed income to rent bikes at $5 for $30 minutes. Also don’t feel it’s right to charge paying campers to pay for parking their separate vehicle. But, clean and friendly campground hosts and workers.

We really enjoyed this day. The campsite was great with the cement slab there. The lake was great for swimming and all the inflatables out in the water were awesome. We had a great time. Thank you.

Our friend had air conditioning problems on a very hot day. There was an open cabin to flip them to, but it was not “comparable” so instead they offered a free pizza for their trouble. When it’s 90 degrees out and humid, I would expect better treatment of campers.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. We often prefer to fix the issue rather than ask a camper to pack up and move. In this case we had a fix within 2 hours and didn't want the camper to have to pack up all of their belongs to move to another cabin.

The food and ice cream was not open due to their staff going back to school. I had to ask to have the mining turned on. Staff was not very friendly and did not get a text with a way to contact if we needed anything. Sunday the store closed at 6pm and no one was told they were closing early. Campsite was not very clean. There was magnetic sand everywhere on the picnic table and ground.

Great little campground. Lots of stuff to do and very attentive staff. Lake was very good for fishing and for swimming. Seems in the middle of nowhere but if you know where to look it’s actually close to many places to see. Go there and enjoy.

We loved our stay in the cabin on the pond! Perfect location to watch the kids fish and swim and still be able to be at our cabin. We will be back next summer! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The pizza was delicious!!

Another great stay with Emmett. From check in to the camp site and there after everyone is friendly with a smile. One thing I would ask and have in the past is please make every effort to be sure campers are not burning trash, specifically plastic ! Perhaps campers can be warned when checking in that some have health/lung problems and plastic really sets it off. Thank you see ya next time.

What a nice campground. The staff was amazing. I misplaced my phone and they had five staff members helping me look for it. Very appreciative of all their efforts. Make this a stop on your next journey thru Michigan.

We loved our stay at Emmett KOA my only complaint are the mini bikes/motorized bikes racing around the campground that made me feel unsafe letting my kids walk around (fear they would get hit) and where loud, also the smoking in the bathroom by other guests. I wish they had more activities during the week, one day they had beach games but no one every came to play them with the kids

We had issues with neighbors that stayed up drinking till 2 am loud blaring music - asked them Politely to tone it down and was told to shut up Karen - only because my husband is law enforcement did I keep my mouth shut.....

This year was our third consecutive stay at this KOA and we love it. It's quiet and peaceful with a really nice pond for swimming and fishing.

My granddaughters and I enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly & helpful, bathrooms were always clean. Loved that everything was included. Our site P13 could use a little work. It was on the corner, very little grass and the fire pit was so close to the road so you couldn't tell where the site ended and the road started. Luckily there was very little traffic. Would definitely camp there again.

We camped with the grandchildren. They loved it. Everything was in the middle of our campsite… the park, the bouncing pillow and the lake. Loved that it isn’t a huge park. Will definitely be back.

The stay was perfect! Our grandchildren loved the lake, the bikes and the jumping pillow. Our daughter liked the deluxe cabin. It fit her family perfectly and worked well for a single parent

This is our favorite campground. This year we brought 2 new families with us to camp. The kids had a ball. We brought 9 of our grandchildren over to play for the day and they had a ball. The campground is clean and safe. The water features make it fun for little ones up to teens. Thank you for a memorable vacation

What sets this park apart from other KOA's I have stayed at is the staff. They do a fantastic job keeping the park neat and tidy and are very warm and friendly to both kids and adults. I was skeptical about the pond but it is amazing. Water was warm and the bottom is all sand without weeds. Only negative is that they charge for propane on the deluxe sites where a KOA barbeque is provided.

Everything was great, the only complaint I have is the showers this year the water barely got warm, last year they were good so I'm not sure what happened. We go every year.
