Overall, our stay was great. Our family really enjoyed the activities provided. The only thing that was not enjoyable was the quiet time. Camp sites are so close to one another that adults don't respect other campers and quiet time after 11pm is not enforced. its very hard to get your kids to sleep when adults are playing games at 1am ( i.e. corn hole). but overall it was a fun camping trip

Stayed with 2 families in 3 camping cabins. Loved being by the lake, the train ride, jumping pillow, ice cream and delicious pizza. A/C worked great. Loved porch swing!

This was our first time staying at a KOA. It’s great if you want to camp and not worry about ever leaving the campground! There are so many fun amenities/activities for the kids and adults too. We had a great time!

Grandchildren had a ball It was great to be able to relax while the kids played. Texts we’re appreciated Staff was very sweet. Everyone was helpful and kind Bathroom needed more attention on the weekend and the cold showers were not fun. Our well water in Florida is the same temp as the showers in the north bath house

This was our 7th annual Emmett KOA camping trip. We absolutely love it!!! Our only complaint would be that we’re not able to visit for the day (when not camping) but we understand. Can’t wait for next year!

We definitely enjoy our time at Emmett KOA with the grandkids. It is the perfect place for kids to play in the water, fish till their hearts content, ride bikes and just be a kid. The park is clean, the staff friendly and helpful. We go just for the kids to have a great time and boy do they. You don't need to leave the park. Everything is right there for them to have non-stop fun.

We only stayed one night with our pet, but we found the campground to be very family and pet friendly. The RV camp site with full hook-up, concrete patio, furniture and a gas grill was excellent. The variety of family/children activities (water playground, fishing, mini golf, bicycles, pizza/ice cream canteen) make it ideal for a family summer vacation. The restrooms were immaculate.

The staff is super friendly and attentive. They have safe fun for kids and adults. The water on their lake is treated and clear, you can see the catfish swimming by your feet. I am looking forward to planning another trip here with my family.

We had a rustic campsite. No where in the reservation process was there any indication that this has no bathroom, nor is it anywhere near a bathroom. I am handicapped and this was also was not anything I was asked about in my reservation process. Everything you offer is for people who can get around easily! We couldn't get out of there fast enough the next morning.

Great campground. We have a large family and camp here every year. Everyone always has a great time. Friendly staff, super clean cabins and grounds. The beach and lake are great! Thanks again for all you do. The DiPaola Family

Signage is lacking to find cabins. Our cabin was decent and the amenities were great - the kids had a blast. Very unhappy about add-on costs - a fee to park a second car in the parking lot, bike rentals, extra adult fee in 6 person cabin.

we just stayed for one night to celebrate my wife's birthday. There were just the two of us and our family of three little dogs that love the new smells. The park is very clean and well maintained. The entire staff are friendly and informative. This was our second overnight visit this summer. We are trying to go once a month to Emmett, it is a relaxing getaway.

We have been camping here for a few years and once again the grandkids had a lot of fun . I like the improvements the new owners have been tackling.

I was so happy to see the improvements made here! The lake is back up to normal levels and cleaner:) The lake front cottages got new roofs which was a big plus because now the wasps can't make their nests! The restrooms were kept clean. I had 5 teenage boys with me and they had a great time!

Great place for kids. Only being able to have one vehicle at the campsite was inconvenient. Staff was friendly. Park was clean. Will stay again.

Staff was very courteous. The owner checked with us every day to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. I like the way the campground is family orientated.

Everything from the campground to the cabin to the restrooms were very clean and well kept. The employees were all super friendly and helpful. I appreciated the text messages throughout our stay to keep us informed of the different activities that were happening as well as the hours of the shops. It was our first time staying here and we will definitely be back next year! We had such a great stay!

Lots for the kids to do. Not much for the adults. Sites are small and crowded. Not a lot of nature to enjoy. Not a great place for dogs. Not much for trails. Kids had fun swimming, fishing, putt putt and balloon jumper.

Our family always has a great time at this campground. The kids love the inflatables in the water, fishing, jumping pillow, basketball and playground! The owners and staff do an amazing job, are friendly and go above and beyond for the campers!

Lovely quiet campground with lots to do. Friendly and welcoming staff of a well kept campground. We loved swimming with the fish and relaxing after a day of driving. Close to home so we will be back. Loved the Christmas in July decorations.

My daughter and I have been camping here for many years now and absolutely look so forward to it. This year, however, we were surprised that the beach sand was not grated like it always has been in years past, there was no ladder to the floating dock, which made getting up almost impossible, and putt putt needs some attention. Still loved it here, but definitely needs a little TLC.

Jimmy and his staff have done an excellent job! Our grandkids loved it, and there was lots of activities for them to be involved with. The fireworks display was more than we expected, and we will definitely be back.!!
