Great stay cabin was clean so was the beach other than slight trash that blew from other campsite quiet place and pizza was good

When we got there, it had rained and our site was completely flooded. It took us asking 5 times to get them to switch our site. My wife had said something in the store and the owner Jimmy was there and he walked right out and ignored me. Then when my I approached him, he stated he could not help us. We had to look at the different sites and went back to the store and asked to be switched.

First visit to this KOA location. Beautiful 4 day weekend at Emmett KOA with my family from the weather to the amenities and activities. Staff throughout the entire park was always kind, considerate and professional. Only complaint is how sore we all are from all the much needed exercise. Will definitely revisit in the future.

All of the emplyees were all so pleasant & happy to help & be there working. While our stay, our camper water line ended up cracking and leaking. An employee offered help after making rounds and just talking with us. He ended up having a spare used part to get us through the stay. We were extremely grateful and made our trip so much better. Excellent service up & beyond. Thank you Emmett KOA.

Stay in the deluxe cabin was great. Only wish the door closef properly and hada screen door as well. Overall great stay.

The first few days of our stay we were getting 7:30am text reminders of quiete time hours. Then they stopped and started up again at the end of the week in the evening which seems to be a more appropriate time for them to be going out, the mornings we got them was a shocking awakening. Our cars passes stopped working and when we asked for new ones we were given attitude about coming and leaving

We really enjoyed the activities and the dance party was a lot of fun. It would be good to see in advance what activities are planned for the weekend not when the text is sent. Will be back next summer!

Only complaint sewer hook up is in poor location. Activities, ice cream,pizza very good.

We like this campground very much. This is our second time staying here. But our campsite was not enjoyable. The site was on an angle and complete dirt/sand. It was campsite 73, I just think that maybe it needs to be leveled out for guests. And the bees were atrocious this year. Again, something I do understand but maybe could spray for them or something…

Good campground, but Our site was very Sandy, not much for grass. A lot of bees while trying to eat meals, sit with family, drink our coffee. Many people walking through and behind our sites going to the jumping pillow.

It would have been better if we had young kids. All the amenities looked great for the kids. The lake and all the water gear was really nice. Check in was a little hectic and the dumpstation is in a really difficult place if you are on the west side of the campground. It's also competing with the last two KOA's we stayed at which were outstanding.

Thank you for your feedback. As newer owners we have been observing the difficulties of check in, the dump station and camping store locations. We do our best with our current set up and hope to improve it in the nearer future. We hope to see you back for another camping trip.

A very busy KOA. Nice facilities and grounds. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Recommend adding another bath house and laundry.

Annoyingly rude staff, horrible sunday dump line, ridiculous rules. Wristband policies for 50 yr olds who are paying to stay w/o full hook up are not going to rip off the campground. We are good people. You guys think we will rip off a campground for $5 when we are paying $80 per night (plus another $5 per person for wristbands, and another $5 to park our second car)? Never going back. Sad.

Loved the thorough communication from staff through text messaging. The park is always clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay very much!

A ton of stuff for kids to do! Kept really nice. They have pizza and ice cream but there was confusion in where and how and when you order. Mostly young girls running the place so unless you ask a lot of questions you don’t get the run down on what is offered.

I reserved a site type. It was changed with notifying me via email a week later. However email was not seen. A phone call would have been appreciated. If we new before check-in we would have been prepared with a mat as we were expecting a patio. A refund was suggested if we leave which to me is not fixing issue. Spoke to owner next day who offered a mat. Stated mgr will b by next day who never did

There is a few silly policies. Spend a lot of money nightly to be price gouged on firewood. Can’t park two vehicles on the lot. Employees get in the way when parking camper. Claim its policy. Kids had a great time tho.

We had a great experience during our stay. Our site had a great view of the pond, the sunset was perfect. Lots of activities for my son to do. Pizza and ice cream on site and a fully stocked store. Only concern was multiple unattended children playing on water toys, without a lifeguard as clearly posted by KOA it was concerning. My son did enjoy the jumping pillow and the water inflatable toys.

Last night power fluctuated then went out. Reset the breakers on the pole, checked my trailer breakers. Electrician friend camping across from us came and checked the pole said it was a bad breaker. Other than that all was good. Called the office on the way out and they said they’d send someone out to check before next camper checked in .

It rained the last 2 days if our stay and our near grass-less tent site got muddy real quick and made a mess of everything for us so that dampened our experience quite a bit ( pun intended). Woods chips or gravel or even some sod in some much needed spots would be greatly appreciated. The mud got on our clothes, feet, equipment etc. Shower heads in family bathhouses need replacement ASAP (rust).

The stay was good but, after it rained Saturday night, the road in front of our sight was flooded. It was not drained and whenever a car came by to fast it splashed water & mud onto the paved sitting area. Also the water brought what looked like mulch onto the pavement. Nobody bothers to at least sweep it off. Tracked it into our camper.

Pros: Staff friendly & helpful, very clean facilities, fun activities. Beach was great. Cons: questionable privacy in the lady’s showers. I’m short but I could see over the top of the shower doors, meaning nothing is left to the imagination if someone walks by while you’re changing. Sites are more cramped than other KOAs we’ve stayed in but not as bad as some RV parks.

Deluxe Studio Cabin. Very comfy-loved paper towels, dish soap & kitchen towels were provided. Beds were OK-for a campground, Loved the beach, water pillows, playground & ice cream/pizza. Septic was cleaned 5 TIMES in one day- Smelled sickening-Very offensive!! Should do early or late season- w/less campers present. No key given @ck in, had to go back to sign form employee forgot. Staff very nice

Great campground for the whole family. Majority of the spots are shaded with tall trees. Plenty of activities for children and adults. Will keep coming for sure.

Staff was very friendly. Campground was very clean. They had lots of activities for families to participate in. We also enjoyed swimming, playing on the floating obstacles course, and fishing. The only downside was it is near an active railroad track and in a tent at night the train woke us up more than once.
