A little noisey due to proximity to I-90

The Ellensburg KOA park itself was very disappointing, from the dead flowers flanking the entryway, dirty laundry room, filthy coffee pot in the office being offered as a AM beverage to the guests and to the unkept and rude office staff. They said they preferred a bad review over making their guests happy!! That says it all!! This park needs to step up their game and make things right!

We ended up at Ellensburg KOA due to some MH engine problems. This is not a $100 a night KOA! While the sites are level, electric is good & the water pressure & quality is good there are many things missing that would make this worth the price. The grounds have seen better days, the grass needs attention. We did appreciate the Fri. night dogs & margaritas and the Sun pancake breakfast. Overpriced!

The check-in was easy, parking spot great, only thing was shower and bathroom really needed cleaning bugs were all over floor looked like they had been strayed but not cleaned up toilet was gross

I did not stay at your KOA. When checking in, the wrong name was selected and whoever was renting the site never looked at the receipt. This was done for two transactions in a row. I have only stayed at this KOA a couple of years ago.

The area of our campsite was barren and off putting. Campsites are packed next to each other, apparently for maximum revenue, leaving people with no privacy. Kids three-four sites away were making lots of noise until after 10 pm. Lots of litter, which we picked up.

The staff were very nice and helpful and they accommodated an early check in. My only problem was with the site itself. It was a non hookup site which I knew and was fine with but it was a lot of money for a dirt site with no grass. It was essentially a parking lot. I expected a bit more for my money.

Staff was great. We had a problem with yellow jackets, which they dealt with immediately and solved the problem. The hotdog and margaritas by the pool on Friday were also nice.

Having a escabator dig up an adjacent sites electrical box from 8-11am our last day along the river disturbed our final morning tranquility. Else is was fabulous stay

Great sites and people. Access to large riverfront. Adequate facilities. Hwy overpass provides pretty sufficient wind block. Will continue our "now" annual Yakima trip with KOA!

We have stayed at KOA's across the country and this KOA is by far the best . It is extremely clean. The bath houses are clean and comfortable, the K9Kamp area is well maintained and very comfortable. The staff is super nice... everyone of them. There are plenty of activitithis KOA is by fares for kids. The campsites are spacious & clean, everything about this Koa puts it in the number 1 position!

The assigned site not what we paid for. Back to the office to find out we were lumped in with a group of 30 or so. Manager's note should not have included us. Finally to the site we paid for. Day 2, we were informed that we were in the wrong spot, but not what we were told or vehicle placard showed. Then we were told they couldn't find us in their system. Training is important to avoid this.

I thought it was a little expensive for just power and water and the site they gave me was not level. I needed to be moved because I did not have enough blocks . I had stayed there before years ago and had a good experience, but I don’t think I will again.

Dump station is in an awkward place, as you either have to turn around, to be able to dump, or back up to dump. Other than that, it was a good stay.

This Journey rivaled some of the Holidays we have visited. The staff was friendly and courteous. The layout was nicely done and the facilities were thoughtfully placed. We will come back if circumstances allow in the future.

This is one of our favorite campgrounds! Yes, the landscaping doesn't look like Augusta golf course but it's a great stop. We stay here to fish around ellensburg which makes the on ramp convenient. Staff is awesome, pool rocks, playground is nice for kiddo. Going to be our second trip there next weekend! Thank you staff!

The landscape is really haggard but this is a severe drought year. Nice staff, nice mature trees, the river is close by, and it's a very nice overnighter.
