Friendly Pets Welcome!

We allow all breeds at this KOA, however, we do not allow any pet that is loud, annoying, aggressive and/or territorial dogs of any breed. All dogs must be on a leash at all times and never left tied up, roaming free, or outside unsupervised. The first two pets are included in your rate and additional pets are billed at $3 per night, which helps cover the additional costs of insurance, maintenance, pet waste, clean up, and risks.

Repeat violations and irresponsible pet owners may be asked to leave without a refund.

Please call for cabin pet policies with additional fees and pet deposits.

Pool Hours

Pools are open May 15 - September 12, from 10 am to 10 pm.

Swimming in the Yakima River at this location is strictly prohibited due to the dangerously swift current.

Campfires

Please do not leave campfires unattended. Please extinguish/douse your fire before retiring for the evening and leaving your site for the day or before you check out of the Campground. We will allow campfires at our park unless we are under a County or State-wide Burn Ban. Occasionally, if it is extremely windy/gusty in our area, we will ask our campers not to light a campfire and will refrain from selling wood in our Camp Store. PLEASE DO NOT PUT TRASH OR GARBAGE IN THE FIREPITS - FIREWOOD ONLY.

Quiet Hours

Quiet Hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. We have a security guard on duty Friday and Saturday nights to enforce quiet hours. The security guard is also on duty Thursday and Sunday nights during Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day Holiday weekends. All guests will observe quiet hours as part of campground etiquette. Any guest who does not abide by quiet hours will be asked to leave the campground without a refund.

Speed Limit

Please observe the 5 MPH Speed Limit throughout the Campground at all times.

Parking

Most sites only fit one RV and one passenger vehicle at most. Please park on gravel pads and in approved parking spaces, not on the grass. Never park in unoccupied sites. Do not park on the grass. Not only do we take pride in our grass, but there are underground utilities, plumbing, PVC waterlines, sewer lines and electrical. You're responsible for damages and our staff is here to help you avoid those hidden dangers. Check with the office for additional parking areas.

Visitor Policy

Everyone is welcome, they just need to register first.

All overnight guests and daytime visitors must obtain a vehicle permit at the front office before entering the park. We use yellow permits at this KOA and any vehicle without a permit displayed will be kindly asked by staff to return to the office to obtain a permit. Vehicle permits are $5 each and guests/visitors are $5 each. For your convenience, these fees will be charged to your account and the permits will be delivered to your site automatically if you fail to register at the office in a timely manner. Sites are limited to the maximum of six guests and community areas are available for larger gatherings with prior approval. These fees help us cover operating costs such as cleaning, maintenance, waste disposal and insurance for the safety and enjoyment of all our customers. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Guests entering to "drop off or pickup" or anyone wanting a quick tour of the park will receive a temporary permit free of charge.

Repeat violators may be assessed the required fees, asked to leave without a refund and vehicles without a permit will be towed at owners expense and liability.

Daily Trash Valet

We offer daily trash pick up at your site every morning! Place your contained trash, tied up in a bag, out by the street every morning before 11am and we pick it up after that. Never place it at the curb after 11am and never leave it outside overnight. We accept bagged up household waste only. Loose trash blows around and may be considered littering. There are no trash bins or dumpsters onsite, just the daily garbage pickup service for your convenience.

Fire pits are NOT trash cans!

Your site and your guests are your responsibility. Littering, trash and debris will not be tolerated. Littering will result in a $25 fine automatically assessed to your credit card on file, so please double check your campsite and fire pit for trash and cigarette butts before departing.

Generators

We do not allow the use of Generators at this KOA, without prior approval from management.

Firewood Alert

Buy It Where You Burn It.

Help prevent the spread of Invasive species and wood-destroying insects. Any loss of trees would devastate our campground. This KOA does NOT allow outside firewood. We sell firewood delivered to your site for your convenience. Bringing in your own firewood is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. Outside wood not obtained from the front office is not allowed at this campground. Thank you for your support and cooperation.

Outside firewood will be confiscated. Repeat violators may be asked to leave the park without a refund.

Fire Works

We do not allow the use of fire works in our park at ANY time.
