Very unkept and dangerous. The pool area had cracks everywhere and was a fall hazard. The pool itself was cold and not clean. The extra things like pancake breakfast was very disorganized. This is the worst kept koa I’ve been to and would not go back. The people were nice, that is the only reason I gave it higher than a 1 star.

Your facility and accommodations is very nice but to no fault of your own the Hwy noise level is way too much to be able to get good nights sleep. Knowing this now, next time I’ll come prepared with noise cancellation ear buds �

Tipi was not stocked as advertised. Thankfully we brought our own extra blankets and heater or we would have had to go sleep in the running car. Cleaner used in fridge could not have been food grade as it tainted our produce with chemical smell/taste. Told office person at check out and there was no offer to attempt to remedy the situation. Could be ok in summer if freeway noise is ok with you.

Very friendly staff and a great location! The cabin was very clean and included a fridge, microwave and TV. Bed was comfy. Restrooms are always clean. Can’t wait to go back.

The cabin that we were in was clean and warm. The fridge and microwave was a great addition. My puppy gave the dog park 5 stars. We will be bringing the whole family on our next trip.

We did not have a pleasant stay. There were rats inside the tipi, and we barely slept as we spent most of the night trying to keep them away. The heaters also provided very little warmth, so we had to layer up heavily just to get through the night. The location itself was decent, but overall the experience was disappointing due to these issues.

The staff was so nice and accommodating to our situation and to let us have the best cabin after our RV broke down and we couldn’t make our RV reservation. The cabin was perfect and the campground was clean and in a pretty wooded setting. Great location to everything we wanted to do. Thank you Ellensburg KOA.

We arrived @ 9:00 PM after a long day of packing & driving. We found our envelop w/ key & printed materials w/o issue, parked w/o issue & entered our cabin w/o issue. We found our cabin satisfactory. Good thing we had linens in the car, for my son's bed was bare & AC had been running all day on 60. We slept. Took lukewarm showers, & departed before 9:00 AM. Didn't interact w/ a human at all. $164

Will make this an annual stay again. Campground was clean and very well kept. Cabin we stayed in was great! And they had fun things to do each day we were there.

The owners were so loveley ! We had a wonderful stay! The pool was my kids fav spot, the showers and restrooms were very clean and the cabin was too ,, overall great stay! We will be back!

Cabin was infested with ants and smelled terrible. Almost like something died underneath my cabin. Pool was extremely run down. Nice river spot, but that’s about the only good thing.

The TiPi's though nice, were right next to a freeway overpass and there are active train tracks close by. While they are river front, you're not allowed to Swim in the River and the fishing is catch and release.

Noisy, dusty, no amenities, cabin was really smelly. Cabin had no utensils, no bedding provided for top bunk, gave us 2 towels, mini fridge smelled like something died in it and tiny bottle of shampoo, was way overpriced and had to pay a deposit. I have stayed at a lot of KOAs but this one I will not be back to. Remodel and upgrade the campground and cabins.

Having the option of staying in a full home was amazing! Some adjustments I would recommend: for up to 8 people you need a full size table with chairs. The bakers rack is unnecessary. Also you need at least 1 full size coach with pull out. The space allows for a sectional or a full size coach and love seat. One with a pull out that accommodates 2 guests. Please provide TP and trash bags. Thank You

This is the 2nd time staying. 1st was a tent. Good experience but expensive for just 1 night. The 2nd stay was in a cabin, it was nice, plenty of room but the ac was awful. It was 93 outside and 91 inside. The pool was very refreshing and clean!

This year we stayed in the manufactured home that the staff uses. It was big and clean with good amenities however, it was kind of like it wasn’t quite ready to be used by the public, lots of kinks to work out. The staff were very friendly and responsive. The Teepee was awesome, the kids loved it and it was very comfortable. The site was very nice and there were lots of things to do on site. The only downside was the traffic noise.

The staff were friendly, kind, helpful, and professional. We stayed in a cabin and it was very nice. Park was clean and very nice. 2 minor complaints are the cabin being so close to the highway and the fire pit was a little too small.

Stayed with my husband & 94yr old in-laws in deluxe cabin & had the time of our lives. Everyone was helpful & friend. Mother-in-law toured the teepee & wanted to stay in it next time. Thank you KOA for these wonderful memories.

The landscape is really haggard but this is a severe drought year. Nice staff, nice mature trees, the river is close by, and it's a very nice overnighter.
