Only a one night stay, our first in our Escape Trailer picked up in Chilliwack, British Columbia at 10:30 am, then through customs and here. Easy check in, then guided to our site. Great location on Yakima river, easy hookups, peaceful nights sleep. I hope to be able to visit this area again and would stay here.

The whole park could use a lot of grooming, grass isn’t really grass, weeds and rocks, nice large dog park, office is clean and decorated nicely, friendly staff. Too expensive for what it is.

Very friendly staff. Washrooms really need some upgrade. After staying at the Lyndon KOA the rate for rv site at Ellensburg was hard to justify.

The location is very convenient to the highway and nearby restaurants and fuel stops plus a local RV/Truck wash. The spots are cozy and tree covered. Two items need attention; a little more prominent signage directing to the spots as well as the spots themselves AND heaters in the shower/bathrooms. Looking forward to my next visit.

Beautiful surroundings. Clean. A bit noisy from the nearby highway. No heat in the freestanding shower building (away from the main building) which made for a cold experience on a cold October evening!

Staff was friendly and helpful. I didn’t realize how close to the highway this campground was when we booked it. Road noise was pretty bad until we got used to it.

Very nice and clean park. Alot of extra amenities that are fantastic for families with young children. Also very reasonable for rentals of camping extras such as a propane fire pit. It is also very easy from the interstate. Would like a bit more separation from my neighbor, but that may have been my particular spot. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at the Ellensburg KOA. Great customer service. We arrived after 6:00 but late check in was efficient and easy. Everything was clean and maintained. We had a spot near the Yakima River which was lovely. We saw eagles catching fish and deer wading through the river. The traffic noise is loud but to be expected due to proximity to Interstate 90.

Great time! Friendly staff. It was cooler temps so not too many tent campers, but lots of RV campers. Loved being right next to the river. It was beautiful.

Only an overnight stay, no issues. Camp was clean. The road noise never bothers us, we use a sound machine. Either way, folks that complain seen to forget that Journeys are for quick access on and off the highways. Of course there is noise.

We were led to #45 but the power box was about 45’ from our trailer and we only had a 30’ long cable so we went to office and told Angy. She said we should love to #44 but had to pay $10 more as it’s a fancier site. We loved and saw that we had been charged an extra $19.80 bringing our payment to over $100. Great staff, awesome location. The store inventory was quite pathetic though. I realize it’s only a Journey-they had 2 pregnancy test and 2 drug test kits but ZERO gallon size bags, pickles, ranch dressing or ice cream!!! …… Really!!! Who does the inventory for them?

At check in, we were placed in a cheaper site even though we paid for a deluxe (patio/grill/space) Staff said they weren’t sure why we were moved. Did find a deluxe spot for us. Stay after that was good until checkout. Asked for a delayed check out (2p instead of 11a)…told deluxe site was going to be $25 fee instead of $15 on website which seems steep. Staff very friendly and helpful. Loved that the pancakes were actually made on a griddle and not by using a machine. They were perfect!!! This KOA has a lot of various activities for all ages. I would definitely stay there again.

Angy was very helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the dog run. I have a large dog and he could chase the ball until he was worn out.

Nice location on the river. Challenging to get to exiting from I-90 westbound. Intersection is horrible. Bathrooms were serviceable. Shower stalls were tiny and could not close the door without moving the tiny bench. Clean though. Nice enclosed area for dogs but dirty/dusty

The sites and facilities were very clean. ALL the staff were very kind and accommodating. They even put our dogs (she's blind and deaf) needs into concentration! We will definitely come again!

The landscape is really haggard but this is a severe drought year. Nice staff, nice mature trees, the river is close by, and it's a very nice overnighter.
