Great campground and friendly staff. We needed a place to stay for one night while passing through and another night while on our way back home. Pull through spot was level enough I didn’t need to unhook, which saves us a bunch of time when traveling.

Didn't stay there. Couldn't get there because the Mountain passes were closed due to bad weather conditions. They refused to refund my deposit. Don't make an advance reservation with them when you don't know if the I84 OR or the I90 WA mtn passes are open.

The standard KOA cancellation policy requires 48 hours cancellation notice. Our campgrounds does allow for a 1 time courtesy move if you would like to change the dates of your reservation and not lose your reservation deposit.

On the steep side for what I got. $76.00 for one for power only as I was out of there at 6 AM on my way. Not to be dome again

We have stayed before, we love being by the river. I do wish that the online reservation part was updated. The sites we requested didn't have water to them yet so we had to change spots to get water. Also it would be nice to have "off season" rates when not all of the facilities are up and running. Like state and federal campgrounds do. The staff was great just wish better online communication.

Thank you for your feedback and so glad you enjoyed your stay. From Nov 1st to the middle of April the exterior/river sites have the water turned off to avoid pipes freezing. Guest can stay in these sites but are notified that there is no water.

Staff were very friendly and have been very accommodating. Tite was clean and everything worked as expected.

This was our first trip with our travel trailer and it was perfect. The grounds were clean, especially the bathroom. It was quiet. Staff were friendly and picked up garbage daily, which was great. It was nice to have a map at check in with hand drawn arrows of how to get to the site so there was no guessing. I would definitely return to this KOA.

Was a lovely campground. Unfortunately the WiFi was nearly non-existent so that was a bit frustrating. Otherwise we had a nice stay!

dirty and unkept sites. Stayed at KOA in Ely NV and even with 3 ft of snow sites had fresh gravel and clean. You need to do a lot to keep up at 60 bucks a night

Thank you for your feedback, from November 1st through the middle of April we our under our winter hours and staffing. Most of the campground is closed due to the potential for freezing pipes.

Stephanie was super nice and so was Lyndsee. Clean and well maintained spaces. I didn’t know the launch was open, but I didn’t ask. Will stay here again.

We had a great time on our motorhome test run. The wind was a bit fierce at times, but other then that we enjoyed our stay. Not like anyone can control the wind lol. The staff members were awesome and very helpful. The grounds were clean, the kids were able to play at the play grounds without worry. Deffinatly would recommend staying here, summer time would probably be a bit better weatherwise.

The restroom & showers need help staying clean. The shower in the morning was so very cold. It is very dark so it feels just a bit unsafe.

Your feedback is appreciated. Our bathhouses are thoroughly cleaned daily and checked on frequently. During the winter season with frequent snow and thaw there will undoubtedly be footprints if there is high use of our campground bathhouses after office hours.

Owners are nice. The cars/trucks coming in and out of there to go fishing made me nervous especially cause they pass by the park, not necessarily going slow. Not ideal and people can come and go out of there 24/7 it feels like. Not much security either. For a quick weekend stay it's ok.

Thank you for your comment.Since our campground is on the banks of the Yakima River it is a popular site for fisherman who like to make use of our boat launch and riverfront fishing campsites. Every guest is expected to follow posted speed limits and security rounds are done daily and every night.

Had one little hiccup, the details of which don’t matter. The KOA staff were awesome at resolving it which is what does matter. We’ll be back.

No services , dogs locked in dilapidated motor home barked continuously no one there No number to call, No security no internet water not on the whole site looked third world with old and cluttered RV’s In general the KOA standard not there We will never return Your $60 fee to stay was over the top and we would expect a 50% reduction for this stay as we found that to be in line with your se

Our campground works with limited services during our winter months. Guests are informed of this when they make reservations. Certain campsites have the water turned off to avoid pipes bursting during freezing temperatures. After hours/information number & WiFi password is provided on your site map.

Very friendly and helpful employees, especially Tony, without his help we would be stuck in Ellensburg for a while. Long, wide and level pull-through. We enjoyed our stay.

The K9 camp had a lot of dog food in it. This is reflective of the dog owners and not KOA. Perhaps patrol it more and let folks know. There weren’t too many campers there, so it was obvious who the culprits were.

Not happy! Located at far end of empty camp ground where close washroom was closed. We were always situated close to facilities in other KOA that had lots of vacancies.Guys with 2 trucks a trailor and a tent were right beside us.They had a wood stove in the tent that spewed smoke all night. They were also up and noisey during the night.Lastly it was the most expensive campsite in 3000 miles!

We have always given this KOA high ratings, however with this last stay I noted something that needed attention. The laundry room really was in need of cleaning, Also, there was no times posted as to the washers and dryers and no sink or broom in the room. Usually, guests will help keep an area clean if they have what they need to help out. Still love this place!

Your staff were amazing - in particular, the ladies at the front counter helped us get connected to the help we needed to get our motor home fixed and in the road again. They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.

We arrived late, and in the dark it was difficult to find the site, as numbers are hard to see at night, spots are very close together, had another unit pull in next to us in the dark, when there were many other available sites.

Amenities were in poor condition. Broken washers and dryers with no signs. Office was closed before 4 pm, so we couldn't leave early without forfeiting tge money we lost in the broken machines.

Wonderful. The only complaint is that the showers never did get warm.

Nice clean park. Close to highway so there’s highway noise. Nightly rate is extremely expensive We’ve stayed at KOA Resorts that are cheaper.

It was so nice to get out of the house during the COVID-19 "Stay at Home" order. We are so grateful to the Ellensburg KOA Team for being open. In our 2nd home we felt FREEDOM again. The air is crisp, the birds are chirping, the leaves are starting to come out, and we are just as safe here as we are at home. Common sense guides the protective measures against COVID-19. We will be back. FREEDOM!
