The playground and game room were good entertainment for children. Wish the sites had a little more privacy.

No wifi. Told us to wait for wind to die down???? Sent staff out with a coax cable to help. If I doesn’t use a coax. Said repair guy wouldn’t work on it

The site itself was beautiful…but it was obvious that there is issues between the upper management and the site managers.

No one in the office but worked out just fine. Nice camp site. It was freezing the night I stayed so didn't see much but looked worth a trip when it was warmer. River runs right next to the camp.

No one on site even though it was supposed to be open. The place is a mess bathrooms were dirty and the dog walk area had poop everywhere. Definitely would not come back. The place looks like it was forgotten about.

Staff was polite and accommodating; providing excellent service. Facilities were clean and in good order. Campground is beautiful. Good entertainment for kids. Picnic tables and fire rings were in good shape.

First time disappointed in my stay at this campground. The breaker on my post was broken and was hard to use. Also took the pup to the dog park and there was so much poop that we left. Some was days old so I know they are not looking at regularly. Even though owners should clean up after their dogs, the park needs to clean up after inconsiderate users within a day or so.

While the facility was clean, it was tired looking and there were things like no door knob on the restroom (had to put a finger through a hole to open the door.

My son and I stayed in mid October of 2023. We had a spot on the river in my trailer. Spot along the river seem to only have water and electric but there is a dump station if needed. Very nice campground. Clean and kept. Very large lots which was nice, you don’t feel like you are right on top of other campers. Nice clean bathrooms and showers. Really have no complaints. I’d stay there again.

I’ll be honest. When the weather is good stay away from Ellensburg KOA on weekends. It’s a bit of a circus. Especially the evenings. Otherwise it’s a pleasant place, with friendly staffers who don’t hesitate to go out of their way for you.

We only stayed one night but it fit our needs. We liked that it was outside of town a little bit but still very convenient to get food and gas.

When it says “free” Wi-Fi and then there is none?? Can’t send pictures, can’t stream. Office women was not friendly, said about Wi-Fi oh we have no control… what ? of course you do! Every other campground we get Wi-Fi in has control. Won’t be going back to that one….

We do have free wifi. However, it is spotty here and all over the Kittitas Valley. Contrary to the opinion of some, managers and staff do not have control over the wifi and are not able to fix it on the spot. Wifi is braodcast over radio waves. Mountains and tall structures can obstruct the signal.

Cable tv not as advertised. First stayed at this park nearly fifty years ago and it would appear that not a significant upgrade has ever occurred. Consider it an OK parking spot.

Paid for an early check-in at 0930, when I arrived after 1000 someone was in my space and did not leave until 1100. KOA still charged me the early check-in fee. And the clerk was snotty about it. I get supply and demand but they are too expensive for what you get. You will have to travel a bit further but avoid this place.

Our check-in time is noon. We do offer early check-in for an additional fee for anyone who wants to check-in even an hour before noon and it is based on availability. We do not guarantee early check-ins at a specific time, especially if another guest is on site and has until 11am to check out.

Nice campground overall, but lacking in services. Micky-mouse cable set up that after spending 3-4 hours trying to get to work, asked office person and they said the owner was too cheep to get basic cable. over the air was non-existent. For a mobility limited person this sucks. Very dirty and muddy off of the rv pad.

We make it clear to all our guests that we do not offer cable TV. We have digital antenna instead which is at the mercy of the broadcasting airwaves. Our sites do not have rv pads. They are gravel sites. When in nature, it is expected there will be dirt which rain may turn into mud.

Our stay here (Oct 2023) was so pleasant we extended our stay & were loathe to leave! Very impressed with the way they positioned RVs in the sites. Utility sides together, back to back. No living spaces were next to others’ sewer hookups. Wish all RV parks did that. Yards were very spacious. Recently under new mgmt. Friendly mgr and staff are working tirelessly to improve the park. Our site was nice by the river. The managers were not truthful about tv, we had none. They also closed the bathrooms close to us after one night without notice. We are older and it was not appreciated. Even the employees we spoke with are disgruntled and get constant complaints from the KOA guests. It just isn’t like it used to be and that’s sad. Paid too much for what we got.

Our staff always makes it a point to correct people who ask about our cable TV hook-up, and tell them we don't offer cable TV only digital antenna which is at the mercy of the broadcast airwaves. Closing one of our two bathhouses was a last minute directive to the managers at the end of busy season.

We have been coming here for 20 years.. Its always been a great place to camp. Prices are getting a bit steep. Almost 250 for just 2 nights when we used to pay half that.

This campground has always been one of my favorites. This time was no exception, the camp host were great and very helpful. I had reserved a Deluxe 50 AMP site with the patio and was offered a 50 AMP Buddy site which was not acceptable to me, so I asked for them to move me. They kept on until they got one that satisfied me which was a Patio site but only 30 AMP which was still okay.

It was a nice, quiet stay.areas very clearly marked. Right next to the river. Close to local services and groceries. Morning service was great, trash service and propane tank refill when needed. The only thing I will do different next time is grab a full hookup so I can catch better Wi-Fi for my work video calls. But I had reception in all corners of the property

Second stay. Great customer service. Large pull-through site which was private and peaceful. Cable TV didn’t work and over the air reception was poor.

A good place to stop in. The laundry did not have a coin machine and it was a bit expensive for a campsite. $71. But that's kind of what you get with a KOA, and this specific campground probably doesn't have much control over that. They had a very clear area to register for the night if you came in after hours, which we did.
