Friendly staff. New owners are definitely better than the old owner. Everything was great. The only recommendation I would have is to try to green up the camping areas or quite telling people to not park on the grass at the RV areas as there really is no grass.

Enjoyed our stay, but have to comment on the location of the "premium sites" directly across from the sani-station and the pungent aroma �. Staff were courteous and friendly.

This KOA seemed to be run down and in need of work. The sites were very dry and dusty as were the in park roads. Our fire pit was a shamble. The staff member checking me in was preoccupied with speaking to her husband on the phone and did not go over all the details of the park. It's probably one of the lower end KOA's that I have stayed at and we have stayed at many.

I had an absolute blast during my stay. Yes, it’s near a road which is sometimes noisy and the grass isn’t green. So? I say it’s easy to find+access being right off the highway. We’re in a drought, lawns are absolutely useless + it’s in the valley. Idk what others expect? It’s RIGHT ON THE FREAKING RIVER! It’s absolutely gorgeous. Plus a pool! Such a great deal! Grounds not maintained. No grass and lots of weeds. Pads were nice and level, but adjacent area not level or maintained. Dog park not maintained or cleaned. Unfortunately many patrons didn’t pick up after their dog, but crew didn’t tend to it either. Lots of crew on hand, saw at least ten on July 4 morning. Maybe why it was so expensive to stay there. We stayed on our way to The Gorge. It was very nice. I wish the pool would have been open, but repairs have to happen. I would stay here again.

This park is good for an overnight. Close to the freeway with lot's of amenities nearby. Good water pressure.

We arrived after hours, no problem. Map with spot was waiting for us. What was missing was: how the heck to get to our spot!! Map showed filling road under the bridge. Notice at bridge says “No RV”. Which was smart because of 10’ clearance! KOA knew we had a 34’ RV. Major problem

Keep on driving! This is the absolute WORST campground that I have ever stayed at. The bathroom facilities are dirty along with moldy showers. There were opoid overdose kits located throughout the campground including the checkin stand - made us feel unsafe. Very high rates for a total dump.

It is so run down and just dumpy. The gals in the office were nice but; that’s it. I would not recommend anyone stay there. Clean it up and water occasionally.

Grass is dry/burnt at each site. Lots of old, expired tabs, dilapidated RVs. It looks like a lot of people living there. We came to this Koa in 2021, it was not in this state of rundown. Also, no beer/wine in the shop. Pool was closed for the year....

Horrible KOA - pool wasn’t open and no prior communication sent to campers (we simply would not have gone if we knew the pool was going to be out of order for the weekend). We didn’t get the site we paid for. According to the map in the KOA app, I was put in a “deluxe tent site” and not an RV site. (The maps in the registration office are different than the maps on the app and website).

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were warm. Recreational pedal bikes are available for kids and adults. We were really looking forward to using the pool, but it was closed for maintenance. And also the ground was hard and lumpy at our site near the river.

We opted for a patio with furniture. The furniture was pretty dirty and unusable until I cleaned them. Wouldn’t take much time to hit them with a power washer I would think. Anyway, just a suggestion.

It was not bad. There was quite a bit of left over dog crap all over our campsite that was not obvious to the naked eye. Stepped in it Numerous times. Got in our camper our cars, It was everywhere. Nicely asked for a shovel & someone offered to clean up. Which helped but it was all over. It was insane. Our friends next to us had 3 kids & we had 2. With them & us, major pain.

Horrible bathrooms—-dirty, sink plugged, toilet clogged, hot dirty Overall grounds were just dirt. Worst KOA I ever stayed at. Tried to put us in a dump area on the other side of the road with no internet service, after saying they were sold out. Then miraculously found us a spot with internet when we were going to leave !

We felt crammed into a spot and had neighbors on both sides. We had a tree with huge roots so some of our space was unusable. The front desk offered to move us but by then we opted to leave two days earlier than the reservation we paid for. Restrooms were dirty and the dump station had no water for flushing gray and black lines. Not the best experience for KOA Journey.

The gal at the desk who checked us in went out of her way to make sure we got the spot that would best serve us and our dogs. She did this without being asked to. I was impressed.

Issues with not having ice, lots of children in pool without supervision, pool seems to be falling apart. We loved the river, clean camp sites and big shady trees.

No complaints. We are KIA members, and I made reservations over the phone. Very easy. Got in after closing, and our endows wait for us. Just hooked up power and filled our water tank before we left. The dump station wasn’t the best, but it worked. I would like to have a water faucet at the dump station, but we got by ok.

We've been camping for many years. First time at a KOA. Single overnight stay. Campground felt very crowded. KOA price was expensive compared to other places we've been that had better conditions and amenities. Liked the family atmosphere. Facilities were clean and well kept.

The sites we rented were undeveloped; it was literally a gravel pit. The bathroom facilities were inadequate for the number of people staying at the campground. There were no hook ups and they charged $75 for one night. We don’t mind paying that if we have hook ups and a level parking pad. The campground was poorly designed and in need of maintenance. The only positive was the river flowing.

OMG, what a great group of people running this place. We arrived 1 hour before the ribbon cutting and Hawaiian Luau and the first thing the said was "you're invited to our Luau". Celebrating the new owners. The staff was great, site was level. We were there just 2 nights recharging our selves. Plenty of children having a great time in the pool. Certainly would recommend this K.O.A.

This is one of our favorite campgrounds! Yes, the landscaping doesn't look like Augusta golf course but it's a great stop. We stay here to fish around ellensburg which makes the on ramp convenient. Staff is awesome, pool rocks, playground is nice for kiddo. Going to be our second trip there next weekend! Thank you staff!

The landscape is really haggard but this is a severe drought year. Nice staff, nice mature trees, the river is close by, and it's a very nice overnighter.
