They were very accommodating for last-minute reservations, great customer service and clean! Busy weekend and accommodated the long line of trailers that were trying to empty before they left.

Was very crowded. There didn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason with placing of the motorhomes the The Yakima. rivers, the only thing going for it and most of the time you couldn’t see it because of the placement of motorhomes, you can not use the river so being on the river was not, a High Point .. grounds were not well cared for and the woman’s bathroom was dirty.

Gayle and Athena was extremely compassionate and friendly of my situation. The camp felt safe and all camp personal was busy keeping it clean. I highly recommend this park. The river is beautiful, my Goldens enjoyed the dog park and I noticed many families having fun.?

We were put into a spot that had a big cottonwood tree. A week before we arrived. A limb that came off damaged a pickup. While we were there a second limb fell off and put a couple of holes in the roof of the RV next to us. And one of the limbs hit our Rv but fortunately our RV was not damaged. enjoyed the pool and river! Sure close to the freeway...but not bad because steady "noise" :) Nice feature to have outdoor movie night on Saturday! (and great feature to have the popcorn for us!!!) Very close to Carey Lake-a very fun addition for things to do.

Power went out for 12 hours. Not campground fault. Pool lining is in need of replacing or repair. Very dusty but understand that it’s very hot.

Questionable when there is Narcan in the bathrooms. Seemed understaffed because checkin a minimal attention to detail. Would not stay again.

Nice park right off the highway. We only stayed one night on our way home. It had a nice pool to cool off after a long day of driving. Very friendly and helpful staff at check in. Older but clean bathrooms and showers.

We lost power and water for one of the nights which the staff worked on through the night. Other than that it was a great trip.

We experienced a power outage at the campsites from 8pm Sat 7/20 to Sun 7/21 in early am. Called office about 10pm and was told the power should be in around 10:30pm. It was way too hot to not have ac running. There was staff riding around on carts but nothing said to anyone. Campers were told something different when called Kittas power. I got a not our fault when mentioned Sunday at checkout

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The facility was clean and quietdo wish that there were more organized activities for the kids like at other Koas like crafts and games. The power went out and there was no communication as well as the outage was reported to pse much later than it should have. With the current temperatures this was not safe. Also the pool liner as coming loose which is a safety issue.

The pictures online do not accurately portray what the actual campsites looks like. Revive the dead grass and work on landscaping ASAP. We had wasps actively coming in and out of our campsite plus dead snag trees over a brand new camping trailer.

The staff were great. Too many sites, people were cutting thru our site quite often on Friday and rude. Should be some trails to go on to bathroom from over by the river. Enjoyed the margaritas and hot dog night.

Entrance is very poorly designed. Rv’s checking block vehicles using laundromat, restrooms. $95 per night for an uneven gravel spot without sewer hook up. Outrageous!

The camp ground is nice but the tent sites on the other side of the bridge are very small and not very nice. Maybe more trees could be planted, grass watered, etc. the highway is right next to campground and very loud.

The sites are very small. No room between sites. There wasn’t enough room to park my truck next to trailer. Very little grass. What was there was brown and dry.

Check in was good, gals were nice. All the grass was brown and the only watering was around the pool. If you green up the grass it would look so much better.

It was the worst koa campground we have ever stayed at especially for 115 dollars. The grass was dead, the electrical box was filled with bugs. The table was a mass. Would not recommend staying there. Need a lot of work to meet what I thought is koa standards.

I have stayed at dozens of KOAs and this was by far the worst. Terrible bathrooms - one had human feces on the floor. Due to sewer line being excavated? Our site was no where near level adjacent to a freeway entrance. Quickie guide to site by someone evidently overloaded and couldn't be bothered.

Great place. Kids had fun. Lots to do. Loved all the shaded areas. My only complaint is there was lots of puncture vine where we were set up. It got tracked into the trailer and was hard to get around with out shoes. Other than that everything was great. Will be back next year.

Camp sites are to close together and you share your burnt grass with strangers because they have sites that doors face one another. The pool is run down and needs repair, the bathrooms are so outdated, people driving by your campsites kick up dirt and if your cooking…,.it’s in your food. If you have to use their dump site to empty…,no water hookups to spray and clean your hoses. Not worth th

Camp stalls are very small and packed together tightly. With all of the water available from the river, it appears thatnone is used for irrigation - the grass is brown!

Almost 100 dollars a night is absurd. It’s right by the interstate so you hear constant freeway noise. You can’t ride bicycles out of the park because of fast moving traffic. Compared to other KOA’s this one is at the bottom.

Camper next door harassed me from the moment we arrived. Camp owner was great and took care of the problem. Campground needs some updating and maybe more clear space markings. Probably won’t stay here again

This is one of our favorite campgrounds! Yes, the landscaping doesn't look like Augusta golf course but it's a great stop. We stay here to fish around ellensburg which makes the on ramp convenient. Staff is awesome, pool rocks, playground is nice for kiddo. Going to be our second trip there next weekend! Thank you staff!

The landscape is really haggard but this is a severe drought year. Nice staff, nice mature trees, the river is close by, and it's a very nice overnighter.
