Very expensive for what we received. The staff were great but the campsite had a lot of traffic noise. The shower/washroom badly needs an upgrade. My wife & I wanted to have showers but decided not to because of the condition of the facilities. Disappointed. Don’t think we will stay there again.

Horribly overpriced. Nothing special about it to warrant such a high price. Gravel pads, many sites are "buddy" layout, lots of road noise, no sewer on many sites. On plus side, staff were very nice.

There was an old telephone pedestal at our site. When my husband put a hand on it to balance when hooking up check sewer it came apart and he had a gash and several other cuts on his arm. He’s on a blood thinner, so it could have been serious.

Considered very expensive! Aging showers and bathrooms were problematic for my handicapped wife. Phone reservation conversation was difficult by rushed but very pleasant staffer. Checkin staff rattled everything off without an opportunity to ask questions. Aging but nice location.

Your bath house needs attention. There is mold on the shower curtains.

The campground itself is fine, sites shady and easy to access. Bathrooms clean and pet area great. The location is convenient but too close to the highway so VERY loud day and night. The pool had closed for the season so that combined with the noise made the very high price of $94 per night (water and electric only) way too expensive.

Tent campers beware! If you near the bridge tent camping section you're in for a treat! Oh that bridge above you that trucks race up and down? That's the least of it. Just wait for all the traffic on the freeway on/off ramps to keep you up all hours of the night. The headlights from vehicles turning onto the bridge above you will light your tent up in spectacular fashion! Just say no.

The facility is great! Love backing up to the River. Very clean. Great trees. The only reason for not giving it the highest ratings is the road noise. The highway is right there and there is traffic 24-7.

We enjoyed our stay. We were in site #91. There were 3 or 4 dead cottonwood trees in our campsite. I realize that it might take awhile to get the tree removed, but I struggle to understand why we couldn't have been placed in a different campsite, instead of being told (jokingly) that KOA has good insurance.

Check in guy was rude, showers were discussing and RV sites super expensive. The site we were in had pine needles everywhere you could not see the site path very well. Dog park had gross tall weeds everywhere.

Booked a deluxe drive thru site, with a patio, which was overgrown with weeds, the barbecue was dirty, I would oof never cooked antlything on it. Then they placed us to what looked like a permanent guest with a barking dog. All for $120 a night. Never again!!

Stayed one night passing through. Arrived at dusk. Site was easy to get into with huge large trees but no dangling branches to cause any problems. Gravel base but flat. Good place to stay. Traffic noise wasn’t bad

We really like using this as a first stop on our way out of town - however the prices have really increased. $95 for a Wednesday night in mid September seems a bit expensive. I will probably start looking for other options.

This is a convenient overnight stay for us on our way to Montana. Nice campground. Very clean and neat. Nice large dog yard. Great location right on the river. The only thing that makes it less than 5 stars is the proximity to the highways. After a while the highway noise becomes white noise and is tolerable.

KOA speaks for itself after a few stays. I was hugely disappointed they were not participating in the 'free' night promotion. Location and signage was great. Very little chat from the person who brought us to our sight. We put it down to another 95 degree day... hot, hot, hot. We loved the dog park being right beside us. Facilities all in great shape.

Even though some of the sites needed maintenance (weeding) the staff did their best to care for everyone's needs and were very friendly and approachable.

We were taking over some dates from our daughter. Confusion on her part created a situation where our reservation was scheduled for a week after we arrived. The lady behind the counter was able to find us a spot, even though it may have been the busiest weekend of the year, Labor Day and Rodeo weekend. Very thankful she was able to do that for us. The campground was very nice and clean.

The noise of the road we were expecting but what I do not understand is that while the campground was not even half full, we were assigned a site next to the road instead of a site next to the river. It could be so easy to please your guests…..

Rodeo weekend is unlike any other time of the year and is the biggest moneymaker. Staff is of course stressed but manages to maintain good humor. Reservations must be made a year in avance and a four day stay is required for thus time period.

Although there was a "power" issue with the full hook up site, Angela was super I'm taking care of us. She fond us another site and made sure we were taken care of. This was Labor Day, county fair and PRCA Rodeo weekend in Ellensburg, wa. Grass is still green throughout the campground, clean shoers and bathrooms. A nice store with many items. Beautiful river sies..

The staff was very nice. Appreciated the garbage concierge. Labor Day weekend was packed so the bathrooms were also busy. Staff might have been overwhelmed as they really needed to be cleaned more than once a day. The dead gnats on the bathroom counter were understandable, but should have been wiped down first thing in the morning. Our grandkids loved the pool.

We looked out reservation 13 months in advance to attend the infamous Ellensburg rodeo. The site we were assigned backed up to the highway. Overall our experience was good. This property has been in Ellensburg for a very long time. we prepared for an early departure (on the advice of the front desk staff). Our early departure positioned us to be first in line for the dump station.

We have stayed at the Ellensburg KOA for Labor Day weekend for several years and this year was by far our best experience. Staff were friendly and professional. The park was clean. It felt more like a community with their extra touches and activities. We will be back!

Staff is friendly, and try there best to accommodate. Sites are fine, but in need of refreshing, tables worn, trees need trimmed. We had power fluctuations at our site that were told to staff but not addressed later. Wifi was improved infrastructure, T Mobile had 5g coverage. Bathrooms clean, but could use some TLC.

This is one of our favorite campgrounds! Yes, the landscaping doesn't look like Augusta golf course but it's a great stop. We stay here to fish around ellensburg which makes the on ramp convenient. Staff is awesome, pool rocks, playground is nice for kiddo. Going to be our second trip there next weekend! Thank you staff!

The landscape is really haggard but this is a severe drought year. Nice staff, nice mature trees, the river is close by, and it's a very nice overnighter.
