Had a great stay in the tipi. Easy access to many places nearby.

I recommend trying the teepee! Especially if you have children that are picky sleepers.

My recent stay , I was unhappy after arriving & to find my bed had not been made with fresh sheets! There was a black hair in the bed & crumbs! Messed up sheets! Not ok!! When talking with the staff , they assured they would contact me. So threw the whole weekend “I slept on top of the blankets! When u pay that much to stay in a cabin ! It needs to be clean!

Our housekeeping staff provides fresh bedding before each guest checks in. On rare occasions, nature finds their way into our tipis/cabins. When brought to our attention, we immediately replace the bedding.

The KOA was very clean. The cabins were also very clean and tidy. The staff was great with bringing us fresh towels when asked and I thought it was really cool that they picked up our trash every morning. So handy. Pool area was also very nice. Highly recommended this place.

My mom and my girls and I (11yr and 7yr) stayed in a deluxe cabin! Very nice, clean, spacious. All the staff were very nice. They kept the KOA very clean and if we needed anything they were sure to get it. The pool was awesome!!

Everyone who worked there was very friendly, we enjoyed our stay! We appreciate that the maintenance people were able to get the pools refilled before we got there. It was so hot, we all loved getting in the cool pools. The women's bathrooms were clean! Only suggestions related to the teepees: 1) fix the zippers on the screened in flaps and 2) open the top flaps before guests arrive when it's hot

Great stay, staff were gone by 6 pm so I did not get a chance to meet any of them.

We were able to pick our choice spot when we arrived. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were always clean and available. Our only criticism was the WiFi which was extremely poor.

Would not stay again. Site felt unsafe and had money and linens stolen from site while at pool. Pool was not kept clean. Bathroom was trashy and not to code for disabilities. Office hours were not posted, pool hours were changed with handwritten marks.

Loved it, but the bathrooms could use an update . After we stayed in Ellensburg we went on to Idaho KOA, great personal bathrooms with showers, then stayed in Moab KOA Great personal bathrooms with showers ! Loved it !

I had originally planned to camp at a nearby state park, but it was too hot and not a good campground. I made a last minute stop and was able to book a great camping cabin with all the amenities. Wonderful for one person. I did not explore the property, but the cabin was wonderful and staff was very helpful.

The lounge pool chairs are very small for men. The cabins do not have dishes other than that I did enjoy my stay.

The grill that was at our cabin is or appeared quite old. We went to move it a bit away from the cabin and the legs separated. And that was our only cooking top. We had friends there also so we ate at their campsite. The cabin was very clean

When we wanted to check in she wanted 77/tent. there were 6 of us. that would be almost $500 US. Rooms would be much cheaper. We did inquire about the teepee and stayed in it for $135. This was great but the math puzzled us. Tenters next to us we’re not members and paid $77 for 3 tents. The office was closed very early. Other than that very nice. Unfortunately KOA has a reputation of over chargi

Everything was great. The kabin that we had was very clean. The only thing I didn't know what we had to do to check out. We left the key on the table as we left before the office was opened. Leave some instructions in the kabin so other guests will know

The staff at this particular KOA are just wonderful! I stayed in one of the cabins and it was perfect. It’s a beautiful little town.

The camp ground is very clean and well kept. Lots of things for the kids to do. The cabin we stayed in was clean and comfortable and had lots of amenities.

Staff was very friendly. The cleaning lady was a blast. She was always smiling and laughing. She had us in tears it was great.

The cabins and campgrounds are very clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed staying at the Ellensburg KOA for the Halloween event. This is their first year doing a month of Halloween. Being that my daughter loves both camping and Halloween, we went. We loved it. The girl at the office was wonderful. The activities that were put on were great. All attempts to make it fun for kids were appreciated. We will definitely be coming every year for the event. Hope it continues.
