Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is fun and the kids love the playground area and movie night. Bathrooms were mostly clean. There were dead bugs on the counter constantly and no soap to wash hands. Showers were great! We like that we are placed near several of our friend's campsites. Overall, we enjoy staying at this KOA for our annual Yakima River float trip.

We were underwhelmed. The tipi was rougher than I expected… the floor was not clean, and the platform the tipi sat on seemed to be rotting away…. It was definitely sagging in the middle. The bathrooms were very dated and not clean. The worst thing though was the highway noise. I thought about packing up at 3am when we couldn’t sleep. The location of this koa is horrible.

Location was convenient, but price was not worth stay. We had dry dog poop where the tent goes, picnic table was covered with bird poop, and showers were dirty. Not dirty cause they had not been clean for the day, but dirty like when it gets clean not much effort or time gets put in.

Location has a over pass that is over the tent area that is a bit noisy but bearable. Employees are great.

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We love Ellensburg KOA but are noticing a decline in the property upkeep. There was trash around the perimeter areas where we were at along the river and far end of the campground. The vegetation is the worst I have seen it, very little grass anymore. The restrooms need updating and the pool is caving in on the sides, dangerous! The dog park is bad.

Total piece of junk. electrical problems, ending up frying my surge protector. Low water pressure. wouldn't waste my time here again. I have been to over 30 KOA sites. This is the worst of them all.

Pleasant stay. Grounds could be a little greener and tidier. I understand water use needs to be controlled but there are landscaping ways to make areas look nice.

I reserved a back in spot with no hook ups. I got to the spot assigned to park, and it wasn't level, it wasn't graveled, basically, it was a tent area to the next to the river. Called the office, they said they had a full hook up spot for additional cost by the river, I took them up on it, and very happy I did. Loved the air conditioner at bedtime, upper 90's to 100 degrees. Thank you KOA!

This was not an ideal stay for our family. Campsites are very close together and it feels like you are camping in a parking lot. It is just off the freeway and the noise is awful. The pool was dirty and in need of repair. Cost was overpriced for such an environment.

One of the better KOA’s, especially with the river running right next to it. Great amenities. I didn’t give full stars because it is right next to the highway, and because $100 for a trailer spot for one night is insane.

Very overpriced for just water and 30 amp electric. Wi-Fi is unavailable. Cable TV didn't work. Basically a $40 per night establishment.

Check in was flawless- we made reservations while heading that way hoping for a spot to stop overnight to our final destination. We picked a river facing spot and that was really nice. We live in landlocked Arizona, so it was great to hear and see flowing water. As per most KOA,s it was literally off a manor highway but it is nestled in trees and we did not hear a thing! Bathroom very clean.

We were in need of a 1 night stop due to the heat. Fortunately Ellensburg was able to accommodate us. Didn’t use any facilities, just grateful they had a spot for us.

Front desk folks were nice. Definitely an older campground that needs some TLC. Pull thru site had almost no grass, just dirt. My biggest issue was that our sites were group sites facing each other but online it did not say that. Awkward to sit outside and face your neighbors or have them sleep with their camper door open while you are out there. That needs to be noted online. Zero privacy.

Way too expensive for what it is. I’ve been staying at KOA’s on my recent trip. Most of them were lovely. This KOA was very rundown, dirty and by far the most expensive. If you’re going to price gouge, please put some of the money back into your facility so that people are getting a good value for their money. And if you have no plans for that, please lower your rates so that they are reaso

The campground was nice considering it was right beside the freeway which made is a bit loud but the sites were decent. The pool was refreshing i.e cool but nice. Unfortunately, there was a transformer going off right beside our campsite all night which made very loud high-pitched sound. It could be heard throughout the campground. No one looked at it until the next morning so not the best sleep.

Very poor campground conditions. Not at the least bit pleased. Reservation was a mess and nothing was done to correct it. The site we ended up on had no sewer hookup. They did do a pump out at no charge the day we left. The park is in poor condition and compared to other KOA sites we stayed at, not even on the same page. Cleanup the place!

We just needed a place to stop for one night on our journey…front desk lady was awesome, park was clean, site was level! Pool looked nice but was chilly so didn’t use. Definitely recommend to our traveling friends.

This KOA is the least maintained of any KOA we have stayed at. Extremely overpriced for services not provided, I.e., no sewer connection for over $100 per night. Sites were crowded together/lack of privacy. Roy and Janet Tweedle

Price is double what I would expect to pay for the experience we had. There were issues with both power and water while we were there. The spots are too close together for the price as well. They gave away our friends' reservation without checking with them prior so our camping with friends trip did not work out.

They were very accommodating for last-minute reservations, great customer service and clean! Busy weekend and accommodated the long line of trailers that were trying to empty before they left.

Was very crowded. There didn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason with placing of the motorhomes the The Yakima. rivers, the only thing going for it and most of the time you couldn’t see it because of the placement of motorhomes, you can not use the river so being on the river was not, a High Point .. grounds were not well cared for and the woman’s bathroom was dirty.

The landscape is really haggard but this is a severe drought year. Nice staff, nice mature trees, the river is close by, and it's a very nice overnighter.

Very well maintained and close to gas station and grocery store. The campground $10 stone oven pizzas are really good.
