I was shocked to pay more money for kids after being charged close to $100 for a campsite that doesn’t even have full hookups!

We had booked with a friend and asked to stay next to each other. We were told that they would make a note and then ask at check in. At check in we were told that all the premium spots were full, but we were close to each other. They could have easily swapped our friends with the people next to us as they had the same spot type and stay length. There is more, but running out of room to type.

The stay was wonderful. The site was good. The site staff were very accommodating and friendly. Liked the hot dog feed. The dump station at this site is not very accessible, if needed. However, site staff allowed me to use another site as a dump station.

Staff were friendly and helpful. By the end of our stay they were more like friends than employees. Negatives are (1) many short narrow sites and (2) busy major highway sitting along one edge of the camp and ~30 feet above it.

You should be ashamed of taking advantage of being the only RV park in Ellensburg by charging premium prices for a very inferior camping experience. You have chosen to ignore much needed upgrades and better landscaping. We say this as a comparison to the many RV parks we have stayed at over the last 15 years. We won't be back.

Generally, very nice but a little dated (as many KOAs are). Full hookups would be nice.

Not our cup of tea! We are interested in the experience of being in nature and outdoor living, not being parked next to a freeway! I guess this type of camping works for travelers who use their RV as a hotel on wheels and are more interested in seeing the area or attending the rodeo. Other than the relentless freeway noise, the grounds are well managed and the staff are great.

Way too expensive for what it is. Hook ups are old, sites are gravel and not level. It was a $35-$45 site at best.

We had a wonderful stay!! LOVED camping on the river, the pancakes, the pool and all the other amenities provided by the KOA. Thank you!!

The staff and everybody were super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I got a site opposite the office but adjoining the field where kids are playing and there basically was no privacy. My tent was being hit with balls and kids walking through my camp area etc. that and my neighbors were up until 1:00 drinking and playing music. I called and you guys did respond on that so I appreciate it.

Map doesn't accurately show number of bathrooms. Women's showers drain into center of bathroom causing pooling of water at sinks; severe slip and fall risk. Picnic tables at campsites are covered in bird feces. Unsecured entry into Campground on a side road, right off the highway. Check in person was very unhelpful. We got there about 5 minutes before she was closing and the only words she said was, you are a late check-in. Go outside and look for an envelope with your name on it. No additional information. The sites are very close together. It could have been a better experience.

I was hesitant about this campground because of some bad reviews, but we stayed here 3 nights and it was great. The staff was very nice and our site was level with full hook ups.

Campsite was clean and ready when we arrived. It was a bit small but functional. Sites are very close to major roads, so traffic noise is there. We reserved here because it was our daughter’s birthday and she wanted to play in the pool, but during the only sunny part of our stay, they were cleaning it for several hours. I was overall a bit disappointed, but staff was nice and we had fun overall.

We stay there allot and it is one of our favorite KOA's. I just wish that the owners would put a little more effort in upgrading some of the equipment used at the park. One of the John Deere Gators smoked so bad and ran so rough that it could have doubled for mosquito control. The other one is completely broken down, and the hardworking employees are doing the best they can with what they have.

Very unkept and dangerous. The pool area had cracks everywhere and was a fall hazard. The pool itself was cold and not clean. The extra things like pancake breakfast was very disorganized. This is the worst kept koa I’ve been to and would not go back. The people were nice, that is the only reason I gave it higher than a 1 star.

Great hosts. Good location. The freeway is close but not noisy. Even better, you won’t be awake all night with train whistles, which happens at nearby campgrounds.

Your facility and accommodations is very nice but to no fault of your own the Hwy noise level is way too much to be able to get good nights sleep. Knowing this now, next time I’ll come prepared with noise cancellation ear buds �

We would give 5 stars but had to drop to 4 because the advertised “heated pool” was untrue. The pool was freezing ice cold. Felt as if water was pulled right from the river. Other than that things were great. The restrooms and showers were super clean and seemed to have had recent updates.

We had a really wonderful say! The site was great, the playground, pool, lawn games and getting by the water…. It was a blast!! The only downside to keep in mind the traffic is pretty loud..but you just adjust! Attitude of gratitude :) The employees were amazing. Everyone was so kind and ready to help with whatever was needed. The grounds were also very clean and the bathrooms!

Campground grounds weren't very nice and the bathrooms weren't clean. The tent sites were poorly marked and un kept. We were given one of the worst sites, furthest from the bathrooms when the campground was not full and we could have been put closer. There was a free margarita night, but nothing for those adults who are clean and sober.

Our kind of campground! Friendly owners, homey feel, flowers at the entrance, and a great site near the dog park. Woke up to a distant train in the night — perfect. We recently stayed at a KOA that packed us in like sardines. Ellensburg did the opposite. We'll be back! I wish I could give the 10 stars.

Beautiful, clean campgrounds on the river. The bathrooms are immaculate and the dog park is wonderful! Free movies for loan and good wifi. We had a flat tire and they even pumped it up for us. Too many amenities to list.

Dirtiest campground we've visited. Unkempt with high weeds everywhere. Same for dog park. Had to move weeds to even find the sewer. Our neighbor gave us advice on much "better" KOAs in WA. We've been to several very nice ones out of state. Weekend price of $100+ was absurd given the grounds. Location was very convenient for visiting our granddaughter. Will look elsewhere next visit.

Very friendly and accommodating people. The only thing that I would lower my rating on was the fact that it is all dirt and it’s very windy and dusty on that side of the mountains., absolutely loved the Friday night, hotdog chips, and daiquiris! And also the fact that they offered you a second daiquiri and a second and a third hotdog was amazing! We will go back.

The landscape is really haggard but this is a severe drought year. Nice staff, nice mature trees, the river is close by, and it's a very nice overnighter.

Very well maintained and close to gas station and grocery store. The campground $10 stone oven pizzas are really good.
