I believe my campsite was advertised online as not having a fire pit, but when we arrived I noticed that all the campsites had firepits. It would have been nice to know this so that I could have brought wood.

We live in Drumheller so are very familiar with this campground for over thirty years. Glad to see you are trying to improve some things. You have alot of work to do yet. Maybe the mini put could use some upgrades.

Campground was overall quite nice, jeweler the individual camp sites are very small and close to one another. Bathrooms were dirty and full of bugs as well.

We loved the family friendly activities, and the access to the river was a bonus. The cleanliness of the campsites upon our arrival and the bathroom facility cleanliness could’ve been a little better.

We appreciated a treed tenting spot and enjoyed exploring the river and hills around the campsite. The pool and trampoline were a big hit and the playground was nice but small (and not good for kids under 6 or 7). It was unclear where to get potable water and bugs in the bathroom was gross. Noise levels were OK except for someone's yappy dogs on our first night.

Staff was all really nice, fire wood is way too expensive for what you pay for a tent site. The barking dogs kept us from getting any sleep, I couldn't wait to return home to the forest where it's nice and quiet and the wood is free...

Everything was clean and nicely maintained. The only things that could use a bit of work is the river trail (there wasn't much of a trail) and the pool wasn't heated eventhough I'm sure I read that online.

The staff was friendly. Bathrooms were dirtier than expected. Many employees seemed more inclined to drive wood deliver wood than do other jobs like clean bathrooms.

Dirtiest KOA we've stayed in. Kitchen wash up area for renters was so filthy we cleaned dishes at our campsite in a wash basin instead. It was very busy, which could be the reason for lack or cleanliness, but hire more staff then. We won't be returning to this location or recommending it.

first had wrong length of stay then we had to move over one why dont know for it was not rented out. 30 amp not working kept kicking on and off. workers are lazy dont clean around sites just check on note pad thats easy like its done. weeds clean. mowing and trimming would be nice driving down. will get nbetter at least gophers are not as bad just really miss the west end for adults quieter.

At drumheller KOA, the manager, Nick, followed my young daughters, frightened them, and later blamed them, even threatening police action. He made false claims about our family and warned others about us without cause. His behaviour was intimidating and unprofessional. We left feeling unsafe and urge KOA to investigate this serious matter. We will never return to this campground

Bathroom in the tenting area needs more attention during the day. Quiet times need to be enforced. Both nights we stayed there we were kept up past midnight by people either partying or talking.

Was over all pretty good. We stayed in a tenting site. But because of the rain they were very muddy even around the fire pits. I would highly recommend boxing all the pits in and putting gravel around the outside of them. We did have two in our group of sites slip and hurt themselves. But thankfully no one fell in the fire. But that is a very high probability with children.

Women's washroom at middle of camp area was always missing TP. Pool could be bigger to meet camp needs; lots of kids jumping and diving. Animatronic dinosaur was amazing.

The Campground was very kid friendly which was awesome. We stayed in the tenting sites, they were pretty close to each other which didn't offer as much privacy, however we know now and will book in a bigger group in the future. We had a blast here. Thanks guys!

We had a great stay in the camp ground , great staff great for the kids pool,playground , mini golf very clean and professional place . Thursday night some nice hot rods paraded the camp site l. I highly recomend this site .

We enjoyed quiet nights - the best in our multi year stays here. Lots for kids to do. Pool, pillow trampoline and playground and walking trail by the river. Kind of expensive though - $52/night to tent with no power or water.

It was very nice. Only issue was the individual tent sites were not marked very well and it was hard to find a level tent spot for the tent, while leaving enough space around the fire.

For families there are lots of attractions but for adult tenters the sites are far too close together for enjoyment. Our tent was wedged between another site’s fire pit and another site’s tent. WAY too close for comfort. Also there is only one sink to wash dishes in and it’s located at the sani dump far from the tenting section. It’s very unsanitary. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I am glad I made the decision to book two nights here! it isn't the regular type of camping in the mountains and trees, but it had everything to keep my kids entertained. The location is great, the property is well kept and clean, and the staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. We would come back sometimes for sure!

Great campground with lots to do for our daughter. Nice clean bathrooms and showers and reasonably priced firewood. I think you could spread out the tenting sites a bit and eliminate every other one so they are not right on top of each other.

Awesome staff super nice and helpful. Wood delivery a bonus . Nice clean bathroom , nice camping sites , out door pool was a bonus . Lots to do and well maintained . Highly recommend . Close to many attractions

Absolutely amazing!!! Loved the site they picked for us, it was perfect for my daughter's and I. Bathrooms, showers and laundry room were pristine and gorgeous! The campground store is clean and staff super friendly. We will definitely be back at some point (we are from Manitoba so it is a bit of a drive lol), but will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Was a little concerned after reading the reviews after booking a site, but after camping at this KOA it was a nice visit. My grand kids had a good time and asside from an overcast weekend it was good. The pool was open although the kids I had did not use it. The wash rooms were nice and clean. Only complaint I had was a camper next to me had a big dog that pooped next to my tent. Had them clean it

Left the premises before setting up camp - booked site was occupied when I went to occupy - went to office and was assigned a different site - new site’s fire ring was a metal barrel full of garbage - facility as a whole was overrun - felt like I was in the midst of a circus - evaluated my situation and drove away - accommodation was not acceptable to me

Tent sites around the outer ring have some nice trees. I enjoyed this site. I loved that it has a pool, lots of activities. Cute Dino themed things. Store with lots of helpful and fun things.

Great place to take your family, in a cool town to visit. Nice warm pool and cool jumping pillow(trampoline like device). Friendly staff who will make your stay worry free.
