Not to say our trip or stay was perfect…. But anything we forgot or felt could be improved on was addressed by the (new) manager Kim and her awesome staff. We asked for a grill to put on our fire pit and Sarah went searching for one, and delivered it right to our cabin! The cabin was clean and cool when we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming and everything we needed was there or accessible

Mouse poop in the dish cabinet, 100s of dead bugs in light fixture, shower soaks the floor and sprays the toilet, there was a broken knife. Website doesn't mention the TV only has a BluRay player. So we bought DVDs in town, then the player didn't even work. Texted and called for 20+ hours, no response. Office closed early Saturday with no warning. No one to contact in case of an issue.

We loved our accommodation and it was clean and well stocked. The playground out front and bouncy pad were a hit with the kids. It was a very nice campground perfect for multigenerational large families.

Love this place it is just under 2 hrs drive from Calgary! My kids love their playground and new-ish installed bounce pad. Loved that there is swimming pool also! Great amenities although still need a little more improvements with (Cabins) accommodation. The staff were amazing! I want to say Thank You to Kimberly, Keegan, Bel, and Marcel who made sure our stay was pleasant and unforgettable one.

Tv was not working (promised help did not come), fridge not working, all our food was spoiled, tp holder in toilet not secured, the 1 pillow we got was too soft, no hot water/no showering, full bath turned to shower only, had to keep boiling water to wash dishes, no help after they closed office at 5 pm. Emergencies happen 24 hours, not just during office hours. This KOA is not ready to open

Stayed in a Dino Den, friends and family had trailer camp sites. Dino den was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. It was nice a nice easy walk to get to my group. The grounds were well maintained and it was fun to see the kids enjoying themselves on the different activities provided.

The campground area was reall nice. Kids enjoyed the pool. The cabin on the other hand kind of smelt bad inside.

We love our entire stay - our cabin is spacious but however, I would like to point some things for improvement: 1. Wi-Fi - poor signal 2. Insects - we hope that staff should spray insect killer prior to guests checking in 3. Event / Activities be on Saturday and not on sunday 4. We waited a long time for the Pancake Breakfast and almost ran out of pancake. We'll be back for sure.

Economy options made it possible for us to stay longer. We really enjoyed all that’s available. Staff was exceptional. The craft table on Saturday was amazing! Perfect location & great stay!

We booked 3 cabins and 1 rv site. The one cabin was smoked in, & the manager was very accomodating & put the family with small children into the mobile home that is on site. We also had requested when booking for the rv site to be close to the cabin, it was further away than we hoped, and the manager moved that rv to a much closer site. really appreciated that. loved the campgound

We had a wonderful time there and will most likely be back again. Having to pay for showers at a KOA was new to me, as they have always been included.The other thing would be for the office/store to be open earlier/later, especially when you need something and then have to run to town. Our grandkids had a blast and would love to go again.

The campground is full of activities for kids of all ages. We camped with ages 3, 7, 9, & 16 and they all found something to do. The staff were very helpful and the cabins had everything we needed.

For KOA, I was disappointed. The advertised activities include swimming, fishing and canoeing. Fishing rods were not available to rent. There was no way for the campground to get the canoe to the river. The pool was closed. The closure was not advertised at the time of booking. The bean bags for corn hole need to be returned at 7pm. Pros - scavenger hunt, jumping pillow & the proximity to museum.

Every year we always choose to camp here. Very welcoming environment to the kids and complete amenities made us always camp here. Kids love this campground.

We stayed in the Dinoden 4. We had seen the online pictures so we were prepared for the size. What we did not expect and had a had time with was the temperature inside the trailer. There is a single portable AC unit that was working overtime and not able to keep up. The filter on the unit was plugged solid so I cleaned it but I feel that the unit may be damaged. There was a strong smoke smell also

We stayed in cabin 6. Easy check in and check out. Would have loved a grate over the fire pit or the ability to put one on. As well as chairs, just assumed there would be chairs outside as some were pictured on the deck which made the picnic table and fire pit too far away. Overall will definitely come back if we decide to camp again in Drumheller.

Love this camp ground! So much to do and explore! My 18 month old could play for days in all the different sections. Would highly recommend! Staff are super nice and always willing to help! The cabins are clean and welcoming! 10/10

Stayed for a reunion and booked early (Jan). After I checked in, I was told by my (male) cousin that apparently the rate that we were charged was the OLD PRE-KOA pricing and he got his exact cabin as mine for 1/3rd of the price (booked FEB). Front end staff tried gaslighting me, then said they would "make it right". Its been 2 months and I have heard nothing. "Make it right" means nothing to KOA.

We were really disappointed in the cabin. We were promised non smoking accommodation and it is very clear that past guests had been smoking. It had the sour smell of a place that had been smoked in for years. Absolutely disgusting, particularly that we have 2 very young children. All of our clothes and bags etc. stink of cigarettes now. On top of that, the place was not clean.

Grounds are kept clean. Staff is super friendly. Cabins are very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The bouncy pillow is a great bonus for the kids especially while the pool was down for renos. We will definitely be back and stay longer. I do wish they noted that the TVs in the cabin are only for DVD/blue ray use so bring yoir own or bring a fire stick because the wifi is good.

We had a fantastic stay in one of the dino dens, which was fully stocked with all of the essentials. There was plenty to do on the property, our kids particularly enjoyed the arcade and the bouncy pillow. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back ourselves sometime.

We booked this campground specifically for the pool. We have 2, 13 year olds and they couldn't wait to get in there. To our disappointment we arrive and the pool is under construction This should have been addressed on the site or in one of the 5 texts/emails I rec'd before arrival. U wld think repairs would of been completed before season opening. Also our TV did not work. Staff didn't car

Great place to take your family, in a cool town to visit. Nice warm pool and cool jumping pillow(trampoline like device). Friendly staff who will make your stay worry free.
