Amazing friendly and helpful staff. Tent sites were clean and spacious and well maintained. We were lucky and the pool had just opened. Beautiful location! We will be back- thank you for the memories!

The layout of the campground was great, however the bathrooms near the tenting area were broken and it was a long haul over to the only other bathroom on the property. I booked this campground specifically for the pool and it was not in operation. There was a small note about this on my receipt bit not obvious on the main website.

Friendly staff in main office. Bathrooms Cleaned regularly. Pay showers but reasonable. Only thing is quiet hours. Hard when sun goes down at 11 to.enforce a 10pm... but actual enforcement for 11:30 would be nice.

The campground itself was great but the pool was under construction and the bathrooms closest to us were too. Typically not a big deal but when camping with 6 kids under 7y/o it becomes one fast. There was also a lot of confusion with sites - there were not enough picnic tables and fire pits to the number of sites. Paying $50 a night to not have the pool or bathrooms felt pretty steep

Showers didn’t work. They like to cram you in there. Tenting in a field had no privacy. Could not select our site. Very loud. Placed nice to a large and loud family. Left a day early. Wish I could have gotten refunded for the last night.

I didn’t know the pool was out of commission. That’s why I booked and at the end of our stay another family mentioned a pool pass for in town, I didn’t hear about it from office. Rest of campground was great. Lots to do. Quiet a clean,and shady, which was a bonus in 35 degree heat

pool was closed and it was listed on the web site that it's open from June 15th. Somewhere we found a small note that the pool was closed for renovations, but it was really hidden in the web page! Check in staff was very friendly and changed our tent spot to a more treed area, it was really hot that day! One little point of complaint: Where do you put your dirty dish washing water at the tent site

Showers didn't work. Should have signs on them when they don't. Never put people right beside each other when there is a whole row available. Please reconsider having the sites so close to each other.

It was a great campsite and check in. Very quiet and friendly. I believe that one of the staff members was intoxicated and driving around in a golf cart. I can’t prove it but could smell alcohol on his breath. That was Saturday, May 31 around 8:30-9pm. Then the one shower wouldn’t accept my loonies. If those two things wouldn’t have happened it would be 5 stars. The washrooms were clean.

Very friendly front desk people, clean, nice and peaceful campground with nice washrooms, good sites, a pool, mini golf and a games hall. Very good experience

The first contact, park receptionist, on the phone to the park manager was awesome. Friendly and professional. We were a large group of students and the manager help us with our camp set upon on arrival and in the morning when we departed. 5 star service. Thanks so much for making us feel welcome.

Great, clean facilities. The pool is fantastic and lots of good supplies at the store. Helpful staff and free showers at the front washrooms. The sites were fairly big and we loved all the options for walking and playing.

The amenities were great! We had lots of fun,o ly issue was the wasps. There was a wasps nest on the campgrounds

Has potential but isn't there yet. KOA campgrounds in the States are fantastic. Things I didn't like about this KOA: no hot water to wash dishes; no toilet paper in the three bathroom stalls first thing in the morning; cost high - $50 for a tent site and you had to pay to shower. One shower house was free but you had to get tokens from the office and they closed by 8:30 pm. Only one tent/site.

The staff were friendly and accommodating Enjoyed the pool and the feeling of community. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Why are the showers free at the office but pay in the middle washroom facility. It does not make sense. Why is wood $3 more at site then in drumheller.

We have stayed at KOA's all over western states and never have been in a more poorly run campground. the bathrooms and showers were clean hence the one star. Campsite was full of gopher holes, ants everywhere, sites too close together, dead leaves and branches never raked up, pool rules not followed- counted 52 people in pool at one time with floaties and toys. We left early

1 tent per site rule is crap. Was not told about this when I called to book. What a suprise upon checkin. I’m not paying $100/ night for a patch of grass for my family of 5, 1 adult 4 kids/ 2 tents, no services at all. Our tent sites were not marked I could not even tell where it was . Showers in tenting area $1 where rv area is free, also crap. Would not recommend for tenting at all.

Pool not working no info about that when registered. would not have stayed if we knew this Only one tent per site big family needing to get three sites could have gone to a cheaper campground that allowed two tents per site if we knew pool wasn’t working b/c pool was why Women’s bathroom handi stall no large toilet paper holder always out of toilet paper! No feminine products receptacle !

We found out upon arrival that the pool was closed for maintenance. The pool is the reason we chose this campground so we were disappointed. They did offer free mini golf in lieu of swimming.

Was a nice tenting area, too bad the pool was out of order due to bad campers not the facilities. Was able to relax and read talk to other travels and the showers were good

On our last night Aug 1 as we were settling our kids into bed one of your workers came into our site and was aggressive in telling us we were @yaking up too much space” Even though there was no clear markers delineating our site because we had a spot at the end of the tenting area. He as extremely rude for no other purpose than to flex his authority. No more KOA for us

We had a great time hanging out and having fun with our friends. But the rules of this camp need a revisit and loosen the leash on. We were sitting around the fire enjoying the experience and was basically approached by a rude night shift older gentleman to tell us to shut it down and go to bed like we are kids. His tone and attitude were rude and uncalled for. There were many empty sites.

Very family orientated, they charge for showers but also have all you can mini putt and ladder ball for $5 per day. Sites are a grass field that is segregated

We understand it's a new KOA so we are cutting it some slack but not quite up to standards of other KOAs, yet Bathrooms need better ventilation or AC. It was hot during our stay but the bathrooms were like a sauna. We definitely enjoyed the pool! Tenting sites are very confusing, need to work on better markers. Every person that arrived near us was confused about the site numbers as well.

We have stayed at a lot of KOAs and this was the first time we’ve been disappointed. The wifi, which didn’t reach out into the campground and was only usable near the office. Showers cost $1 but the office had no loonies the first night and offered no solution. Pool hours are less than optimal. Tree on our site had an aphid infestation so all our stuff ended up very sticky.

Check in was quick and efficient, however got no information about the grounds and what is offered (times, etc). Thank god the pool is there, as it was scorching hot. New bathrooms, but they got very dirty quickly during our 2 night stay. We also weren’t prepared for the showers needing tokens, but the pool shower is free.

The camp is in an excellent location - right in the middle of Canada's badlands. The camp could make the tent area a little bit bigger for more privacy among the campers.

Came to camp for two nights with our kids. It was our first time camping in Drumheller. The ementities that were offered were awesome. Games, two parks, a pool. Very kid friendly camp ground. The store had tons of necessities at very reasonable prices. Staff were also very nice. Cant wait to stay again. Thanks for a great experience.

Showers are by token or loonie only. You have to get token from office, which is only open from 9am to 7pm. Very short operating hours. Pool was small & crammed full of people it was standing room only, & stopped working one day. Tent campsites were very small, but most had trees. RV spots in upper section had no trees & near highway. Staff was friendly though, when the office was actually open.

The place was nice and we really enjoyed the amenities. The pool was great. Staff were friendly. Our biggest downside was other campers. Both nights there were people who were loud until midnight. We were there for a Saturday night and a Sunday night. Maybe a later quiet hour would better set expectations. I don’t know… we had hoped for people to quiet down shortly after ten or a least by 11

The campground has improved now that’s it’s a koa. But it’s expensive and bathrooms kept running out of toilet paper.

Great place to take your family, in a cool town to visit. Nice warm pool and cool jumping pillow(trampoline like device). Friendly staff who will make your stay worry free.
