The washrooms need improvement twice in my 4 day stay I put money in for a shower in both shower stalls and I even tried the family one and the water would not work. I was trying to bath my grandchildren it was rediculous and I used up the money I brought with me. Also the bouncy pad needs supervision there were older children age about 12 to 14 pouring tons of water on it and were so rude

We loved the bounce bubble for the kids but we did not enjoy our camping site. The weather was unreasonably hot but we were in an open field with no shade. There were beautiful sites in another part of the park with open sites the whole time we were there but we were only offered a place in the open, hot field.

Great stay! We were only there for 2 nights but all our kids (2, 5 and 15) wanted to stay longer! All the staff were friendly, the sites were nice and clean, great location. My husband was already talking a group family trip with some friends for next year.

Only two washing machines were functional, and one of them only accepted quarters. Campsites were too close to each other. It was way too expensive for what it offered. I’ve been to many campgrounds that were much cheaper, cleaner, and had better facilities

Booked in January, checked in and did not get booking site. Ended up in overflow area in worst campsite in park. They did refund our payment after complaining. They were unable to hold original booking and provided a poor substitute.

We were there for 4 days, just a mini vacation. The campsite was fantastic! We got a great site, it was very clean, and very friendly people! Looking forward to staying there again!

My only criticism is that you advertise free wifi; however, the service is so weak and intermittent that it is virtually non existant. Add to that the cell phone service is so poor we were also unable to use our data service. I understand that camping is supposed to be relaxing and unplugged, but searching for information on attractions and directions is virtually impossible.

We booked a full service back-in site with grass and trees and we got a pull through site with no trees, no grass and no privacy. Even though they had the sites we booked at the time of check-in they were unwilling to make a change. They also said it was our fault for not paying extra a booking a site #. Too bad because the campground was lovely but customer service was lacking.

Mostly ALL Good. Week 1 WiFi was adequate. Week 2 WIFi was non existent. I reported this to the Office / Staff and was advised how much money was spent on WiFi last year. NO WiFi except at the Office so apparently not a problem!!! This is a problem as many of us MUST have decent WiFi to be able to "work from home". In this case from my RV. Clientele that fall in this category may never come back.

Enjoyed my stay at the KOA Drumheller, however the lack of advertised WIFI / Cell service made the wet days long. My kids loved the jumping pillow and pool however there was a lack of things to do outside of that and the wet weather limited the use of these amenities

We were in the west area -site was tight and extremely unlevel. Our firepit was pretty far from the site and was above ground, on a broken cement block, in the middle of clay/mud and wasn’t usable. Thankfully we were with family and could spend most of the time at their site which was much better. We booked months in advance of our family and got a far worse site … won’t be returning.

The sites are very close to one another which isn’t very relaxing. And the far bathrooms near the tenting area are over taken with tiny bugs they are all over the counters and sink area and even all inside the hand soaps which is nasty. But over all we had fun

Very kind staff. Good icecream. poor management of campsites cleanliness. Ours was littered with cigarette butts and broken zip ties. Washrooms were dirty and very run down. Secondary women’s showers were not working the whole visit and were never fixed and no signs were ever put up. Laundry was advertised as $4 loads but the machines charge $5.

Our campsite was a gravel parking lot with 2 port-a-potties and a dumpster. Beside our site a contractor worked on the roof of the cabins being built there until late in the evening on the Saturday. We booked two sites and when we arrived there was only one picnic table between the 2 sites and it was broken. Broken table was replaced. Second table brought up was filthy. Never again.

Half of the campground looks beautiful, trees, grass, activities then there is the eastern side. Not so much-gravel, mud, port-a-potties! This is where we stayed for 2 nights with a dog. We arrived at 7 pm and the office was closed, so we set up in the terrible spot. Would recommend if planning to stay here, ask for west side of park or don’t go.

In a day and age that people rely on the internet there was wifi in the store but it closed at 7 pm. There is no cellular or internet coverage. Loved the blow up pillow for my child but some good playground equipment would be nice. The cost of $70 per night should at least have playground equipment. Other patrons told me pool was very cold so didn't try that.

This was our first time camping in Drumheller and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back! The KOA has everything you need (and more) to enjoy your stay. Lots of mature trees throughout the campground, the staff had everything clean and overall great stay.

For the most part the park is nice. We were in the 50amp section which is basically parking stalls. Again not that bad but when it rained the place became a mud pit. I asked the office if someone could add more gravel to the site to fill in the muddy holes but they probably couldn’t do it while we were in the site. Place has potential as it’s a KOA and those parks are usually very nice.

The one star is for the functioning hookups. The site was in the upper east sites. This is a desolate area with dirt and gravel and only two small poplars trees. We were booked well in advance but felt like we were being punished. There were better sites available. If you stay here, spend the extra for the pick your site and avoid the upper and lower east sites.

Our family had the best time tent camping at Dinosaur Trail KOA! The kids loved the playground, pool, and mini-golf — they were busy all day. The tent site was quiet, shaded, and perfect for us. Bathrooms were clean (huge plus with little ones!), and the staff were super friendly. It’s really close to Drumheller attractions too. We’ll definitely come back!

Staff were great. Campground was okay. Very clean but needs some updating and a little pricey for what you get. The fire pits our group had were terribly placed. They are placed to close to the RV’s, making them fairly unusable. All in all we would stay again.

Great place to take your family, in a cool town to visit. Nice warm pool and cool jumping pillow(trampoline like device). Friendly staff who will make your stay worry free.
