The only thing that wasn’t great was the wasp problem. We were there with other family and when we tried to eat at our campsite we were swarmed with wasps. It would be nice if the campground could try to deal with some of the wasp hives as you can’t have food outside. I feel that’s a fairly easy solution to deal with wasps but they should be doing something about it.

We stay here at least 4-5 weeks a year and love it. Nick and his crew are doing a great job at cleaning up the campground. Will see you in September

The site was decent. The amenities were fair. The experience with staff was mediocre. We have previously stayed in a cabin at a KOA in the U.S., and the experience was high end compared to this. I was trying to work while the family was having fun but there was no cellular service and the WiFi signal from our camper was unusable. I would not stay at this KOA again for the price we paid.

Plenty of room for campsite, we were in a travel trailer 26 feet. When booking we asked to be near someone who was tenting and they accommodated our request. Very quiet campground, many amenities for families, washrooms very clean. Will definitely return

Nice park. It still needs work for a KOA campground. Dumping station could be upgraded. Trees to the dumping station needs to be cleaned up as they are rubbing up against trailer, etc. Water pressure was amazing

Our stay was great the only thing I wish would change is the pool hours, having small kids and the pool not opening till 1 was inconvenient! If wanting adult swim maybe move it to 8/9 pm and open from 10/8 for families/kids But other then that great stay

Clean Bathrooms and showers! A great safe campground that comes together like a family as you meet some very wonderful campers ! All staff were absolutely amazing! Friendly and always took the time to stop and have a chat with campers. Very clean and tidy! It’s a campsite that gives you that Mountain rustic feeling to it, even though you are surrounded by historic hills. love the pool!

Loved our stay, the super friendly staff. We loved being able to jump in the pool when we got too hot. The grounds were well kept and the bathrooms were very clean and well cared for. I would absolutely stay here again.

Campground is surrounded in beautiful mature trees. Extra activities for the kids are over the top with pool, arcade and mini golf. Camp staff were more than accommodating with our stay

When we arrived had to clean up all the garbage scraps on site. For $100/day you should be cleaning sites.

Great campsite with well maintained sites and great amenities. The only thing I would recommend (with small kids that love swimming) is to open the pool prior to 2pm. I noticed adult swim is 10am-Noon but not sure whey the two hour gap. The pool is not large and quickly reached capacity both days of our stay leaving us to either wait outside or go back to campsite with two upset kids.

Everything is good there we never was to camping before, and for our first time camping, we had a great experience there, our three kids loved the pool and they played a lots, we will go back in the next year or before

We have been to this campground before. It’s great for families. Unfortunately the pool was closed for repairs for 4/5 days we were there which was disappointing. They offered free mini golf while it was closed. They are working at bringing back family programs which were lots of fun. Bathrooms were always clean showers were nice & warm. Biggest issue cell & internet reception is awful.

Much better than last year we stayed here!! The added activities of mini golf and ladder ball are excellent for the kids. Campground was very clean and quiet. The only negative is the higher cost.

It was such an amazing place to camp. We extended our 3 day stay to a week because of how great it was. Only down fall was someone broke the pool and it was closed for most of our stay. Other than that, Great staff! We will be back!

Had a poor experience with a staff member being intoxicated and yelling at us at 930pm one night at a stop sign, pool was down our ENTIRE stay. We booked specifically for the pool. And that’s same intoxicated staff member a different day rudely approached our visitors as they were entering to park their vehicle in visitor and walk to our site not offering them a ride with the golf kart

Staff are excellant. Campground is kept clean. Problem wirh pool this year, but had been this way for years before becoming an KOA. Best managment we had for around 10yrs or so

The rule of only one vehicle per stall isn’t enforced to all campers and this is extremely frustrating when you’re told to move your second vehicle even if there is sufficient space to accommodate it. The rule of pets being on a lash at ALL times isn’t enforced. Our neighbours dog was roaming the park freely and relieving itself in our campsite. Unfortunately the owners didn’t pick anyt

Super well kept campground with lots of amenities. However the schedule for the swimming pool is not reasonable...families with kids can only swim between 1pm to 7pm and there is a capacity so there were line ups to swim -- but the morning timeslot for adults never had more than 4 people at a time.

The grounds are in very bad shape. There was a huge gopher hole right next to our unit on the site. Dead trees everywhere. Wifi reception was horrible in the campground.

The new staff is wonderful. Always working and very friendly. Our thanks go out to Nick and everyone who has put in countless hours to return this park to a family friendly experience. The new mini golf and arcade are a great addition and they have worked so hard on the pool to keep it going. The grounds are shaping up now with dead trees being removed as best as they can do with campers around.

Great location, campground is clean and well serviced. Staff is wonderful. Only small complaint would be the terrible WiFi service which isn’t the biggest deal except there is next to no cell coverage in the area.

Friendly staff. The addition of mini golf was a lot of fun for your young kids: thank you for keeping it very affordable as well. The pool was clean and great to swim in! The playground has new gravel in it which makes it feel much safer for kids to play. The manager was quick to address concerns about other campers speeding in the park: again stressing safety for everyone.

Site was big. Fairly quiet site. Not what we expected from site map (very few trees in our area). Shower shack was closed so we had to walk quite a bit to the other one. Had an unpleasant run in with a camp host (No idea what his position was) who was quite aggressively rude about where to park the trailer. Disappointed that at $100+/night we still had to pay for mini golf, even for our 2 yr old.

When we arrived I noticed the fire pit had a large number of cigarette butts in it. Just on the edge of the site was rubber gloves and trash and a fire pit rolled down. The manager came by and I mentioned the items. Nothing was done. The 30 amp receptacle is worn out . It burnt one of the pins on the plug.

Pool is too small, playgrounds are outdated and old and small. Arcade room is outdated and some machines don't work but still takes ur loonies. My kids did not enjoy. We will not be returning to this campsite.

Great place to take your family, in a cool town to visit. Nice warm pool and cool jumping pillow(trampoline like device). Friendly staff who will make your stay worry free.
