Nice staff and good accommodation. The only negative was the unsatisfactory state of the bathrooms. Dirty and many out of order toilets

Loved this campground so much we extended our stay. Friendly staff to clean environments with lots of relaxing things to do. Only thing I’d ask to change is the pool hours as my kids wanted in soon as the sun was up. Be back forsure next year!

Weed control on Lower East side needs to be looked after. Weeds were so dry and hard they poked through our outdoor carpet and created hazards. We were there 2 weeks so was a problem. Otherwise was good. New manager was very friendly and helpful.

A very average campground Washrooms are far away and RV sites are on top of each other.

Nice shady sites with grass, clean facilities. Too many rules though, must have a shower before going into the pool? Pool hours very limiting too. Otherwise great, will be back.

Check in was easy. My daughter had to use the bathroom right away and there were many signs saying where not to park, none saying where to park. Talked it over with staff. There are no bathrooms in the lower loop. So we have to walk across an unlevel bridge (careful if you are unsteady!). At the end where playground is located, they laid fresh gravel with copious amounts of animal feces.

Lot was small for motorhome, garbage throughout site, store closed at 7pm, no fire wood available at night.

Great location. The park was lovely and nicely treed - but we drive a big rig and the tree branches were unnecessarily long and hazardous to us as we parked and drove out of the park. Many were dead branches too. We always expect/rely on KOA to be good for big rigs. Hope you can take care of that.

Great place I would request more bathroom cleaning and checking of toilet paper and once I went to the office and they were closed 10 mins before closing time

the camp ground isn't up to KOA standards. Its just a gravel pit with no trees for privacy. \the staff was good but the grounds need improving. The whole resort seems to be run down and needs up grading. the wi-fi was no-existent and no cell service.

The stay was good, it is new for the area and new for the owners. The campground is in the process of upgrading and increasing the standard. Some of the washroom facilities were I assume under repair, this is the reason for the closure. The showers are different, some use loonies, some use tokens need to use one or the other. Would go back again great camping sites.

Stayed 7 days, 2 -3 of which were interrupted with a wood chipper running right across from my campsite for 8 hours a day, massive migraines . I understand your cleaning up, and new to this campground, so I have hope for improvement but it should have been better planned and they were unwilling to move or credit me or move the work crew… so I had to pay to have my eardrums blown!

The staff works hard to make the campsite beautiful and enjoyable. We came in and noticed our site was not going to have any shade. They were very accommodating and changed our site to a beautiful shade spot near the river. We will definitely be back! It’s so close to Tyrell Dinosaur museum too (5 min)! Great job!!

I understand cutting dead fall is important in the park but that should of been done prior to opening this spring those trees have been dead for years. I left 2 days early so lost money as my children are young and have afternoon naps which it was to noisey from chain saws and mulching from 11am to 7pm which resulted in miserable children. Was not a nice get away.

I stayed in one of the cabins...everything was great. Only change I recommend is curtains for all of the windows. It is so bright the blinds aren't sufficient enough. I had a baby with me and it was difficulty for nap/ bedtime (gor the adults too). Other then that it was great. Thank you

The park is looking good, nice to see some of the dead trees coming down. Nick and his team were very friendly. Nice that the pool was opened. We wil be back in August, we love this park

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Pool was vey nice. Sites could be a bit wider and more defined. Showers and washrooms were very good.

This is a hidden gem located very near to the Tyrrell Museum. We were just using this as a stop on our way elsewhere and were pleased with how helpful the staff were and how well kept the campground was. The new managers have done a lot of hard work, and it shows. We wouldn't hesitate to overnight there again in the future.

The campground was really nice and everyone was great. The pool was unfortunately closed when we were there, however the campground gave us vouchers for the Drumheller pool and we got in for free! One other plus is that the shower was about 6 min per token and the tokens were also free. Will definitely be booking here again!

The campground is clean, store is stocked with lots of stuff. Nick and his staff are always busy getting stuff done, as this is all new management and staff this summer. This has just been the first year that Drumheller has been rebranded to a KOA. Pool needed a lot of work to redo it and get running, but should be operating by June 25th. Overall we have been camping here for over 25yrs. Loved it.

For $95 a night, I expected the “amenities” to be better. Pool was closed (and the hours too limited for families) and the “river access” was not accessible. The store was basic and could have used a concession or real ice cream shop.

We were charged $90/ night which would be fair except the campground was almost empty and we were crammed in between the few other campers.In addition, the internet was not working,the pool was closed. The reason we chose to stay here over other campgrounds was the advertised internet and pool.

Place has lots of potential. Swimming pool was closed which really hurt the experience would have made other plans if that information was provided. Staff should lay off the drinking when on shift visiting camp sites

Was very surprised that they would not deliver the firewood purchased to our site , not like no one is running around on a golf cart pool was not open , should have been made aware of this ( common courtesy )

We loved it here its just the rudeness of the guy checking the site telling us to move our vehicle to gravel part of our site. Hes just plainly rude and yelling at me , telling that he won’t leave until I move my car. Im the only one got yelled at, the fact that other sites car is on the grass as well. I got picked on by this guy and felt embarrassed i was apologetic and hes not. Kids enjoyed it

Check in was amazing. Very accommodating to our timing, helpful to have us stay closer to family who was a day ealier than us and checked in multiple times to esnure everything was in good order.

Excellent place for the family. I just wish they would have told us the pool wasn’t working before we came there. It was part of the main reason why we wanted to come, but we had fun anyway.

We had such a great stay at the Dinosaur Trail KOA! The campground was clean, family-friendly, and had such a fun atmosphere for the kids. The location is perfect if you're visiting Drumheller and wanting to explore the dinosaur attractions nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the campground had everything we needed to make our trip comfortable. It felt organized, welcoming, and easy to settle into. Our family really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun camping spot in the Drumheller area! Already booked our next visit.
