Always a great time staying at this camp ground with activities for kids and safe road for bikes. Room for improvement on WIFI since there’s no phone network.

Well maintained and run facility. Sites are clean, accessible, and with no issues. Public spaces and okay areas are looked after leading to a great experience, even with intermittent weather.

Great! Have stayed here the past few years and always enjoy it! But if you’re a camper, don’t ruin it for everyone. Pick up your garbage, report any issues and treat the place with respect.

We loved our accommodation and it was clean and well stocked. The playground out front and bouncy pad were a hit with the kids. It was a very nice campground perfect for multigenerational large families.

Great experience the kids loved the horseshoes, mini golf and play areas. Wish the little store was open later and had more options still town isn’t very close. But amenities and set up was lovely.

Would like to see the internet improved. While I don't normally use it much camping. I had planned a working holiday and it was a bust as the internet was so poor it was virtually non existent.

Everything was great, however, the few times we used the public washrooms by the tenting area, they were out of supplies ie toilet paper, paper towel. I saw someone come once per day to clean, but I think it would be beneficial, especially on a very popular long weekend, to have it cleaned or restocked a few more times throughout the day. Other than that, no complaints, we had a great time.

We live in Drumheller so are very familiar with this campground for over thirty years. Glad to see you are trying to improve some things. You have alot of work to do yet. Maybe the mini put could use some upgrades.

Only downside was that the free showers temp fix was a bit poor communicated. No one understood what lever the sign was referring to and youre telling people to dink around in a box that has wiring next to a shower, super low volts but still not a great look and didnt explain what rod/lever to touch. A simple photo with an arrow would have been helpful Can't wait to come back though!

Hassle free check in, they are very organized and so friendly. Site we got was a bit tight as we have a large slide out so had our trailer steps on the concrete pad where the table was so that we could put our slide fully out. Very quiet surroundings. Love the paved campsite roads so no dust when vehicles drove by. Definitely recommend

Awesome. We love going to Drumheller KOA. Staff are so helpful and we always look forward to seeing them again. The manager is doing such an awesome job as well. Very beautiful campground. Very relaxing and if you need any help all you have to do is ask. Thank you so much for all you do. See you all in two weeks

It was difficult not having bathrooms and showers to be used! I have a change to have one cold shower on the pool house only working shower! Soon after they closed! Referring us to a other bathroom location! No working showers

Staffs were very friendly and helpful but the facilities were very unsatisfactory. We arrived late around 8pm. Laundry facility was out of service as well 2 of 3 washroom facilities. One washroom that was working required coins to have shower and full of bugs. Not very happy with the facilities.

Love this place it is just under 2 hrs drive from Calgary! My kids love their playground and new-ish installed bounce pad. Loved that there is swimming pool also! Great amenities although still need a little more improvements with (Cabins) accommodation. The staff were amazing! I want to say Thank You to Kimberly, Keegan, Bel, and Marcel who made sure our stay was pleasant and unforgettable one.

Tv was not working (promised help did not come), fridge not working, all our food was spoiled, tp holder in toilet not secured, the 1 pillow we got was too soft, no hot water/no showering, full bath turned to shower only, had to keep boiling water to wash dishes, no help after they closed office at 5 pm. Emergencies happen 24 hours, not just during office hours. This KOA is not ready to open

The GM did a great job. She stopped in to see us at our site a couple of times. She had a lot of energy and was very nice.

Didn't get the lot described on the website. Neighbors firepit only about 6 feet from my trailer- way too close. Didn't use mine - also too close to the neighbor. People walked through my lot steady to go to the washrooms. Due to the placement of the tree and the firepit, they would pass right beside my trailer. Did not appreciate that at all. The new rates were appreciated. Nice weather.

always a great place to stay. KOA has been making some improvements to the Dinosaur Trails resort and it has been a noticeable difference in the last year. We'll be back next year for sure.

Stayed in a Dino Den, friends and family had trailer camp sites. Dino den was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. It was nice a nice easy walk to get to my group. The grounds were well maintained and it was fun to see the kids enjoying themselves on the different activities provided.

Great location! Great staff! Always lots to do! Family-friendly campground with many activities for the kids. But spotty internet even with the upgrades this year.

We found staff friendly & considerate. We arrived late in the evening so they brought our check in information around to our site. Buildings nicely decorated, some with flowers, and maintained. New washroom facilities and they are clean. The off leash area could be dramatically expanded though. It’s too small for most dogs to run. There is plenty of unused space around the fenced area.

Enjoyed all the amenities at the camp site. When I booked I requested 2 cabins and an RV site close together, but that did not happen. We also had to ask house keeping to come clean our bathroom as it was left quite dirty. There were a lot of large black beetles in our cabin as well. Otherwise we really enjoyed it!

This is a great family friendly campground with lots of amenities for the kids. We were there in late September and the camp store was pretty sparse and the shower coin machines weren’t working but we will be back next year!

Great place to take your family, in a cool town to visit. Nice warm pool and cool jumping pillow(trampoline like device). Friendly staff who will make your stay worry free.
