Loved the stay, glad everything it being brought up to date and well maintained. The cabin was spacious and had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook. Looking forward to when the pool is open, but glad there is a bounce pillow for kids and mini golf. River was nice to relax at and lots of shade to be found around the site

Campground wasn’t well kept at all, pool was closed and never advertised well, there was exposed electrical from someone hitting a transformer that was great for having young kids running around and the groundskeeper decided he had to mow the lawn on our site while we are sitting outside shooting rocks at us and our trailer. Very disappointed in our stay and experience.

The park is looking really good. My grandkids had so much fun on the new bouncy pillow. I enjoyed repainting all of the Dino’s to help out. Very friendly staff.

The campground is stunning, with a lush green canopy that pleasantly surprised me. The Red Deer River flowing alongside adds to its charm, making the experience even more enjoyable. We loved every moment of our stay. Just a heads-up—showers require a loonie, something I hadn't known beforehand!

Took some of the grandkids to there this last weekend and the kids had a blast! Spent some time in the arcade, and lots of time on the bouncy pillow! Lots to do, love this place, we will be back!

The original area is beautiful and seems well maintained the area we were was lacking. We reserved in January,2025 along with another camping partner. We specifically requested to be near each other. Far from it. When this was addressed at reception I was told well I wasn’t working then and no effort was made to correct this. Not impressed. Our site was rough,muddy and definitely an overfl

Our stay at KOA Dinosaur Trail was disappointing from the start. Check-in was disorganized—we weren’t given a key or any instructions. The Dinosaur Den was dirty and clearly not maintained, with cobwebs, spider nests, hair on the bed, mouse droppings in the bathroom, and a leaking sink. We checked out after just one night and are requesting a refund. Definitely not the experience we expected.

Cell service & Wifi as advertised was NON-existent, which made TV less than acceptable. There are ways to increase wifi so ALL campers can use it. With no way to communicate this becomes a safety concern. No or broken screens on windows so fresh air was also non-existent. Garbage was not removed daily, there was no cleaning service during our stay. Location was great & We appreciated amenities.

Decent campground, not quite up to KOA standards. Washrooms weren’t cleaned at all during our 2 night stay. First KOA I’ve stayed at that charged for showers.

Le wifi n’était pas à la hauteur du ( haute vitesse) , aucun poste de télévision. L’entrée ( le pavage) a besoin de beaucoup d’amour…pas de station lavage dans le bâtiment lower East qui d’ailleurs était barrée…�� Par contre, la vue sur les montagnes était magnifique et nous avons eu la visite de 3 chevreuils au petit matin ���

• Very big campground. • My site was uneven, it was a challenge to level. • Showers are $1.00, for a KOA that is unacceptable. • Gopher holes everywhere. • Could be nice campground if properly managed.

There was no on-site staff available for check-in, and the condition of the lot was poor. Additionally, amenities like the pool were not available as expected. I’ve stayed at many KOAs before, and unfortunately, this was the most disappointing experience so far. I hope improvements can be made for future guests.

We rented a Dinosaur Den. Very functional, met all of our needs. Would recommend fixing the bathroom door as it wouldn't shut properly. Only negative comment I would have. Grounds are looking wonderful! Everything was clean and staff was very friendly!

The park is looking great with all the improvements. Our family loved the new bouncing pillow! We always have a great time and can’t wait to return!

It was a great campsite and check in. Very quiet and friendly. I believe that one of the staff members was intoxicated and driving around in a golf cart. I can’t prove it but could smell alcohol on his breath. That was Saturday, May 31 around 8:30-9pm. Then the one shower wouldn’t accept my loonies. If those two things wouldn’t have happened it would be 5 stars. The washrooms were clean.

Great campground, good sites, clean property. Lots of activities for the kids. Bouncy pillow was a hit. They had rock painting for our kids. Prices are good.

Kids loved it, had a jumping pillow and when the pool was under construction they put out a sprinkler for the kids on the hot day! River is nice and close. Bathrooms are clean, overall had an excellent stay!

Enjoyed the grounds, however make sure you aren't reliant on the advertised wifi as it barely works, and prepare for wind. Hopefully they get the pool going soon. River is wonderful though.

Very friendly staff. Clean and nice however I was told on the phone that the pool would be open may long weekend. A message that the pool was closed would have been appreciated as I told the grandchildren we would go swimming for our stay. The bouncy thing was nice but in a very hot location, the mini golf closes at 5, so we didn't golf because it was way too hot for all of us. no pool to coo

We have been to many KOA's in the US and this one was disappointing. Our area of the park was not looked after at all. Our picnic table had a hole in the middle and the pool was still being worked on. Just overall disappointing from what we are use to.

One of the nicer sites we have stayed at recently. Our site was large with many large trees but still had site lines for us to watch our smaller children play. Will definitely go again.

The amenities and facilities are great and it’s clear that they are only being improved. The only thing keeping me from five stars are token/loonie showers. I’d prefer that be an included amenity.

Staff were very friendly, I had a hard time parking my Rv luckily another camper helped me park my unit. My kids loved the playgrounds near by. I will definitely be coming back soon.

Great campground. Lots for kids to do/play. Clean bathrooms, super friendly staff and close to Tyrrel museum. Stay was awesome

Great place to take your family, in a cool town to visit. Nice warm pool and cool jumping pillow(trampoline like device). Friendly staff who will make your stay worry free.
