Amazing! KOA drumheller is our favorite place to stay! The staff maintain everything so well and are super friendly!

We had a lot of issues with the sewer system. I was very disappointed when we could not dump our tanks eventhough we had full hookups. We paid for it and then didn't get what we paid for. Then they had to close the bathrooms close to us. That was one of the reasons why we were at that part of the campground. We did love all the activities for the kids!

We were on the east side of the West Side. Not much protection from wind or sun. The sites looked well looked after

Vacation was great. Nice to see the efforts to improve the campground. We've stayed a week there for years. Improved a lot in the last couple summers.

The kids had a great time exploring the campsite and surrounding hills. The cabin had everything we needed. Exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend!

Our site was not the site we saw in the pictures when booking. We were up top on gravel with no shade or grass of any kind. It was like we were on Mars. The pool was under repair which it did not state when booking and is the reason we picked this campground because we are traveling with our young grandchildren. I booked 3 sites at the same time and we were scattered throughout the park.

The main campsite was really nice. The grass and trees made for a nice feel. We were on one of the upper sites though and it was all rocky and barren. There were no bathrooms close by. The pool was closed during our stay which we weren’t informed of before we booked. Also, very poor cell service and the wifi was very spotty.

Happened to be a rainy time but we didn't mind. Park was not overly busy during our stay. Wifi was great. Park was clean. Staff very friendly. Nice to see that mist of the dead trees have been removed.

Very nice campground. Extremely kid friendly! The only thing , is that the sites are very close together. It felt like our neighbours were right on top of us all the time

We booked this campground specifically for the pool. We have 2, 13 year olds and they couldn't wait to get in there. To our disappointment we arrive and the pool is under construction This should have been addressed on the site or in one of the 5 texts/emails I rec'd before arrival. U wld think repairs would of been completed before season opening. Also our TV did not work. Staff didn't car

For the most part we enjoyed our stay at this campground although we were disappointed the pool was not functioning and that our campsite was up on the top level of a gravel area and right beside outhouses and garbage bin. We made the best of our camping situation and did enjoy some of the other amenities

Overall clean and ok campsite. The only reason we book the koa dinosaure trail was the pool. We book few months ahead, only to find out about the pool closure for renovation 1 week prior arrival. Called in for clarification but phone was never answered. While in person, staff was friendly, but we were very disapointed about the pool. Yeah, not coming back.

The guy kept yelling at us to slow down even tho we were going the speed limit. And those golf carts they drive around were not going the speed limit. They told us not to park on the grass/weeds or we would have to move our vehicle to vistor parking even tho it was barely on but everyone else was able to and block their campsite like we wanted to. Was very upset and won't be back.

This is a large campground with lots of sites, most are really nicely shaded amongst trees, some are more out in the open. Perfect location if you plan to visit the Royal Tyrell Museum. Bathrooms were in good condition, though could have been cleaned more often on such a busy weekend. This is a great campground for families - lots of activities for children and space to play. Will stay again.

The pool was closed for yearly scheduled maintenance. It would have been really nice to have been notified of this closure. Perhaps provided a 10% refund would have also been wonderful since we had planned on using the pool.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Also the campground is in nicer condition than ever before and we have been camping there for almost 20 years.

We just spent the last two weeks at the Drumheller KOA. I am really impressed with what Nick and his team have done to the park since being a KOA. Huge improvement overall in the campground. All the staff are so friendly. I also love the bouncy pillow what a great addition to the park for everyone not just the kids. Can’t wait to come back in August. Keep up the good work Nick and Team.

pool was closed and it was listed on the web site that it's open from June 15th. Somewhere we found a small note that the pool was closed for renovations, but it was really hidden in the web page! Check in staff was very friendly and changed our tent spot to a more treed area, it was really hot that day! One little point of complaint: Where do you put your dirty dish washing water at the tent site

It was very pleasant. Washrooms were very clean. The staff was accommodating when we requested moving sites, and went out of their way to offer a sleeping room on a stormy day. They were just so nice. It's a lovely place.

Nice campground near the river. Lots of things to do in or near the campground. Some sites are pretty tight, especially if you have slides - (we weren’t able to put our awning out because of the trees). Staff was very friendly; plenty of amenities.

We brought our 10 year old granddaughter camping. She was disappointed to hear the pool was closed but the jumping pillows more than made up for it. What a wonderful way to entertain children!

Showers didn't work. Should have signs on them when they don't. Never put people right beside each other when there is a whole row available. Please reconsider having the sites so close to each other.

We were a group of 10 adults, 3 children and 3 dogs and we had a great experience here. The kids loved the bouncy pillow and the location was perfect for visitors to Drumheller to take in all that there is to do and see within minutes. The office staff were very friendly and the park was very cleasn The only downfall was that the pool was under repair during our stay. I would recommend this park.

We enjoyed the area and had lots of fun! Staff and fellow campers were super friendly. But we would have liked a camp spot with trees as we were in a tent and we could have tied a tarp up when it rained to still enjoy the outdoors. This is partly our fault for not mentioning this at registration but we took the time to look around the campsite and we will definitely mention this next time we book!

Great place to stay. Staff were very friendly, nicely treed, washrooms were well kept. Children’s play area could use some updating, Handy to have a little store.

Great place to take your family, in a cool town to visit. Nice warm pool and cool jumping pillow(trampoline like device). Friendly staff who will make your stay worry free.
