Love this camp ground! So much to do and explore! My 18 month old could play for days in all the different sections. Would highly recommend! Staff are super nice and always willing to help! The cabins are clean and welcoming! 10/10

Stayed for a reunion and booked early (Jan). After I checked in, I was told by my (male) cousin that apparently the rate that we were charged was the OLD PRE-KOA pricing and he got his exact cabin as mine for 1/3rd of the price (booked FEB). Front end staff tried gaslighting me, then said they would "make it right". Its been 2 months and I have heard nothing. "Make it right" means nothing to KOA.

Friendly staff in main office. Bathrooms Cleaned regularly. Pay showers but reasonable. Only thing is quiet hours. Hard when sun goes down at 11 to.enforce a 10pm... but actual enforcement for 11:30 would be nice.

It was ok. Jammed next to neighbours on all sides of us, bathrooms at back not working at all, bathrooms at front were ok, one shower not working. The inside centre was a mess, pool table half on a skid, pool cues with broken ends — cute place but never again for me

We had a great spot along the river! Lots of big trees and nice bathrooms. Kids loved the inflatable trampoline!

It was an amazing stay for our family even when the pool was closed. They had lots of amazing activities for the kids to do including the bouncy thing. My son loved it as well as the mini golf.

Sewer was overflowing in the site next to us and had to smell it the whole time were there. The system was pumped but out friends stuff was covered in raw sewer.

We were really disappointed in the cabin. We were promised non smoking accommodation and it is very clear that past guests had been smoking. It had the sour smell of a place that had been smoked in for years. Absolutely disgusting, particularly that we have 2 very young children. All of our clothes and bags etc. stink of cigarettes now. On top of that, the place was not clean.

The campground itself was great but the pool was under construction and the bathrooms closest to us were too. Typically not a big deal but when camping with 6 kids under 7y/o it becomes one fast. There was also a lot of confusion with sites - there were not enough picnic tables and fire pits to the number of sites. Paying $50 a night to not have the pool or bathrooms felt pretty steep

If i would come back, I would like to stay in the 200 series section of the campground as it is very quiet and it is a grassy area.. The road by the entrance sign really needs to be fixed as it is very uneven.

C’était dans un champ pas d’arbre pas de salle de bain proche.il y avait de la poussière à cause du grand nombre de gravier sur les routes du site de camping. Les toilettes les plus proches étaient moyennement propres. La piscine était fermée pour rénovation.

Showers didn’t work. They like to cram you in there. Tenting in a field had no privacy. Could not select our site. Very loud. Placed nice to a large and loud family. Left a day early. Wish I could have gotten refunded for the last night.

Our site had no tree coverage and the ground was all gravel, other then that it was great � I love Drumheller’s KOA!

Wood would not burn, so I received another pack free of charge. The only place with trees within miles. Showers need repair but a very nice and family place.

Unfortunately the pool was under construction-not something that was noted or identified upon booking, or afterward-no phone call, email, not on website until a day after we were checked in. Our site was not full service due to a pipe break that was trying to be located. We were given passes to the pool in town, nice, but not how we planned our trip. Staff were great as usual and did their best.

Grounds are kept clean. Staff is super friendly. Cabins are very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The bouncy pillow is a great bonus for the kids especially while the pool was down for renos. We will definitely be back and stay longer. I do wish they noted that the TVs in the cabin are only for DVD/blue ray use so bring yoir own or bring a fire stick because the wifi is good.

We were disappointed that the pool was not open. Still working on it. Our site was ok but there was a sewer problem near us so had to listen to a pump out and drilling and digging for the 2 days we were there. Park staff were friendly and there is a dog run area but no shade at it all. Site was a little tight for our toy hauler but otherwise ok. Did see some sites I would choose if ever here again

This is such an active vibrant campground now. There are so many things for kids to enjoy from the bouncy pillow to staff run activities and games. More things for adults as well with horse shoes, ladder golf, corn hole and mini golf. If you haven’t been here in years you must come back and enjoy the new things and friendly staff. The mini golf and Dino scavenger hunt are fun too.

Pool was closed, campsite was pure gravel and completely open to others - no grass, trees or privacy at all. We stayed in site 88 which was recommended to us when we called KOA and after visiting I definitely would not have chosen this site.

I didn’t know the pool was out of commission. That’s why I booked and at the end of our stay another family mentioned a pool pass for in town, I didn’t hear about it from office. Rest of campground was great. Lots to do. Quiet a clean,and shady, which was a bonus in 35 degree heat

The lower part of the campground is very nice with trees and space between campsites with a decent playground for kids and a jump pillow sadly the pool was under renovation while we were there so that was a big disappointment, the upper part of the campground in the 300’s where we camped was very bare and open with basically no space between campsites which is a huge turn off for returning

Front desk closed too early so couldn’t use amenities after 7pm, misleading website advertising a pool but after we pay, find out it’s closed indefinitely. Other buildings in disrepair, unsafe bouncy pillow with concrete around bottom (kid hit his head and got a concussion) trees cut down and not replaced, leaving large stumps(8ft tall) and no shade for campers. Wifi terrible and no cell servi

We had a fantastic stay in one of the dino dens, which was fully stocked with all of the essentials. There was plenty to do on the property, our kids particularly enjoyed the arcade and the bouncy pillow. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back ourselves sometime.

We were really disappointed we weren’t able to use the pool during our stay. That’s one of the main reasons we’re visiting you every summer for 5 years now. It would have been nice to know when we reserved or at least get a discount on our rate. Sadly the shower and toilet were broken too during our stay. We understand and will be back.

Very friendly and helpful hosts; lots of activities planned for kids and a huge bouncy pillow, a bit outdated playgrounds and mini golf snd unfortunately the swimming pool was closed for renovations (arrangements were made with the aquaplex in town which was very nice but quite a bit of traffic due to bridge construction). Close to the Tyrell museum with walking paths. Overall had a great stay.

We had a terrible stay at this campground. We usually enjoy staying at KOA but this one was horrible. The site was awful we were on the upper side which was like a wasteland with no trees nothing marked outhouses. The website said there was a sport court but there wasn’t and our water at the site didn’t work. Staff was disorganized telling us there was no signup for activities but then it was

It used to ne our favorite place to camp. This time there was garbage in our fire pit, the bathrooms were closed but one and the whole park need a lot of repairs. The wifi is terrible. I hope to see this campground again if improvements can be attained. It was an amazing place to stay. The staff, as few as there is, was great.

As always the staff is super helpful, friendly and very accommodating - the only downside was my trip wasn't longer. I am looking forward to my next trip for August long weekend. Just a friendly reminder vehicles please honor the speed limit and also children/adults on bikes please look before turning into traffic it is very hard to stop a vehicle with a unit on a dime.

We had a great time. Our site was small and felt very crammed because there is a tree in the middle of the stand which wasn’t ideal. Unfortunately the pool was out of order when we were there and it was one of the main reasons we chose this campground. Other than that the facilities were clean and there was lots to do for the kids.

Overall it was a good trip. our family rate each trip we take, and the KOA got a 4.125 out of 5 this year. Siting the pool and the overwhelming number of biting ants as pain points for the children. Great place to take your family, in a cool town to visit. Nice warm pool and cool jumping pillow(trampoline like device). Friendly staff who will make your stay worry free.
