The staff at this park were very nice and knowledgeable about the area. The signage when entering was difficult to decide where the office was located. We were camped in one of the upper areas which was rock and dirt/clay mix. While attaching the water,elec,you sunk into mud about 2 inches deep(no way to avoid this). All upper sites were alike. Tent areas looked good on grass.Nice areas for kids.

Wonderful campground. Lots of places to walk with dogs, very dog friendly. Great hook ups for full services such as 50 amp and 30 amp hook ups. Back in sites were good size. Very scenic along the Red Deer River. Only area that could be improved is the WiFi, was spotty and weak. The cell phone service is weak in the valley where the park is located. Overall very nice RV park.

We selected your location specificly for the pool as we had the grand kids for the week. A week before arriving, we received a KOA email which stated the pool was closed for repairs. When talking with the camp ground to cancel our booking, we were assured the pool would be open and ready when we arrived. It was open, but so cold the kids refused to use it. Not very forthcoming to keep the booking.

so happy with our stay. we had full hookups. staff are very helpful and friendly. lots of things to do for the kids. unfortunately the website wasn't up to date with the pool opening as it was open 5 days before we arrived, so we had no swimsuits. love that they have cabins for our non camping friends. wish they had bike paths to get to the museum and path way system. would camp here again.

We had a central stall close to everything. The grandkids could run freely to the bouncy balloon. The pool was clean but cold. Hard to get the kids into the water. The pool building is showing wear & in need of some TLC. The washroom near the office was operational but also in need of some upgrades. Overall it was local to everything we wanted to do in the area. We would come back again.

Roads and sites extremely muddy after rain. Wasn’t informed about tokens needed for shower at check-inand the office doesn’t open till 9am. Wi-fi is non existent, speed test was .7 and no cell service available. Office ran out of ice. All in all the worst koa we have used on our trip.

It was alright but as as far as actual campsites go, we've been traveling halfway across Canada and this was the smallest site we've had out of all the campsites we stayed at. Plus, our site was in the newer lower section of campground and was basically a gravel pit. That coupled with the fact that kids were screaming just beyond the trees on the big trampoline until 11pm. But that was expected.

We stayed in the Dinoden 4. We had seen the online pictures so we were prepared for the size. What we did not expect and had a had time with was the temperature inside the trailer. There is a single portable AC unit that was working overtime and not able to keep up. The filter on the unit was plugged solid so I cleaned it but I feel that the unit may be damaged. There was a strong smoke smell also

We stayed in site 135 and it was well treed, was right across from the jump for kids and the pool. Close to the office, bathroom and showers. It was perfect as our granddaughter could go by herself. The area was clean and we had full hookups, which worked well for us. We will definitely be back! We also enjoyed the amenities and attractions near by, especially the big dino/splash park in town!

Amazing friendly and helpful staff. Tent sites were clean and spacious and well maintained. We were lucky and the pool had just opened. Beautiful location! We will be back- thank you for the memories!

Ok. Noisy neighbors blasting music past 11pm. Small cramped spots with limited shade. Showers had very low water pressure so it took a minute to warm the water and the water was a trickle at best. Staff were great. We were in west lot one night (don't recommend at all) and main lot the second night. Stay away from east lot... no shade and on the road. Dog park filled with poop.

Our assigned site was so unlevel that our jacks could not level us. A really nice guy brought out some wood blocks that at least got us close. The area we were in was nothing more than a dirt lot with tables and hook-ups. There wasn't even a restroom nearby. Very disappointed as we compared it to both Billings and Great Falls, which were wonderful.

We had a wonderful time at this KOA with 5 other families (3 families from Alberta and 2 from Ontario). The only issue was the pool was not operational during our stay. It would have been nice to relax by the pool. I hear that the pool is now open. The park is close to town and other sites to go to visit and then return . My niece and her friend dressed in dinosaur suits and entertained the kid

The campgrounds were very well maintained & clean, reception attendants were very polite & helpful, there were plenty of things to do for the children and the pool was a big hit for the entire family.

One bathroom takes loonies for the shower, but we weren't told and when we went late at night to shower we didn't have the correct change. Very dissapointing. So we bought $25 in loonies, then we find out the second shower facility takes some tokens, we weren't told we needed tokens and loonies to stay clean. Charge me $5 extra a night and let me shower, get rid of the loonies/token machines.

Site 326. The site was not completely covered with gravel!! During a heavy rain half our site flooded out, clay washed on the patio mat. We later found out that the pool was closed for repairs , but the front desk failed to inform us about free Aquaplex passes. Sewer back up during final dump!! A disappointing stay in the lower east side.

I really like the location, it is beautiful. It’s really nice to be right beside the Red Deer river. The sites are very nice and the power and sewer connections are super convenient . The staff is very helpful and all the other services available are great. My grandsons loved the giant pillow that they could jump on. The showers and washrooms are clean and very nice. Great campground

The layout of the campground was great, however the bathrooms near the tenting area were broken and it was a long haul over to the only other bathroom on the property. I booked this campground specifically for the pool and it was not in operation. There was a small note about this on my receipt bit not obvious on the main website.

We arrived and given a spot on an intersection of 2 roads and very short. Our van would never have fit without being on one of the roads. Plus, it was unkept and with no protection. They moved us to a shaded grassy area which was much better. That area had many vacant spots and to put campers on that first area was totally unnecessary. The pool on July11 not open A poor KOA

This RV Park is well managed and having attended here numerous times in the past decade I see many improvements in the past year. I highly recommend it.

We stayed in cabin 6. Easy check in and check out. Would have loved a grate over the fire pit or the ability to put one on. As well as chairs, just assumed there would be chairs outside as some were pictured on the deck which made the picnic table and fire pit too far away. Overall will definitely come back if we decide to camp again in Drumheller.

Great place to take your family, in a cool town to visit. Nice warm pool and cool jumping pillow(trampoline like device). Friendly staff who will make your stay worry free.
