I know we came in during off season. I realize it was on a Sunday. I thoroughly appreciate that the campground accommodated us when we were delayed a day due to high winds preventing us from traveling. I don’t appreciate that the trash was so far from the campsite. Or that they put us about as far away from facilities as possible; even though we were the only there. No hot water in facilities.

staff was good, loved that they were open in December. only real big down was the inner roads. covered in ice. entrance and exit were at hill and icy. some kind of attempt needs to be made to keep the ice down. its kind a hard to steer a 43' motor coach that's sliding down a hill.

Terrible. Paid full price then waded around in 5 inches of snow. Almost no plowing. Couldn't find the site because couldn't see the roads. No sites were plowed we just had shoes on. Definitely will not stay here again. Owners should be ashamed. Disgusting treatment of paying guests.

One of the last campgrounds on the end of a 6 week adventure ended up being one of the nicest. Spotless washrooms and the best showers of the entire trip!! Awesome Wi-Fi as well. Thank you Douglas KOA

Campground was adequate. Late in season, so that is likely the reason for limited office hours. Paved areas of the park could definitely use some upgrade.

We were put down behind the office in the cottage/tent area. They have 3 big rig sites there. They should not be there. There is a drop off the road and the cottages are there. Not easy. The manager had her car parked right at the turn from the office and we unfortunately hit her car. When leaving, they had a truck parked in front of a garage, that also made it difficult for us to exit.

Friendly stuff and helpful. Filled by propane and made sure I was comfortable. This KOA has a lot more amenities than their website states. I suggest they remedy that. They have a laundry that is not mentioned and even a miniature golf course. I enjoyed my stay.

We love camping here. The staff is friendly and helpful and always available. The grounds and facilities are kept clean at all times. We love it so much we go back year after year. Book way ahead because a lot of others love it too!

Very nice staff. Tried to buy propane when we checked in. No one on-site at the time was certified. Told next morning we could get it. Tried again next morning. Still no one there that could fill our tanks. Left without getting any propane.

Overnight stay, full hookups, pull-thru 30/50 Amp service, cable TV and WiFi both worked very well. Facility was clean. Appeared that new gravel was recently installed, space was fairly level and everything worked. Typically tight KOA spaces with little shade. Very good for overnight stay, road noise present, but not too bad. Recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at the KOA in Douglas, Wyoming! From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. You can really tell they are putting in a ton of effort to improve the place, and all their work so far looks phenomenal. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. We highly recommend this KOA and while we won't be back through Wyoming for awhile, we absolutely cannot wait to come back and see all of the improvements and smiling faces on our next visit. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
