Booked cabins for an elk hunt. The day before our arrival they had construction problems that closed the cabins for our stay. This is understandable. The yurt was noisy and cold as the pellet stove does not operate properly. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

We stayed in the Yurt. The staff let me know that it was a work in progress and that it would probably be warm. We only needed it for the night time for sleeping. It was warm but it did have a portable air conditioner and the staff also supplied a box fan. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I appreciated all that they did with such short notice. I would definitely recommend it.

We stayed in the yurt. the provided air conditioner (AC) wasn’t plugged in when we arrived, it was hot! The AC cord didn’t reach an outlet and I had to reroute an extension cord to get it turned in. The AC was not meant to cool down that large of space and was inadequate. Beds: 2 futon couches and an ottoman that made into a platform, not what I expected of a KOA. Employees were amazing.

Having stayed in the cabins several times over the last year or so, I see the cabins need some updating/remodeling. This time, like before, I could not open the deadbolt. It wouldn’t take much to do a little work & get them in shape.

Cabin and bathrooms were clean, but all the amenities were closed at 7 pm when we arrived. Including the pool area and miniature golf. The ping pong area was amongst weeds and looked like it hadn’t been touched in years. The minute golf area was in poor shape as well.

One the plus side the restrooms were clean and tidy. Everything else just seemed very run down and it is placed in an odd open area, where it felt like anybody could come and go even if they were not staying there .

didn't get to spend much time at the campground since we were there for a horse show, but it was a pleasant, clean quiet cabin to crash in for our short night.

This KOA is wonderful. Clean, spacieous, and quiet. The bathrooms are the cleanest and nicest we have seen. It makes such a difference in our stay. Thank you!

Looks like they are trying to make improvements but it’s surrounded by mobile homes some not so appealing just wasn’t what we expected! Pool was closed ! Two teenagers walking around made my husband nervous to leave our stuff outside seemed like they enjoyed getting into stuff even climbe fence and jumped in pool which showed they didn’t care about the rules! But will say staff was extremel

It was quiet and staff was friendly. Bathroom was spotless and my cabin had to be one of the cleanest cabins I have ever used. The 2 propane grills in the tent area did not work but did not notice until after the office closed. The pool was being worked on, but it is early in the season and I didn't really care. Was a little concerned b/c of proximity to some run down mobile homes but no issue

While road tripping across country I spent a night in one of the cabins. Had a great stay. The staff was super friendly. Everything was clean and well maintained. Even enjoyed a round of mini golf before dinner. What more could you ask for.

Stayed in a cabin while fishing at Glendo. Cabins was sufficient with Beds, gas BBQ, picnic table, and front porch with seating. TV was a bonus. Very clean.

The little camp cabin was the bomb, totally awesome! Me and two kids loved it. I will always use a cabin from now on. A week earlier we used a tent site at the same KOA... poor! Felt like we were bums sleeping in a ditch next to the road, sewer smell to boot.

Bathrooms were VERY clean!!!! The "Kabin" we stayed in was great and my grandson had a ball between the pool, playground and 9 hole putt-putt. Peace and Quiet!!!

Did not stay the night. Was not at all like pictured. Not one cabin had a swing like advertised. Broken chairs on porch. Broken picnic table. Rude staff that refused to refund our money. Than said they would cal the police because they said we were trespassing Not at all like any KOA I have stayed at before.

There is plenty of space between sites. The campground seems very safe. Staff was very friendly. I stay at the Douglas KOA whenever I go through Wyoming.

The location isn’t as pretty as some of the KOAs we have stayed but the cleanliness of the cabin, bathrooms and pool were excellent. Probably the cleanest around. The staff was super friendly as well. Thank you

What a cute Kampground! Checkin was super easy and quick. The kabin was adorable and super clean. AC was running when we got in so that the room was on its way to being cool. And there was a little basket with snacks and water and water flavor packs. Just lovely!!

We stopped for a night along our way, and glad we did. The staff were all very friendly, park was clean, bathrooms were clean, pool was closed, but it was fine with us because the weather was too cold for us.

Has an industrial type feel to the property. Two large metal buildings in middle of park and mobile home park in back of park. No green spaces to speak of.

Best Employees,owner and guest, respectful, peaceful, quiet,and beautiful place and location very clean,and the service is unbelievable Jeff is on it no matter what time of day or night it is..His the best his employees Dana and the girls are very helpful and friendly and not forgetting beautiful in and out....on the lowest temperatures we had frozen pipes, truck and ect and Jeff was here after hours to take us to town bringing us cases of water,propane always willing to help in any wa!!!
