Friendly staff, convenient location, and very clean. The renovations for pool and miniature golf will make this campground enjoyable for families to stay longer than one night.

Staff was friendly, park was clean and well kept, and our site was long and level (pulling a 42' 5th wheel) with a reasonable price . They had a community campfire that evening (Thursday) which we did not attend due to driving all day and leaving early in the morning. Would staythere again.

The people were very nice and friendly. They are in the beginnings of a construction project so if you are looking for activities (pool, mini golf, etc) this is not your place to stay at this time. For an over night stop it was perfect.

Just an over nighter , but great service and great people . We had a pull thru and didn’t have to unhook nice and level for our 38 foot 5th wheel . We never use the parks for anything but over night unless we will be there for a few days but this place was a great overnight stop and if you have time could be a couple nights

All we needed was an electric hookup for a stay that was late arrival and very early leaving the next day. The site had lots of dog poo on it. The cost was very high for this short stay on the off season when it is too cold to do any of the extra activities at the park.

Very warm and welcoming. It wasn’t the best weather but we were assured that if weathered changed for the worse , we would be taken care of. One of the nicest parks in Wyoming

We stayed here for one night on the way back home from Arizona. The facilities were clean and served us well.

We have been staying here for 15 years, and it is a great KOA to stop on our way home to Cody Wy. Very friendly staff.

We were just passing thru and had the nicest chat with the staff on duty at the time. We were given the easiest pull thru site because we were just passing thru. This meant alot to us as it was March and there was snow on the ground. We would definately recommend this KOA.

Campground easy to find, well marked. Staff friendly and accommodating. Facility neat and tidy. Utilities in good repair, bathhouse nice and clean.

Because of the weather situation, we pulled in without reservations after 8 pm. No problem, the young lady assisted us with the paperwork and escorted us to our site. Great Hosts ����

High winds delayed us from our trip south for Christmas. Upon checking in, a huge gust blew the door out of my hand and shattered the glass. The owner came out and assisted me close the door. Long story short, we got the window covered, and had a restful night, and wind subsided by morning. Loved the kindness, compassion, and warmth of the staff���

We were traveling back to Wyoming from Florida and had to find a place to ride out the storm. Dana was very kind and accommodating. We will definitely add Douglas KOA to our regular travel stop! Thank you

The site, facilities, and people were great. BUT! there was a stench that kept wafting up into the park, every other day or so, from a "settling pond" close by. It was a vile open sewer kind of smell. I don't know if the pond was part of the park or not but when it wafted up to the campers it was vile. I didn't complain because if they could do something about it were or there was nothing to do.

We stayed 2 nights at Douglas KOA Journey RV Park. The staff is super welcoming. Parking lot is rocky but nicely maintained. Multiple sites do have a concrete pad. Little grass in the grassy areas but it's also HOT and DRY, so nothing will grow. Pickleball courts and pool, lots of campsites for rvs and tents and cabins to rent. Super cool concrete area with shade by the cabins and airstreams to also rent. Little shade and privacy is the downside to some of the sites but we had D1 and it was fabulous! Super nice dog park located in the back of the campground, a little jaunt for us but it is really nice grass for those picky poopers. Check-in- excellent! Location- excellent! Campground- excellent! Price- excellent! Laundry facility was clean and nice. They also sell local products❤️ The town of Douglas hosts the WY state fair in August which is impressive as the town is not very big. Tons of banks and churches and modest style homes. Seems like a very humble town and I like it. Home of the jackalope statue and the story of how it got started. This was a fun little stop!

Second review - this KOA has had a lot of investment with substantial upgrades. Stayed in one of the new delux cabins which was great. There were 4 adults and three dogs. Had a wonderful deck. Pet corral , sitting area and deck. Full size refrigerator which was a wonderful surprise. Staff was very friendly. Dog friendly. First review from several years ago - Older KOA but clean and well maintained. Used the cabins for the first time. Clean and a great option that is very affordable when reserved in advance. Road noise not bad. Showers were adequate, restrooms were clean. Very quiet campground.
