All the staff was outstanding. The grounds were clean and our spot was easy to find. Management went out of their way to accommodate us and we will recommend staying to everyone. We travel a lot for baseball and this was our first ever experience with a campground and we will absolutely be back.

we love staying at this KOA everyone is always friendly and helpful. Bathrooms and Showers are always so clean. We will be back in July when our grandkids play baseball again.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. This park was clean, the spot was level, the bathrooms were spotless, and the people were the best. They truly care about their guests and it shows. We will be back.

We stopped here for just one night on our way through. Not very crowded this time of year. The power was out at our site when we pulled in and they were very accommodating for us to move to another site. Turns out it was an area wide outage and not a problem with the site.

Our stay was great. There was a couple things that was in need of attention. The dog park wasn't the cleanest. No dog bags. The spot we were in had landscape edging damage. Rebar coming out and looked to be just set to the side. Otherwise everything was good.

We had a nice stay at Douglas KOA. The sites were spacious and comfortable. Everything was well maintained. The sites are not level at all - ours was on a hill, which was tricky to work with. A disappointment was that there was only one trash receptacle in the entire KOA during winter - the dumpster. There wasn't even a trash can in the dog park, which made it difficult to clean up.

The staff, especially Dick, was very friendly and helpful, and even turned the water for the row on for us. Everything was clean. There were garbage cans protected by an enclosure at every site. A cute mini golf course, but we unfortunately couldn't stay long enough to use it.

We have stayed in this park several times. We like this park because it is nicely maintained and quiet. The bathrooms sparkle!

Friendly staff. Roomy sites. Leveling was easy.We were there in off season but would still recommend based on clean area and easy access from highway.

It was a record breaking snow two days before we got there and they had it clean and ready for us. Needed propane because it had gotten so cold and they were very friendly and took great care of us.

The staff was excellent and that is an understatement could not have been happier the facilities were exceptional clean and kept up even with the amount of snow I would definitely recommend staying here and whoever is in charge at Koa needs to know they have a special group at this location

I know we came in during off season. I realize it was on a Sunday. I thoroughly appreciate that the campground accommodated us when we were delayed a day due to high winds preventing us from traveling. I don’t appreciate that the trash was so far from the campsite. Or that they put us about as far away from facilities as possible; even though we were the only there. No hot water in facilities.

staff was good, loved that they were open in December. only real big down was the inner roads. covered in ice. entrance and exit were at hill and icy. some kind of attempt needs to be made to keep the ice down. its kind a hard to steer a 43' motor coach that's sliding down a hill.

Terrible. Paid full price then waded around in 5 inches of snow. Almost no plowing. Couldn't find the site because couldn't see the roads. No sites were plowed we just had shoes on. Definitely will not stay here again. Owners should be ashamed. Disgusting treatment of paying guests.

One of the last campgrounds on the end of a 6 week adventure ended up being one of the nicest. Spotless washrooms and the best showers of the entire trip!! Awesome Wi-Fi as well. Thank you Douglas KOA

While road tripping across country I spent a night in one of the cabins. Had a great stay. The staff was super friendly. Everything was clean and well maintained. Even enjoyed a round of mini golf before dinner. What more could you ask for.

Campground was adequate. Late in season, so that is likely the reason for limited office hours. Paved areas of the park could definitely use some upgrade.

We were put down behind the office in the cottage/tent area. They have 3 big rig sites there. They should not be there. There is a drop off the road and the cottages are there. Not easy. The manager had her car parked right at the turn from the office and we unfortunately hit her car. When leaving, they had a truck parked in front of a garage, that also made it difficult for us to exit.

Great KOA, staff was great and helpful, we are very happy with our stay, they had plenty of room for our RV, the campground was clean and quiet
