Spot parked was not nice, not level. It was so unlevel that it messed up my auto level system which I had to reprogram at the follow on campground to get it to work. Nicer spots that were level were available and empty the whole time we were there

We have stay here last year. The improvements are fabulous, although it was terrific last year always appreciate a campground that continues to improve there properly. We will be back!!

The customer service staff was so helpful and nice. Nice lot size, turns were very easy, dog run area was really appreciated by our puppy.

Douglas KOA is a nice, clean and quite place to stay. The staff is very friendly. The sites are easy to get into and are level. The sites are plenty wide. They are still adding more sites and a swimming pool. I enjoyed my stay.

This was a nice place easy to get in off the road and close to Douglas for eats or fuel.

Nice park. There are a lot of things under construction, a new pool, pickelball courts and a concession stand. Property is well maintained, and will be very impressive when all the projects are completed.

The staff is very friendly and the area is nice . The wi-fi is non existence . Shouldn’t advertise WiFi available . Couldn’t get it the whole 4 days we were there . No shade , but they are working on the park . Room for improvement , but good for a quick overnight .

Have been staying here for the past few years. The park has made some major improvements and additions. They really have done a great job and everything really looks nice. Staff is extremely helpful and fun at check in. Always there for us RV'ers and any needs or help. Looking forward to our next stay.

Everyone was very friendly, the spots were level and clean, and it’s very easy to get around in the campground with a long camper. I would strongly recommend it. We will definitely stay there again.

Nice clean park. They are adding tons of improvements. The staff was so very friendly and made our stay so comfortable. We have stayed here before on our motorcycles and it was a surprise to see so many changes. We will most definitely stay here again.

I would highly recommend staying at this park. The staff was the best of any KOA yet. So friendly, kind and helpful. Our site was level and easy in and easy out. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Wow, super clean facility, you can tell that they really care. I stayed in one of the rustic cabins, it was perfect! So quiet, and all the employees were so friendly. Thanks for an enjoyable stay, I’m driving across the country and I needed a good nights sleep!

If the girl had told us which two of the electric poles was the one to use, it would have been nice.!! My husband worked several hours on our trailer trying to figure out what was wrong! We had friends in Douglas and he came out and checked things with an amp meter. Finally figured out the meter wasn’t working! They have 2 spots with two meters on them. People were very helpful regarding koa site and surrounding area. The site was very good. The bathroom did had smaller than normal toilets and shower. The restrooms were very clean

We reserved a one night stay at the Douglas KOA, we expected to utilize the pool, playground and fire ring. Neither of these features was available. I did mention these missing items with the front desk, they did not seem to care. The KOA book has been useful to us on our cross country trip and we have used KOA exclusively. A small refund would have been in order, but nothing.

We had a great stay here tent camping. Staff were friendly. Great fire pit. Bathrooms very clean.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We received a phone call prior to our arrival to let us know when they closed and where our campsite information would be if late. They showed us and guided us into our site and where our hook ups were. Very clean restrooms and baths. Great site and service.

I stayed here the week prior and had a good experience. Which is why I came back. I stopped here again on my way back, and after I had set up in C10, the host asked me to either unhook my trailer from my truck or go to another spot to accommodate a late arrival. The car parked ahead of me in B10 had a car towed behind it, blocked the road. Then the late arrival in B8 was loud and it woke me up

We've been staying here for 10 years now for WY 4H state shoot - the second weekend in June every year, and coincides with a baseball tourney - lots of youth at the KOA! The 1st year, smores, dinners, and activities hosted by the KOA; nothing since! We make reservations months in advance hoping requests are available, but no point to it now because it doesn't happen. Now no pool, golf, tennis, etc

We've stayed at several KOA's but this is the first where a staff member actually escorts you (follow their quad) to the site and assists with getting lined up and situated. Very efficient park! Kudos to Ragan, Casey, Yvonne, Dana, and Kierra!

We stayed 2 nights at Douglas KOA Journey RV Park. The staff is super welcoming. Parking lot is rocky but nicely maintained. Multiple sites do have a concrete pad. Little grass in the grassy areas but it's also HOT and DRY, so nothing will grow. Pickleball courts and pool, lots of campsites for rvs and tents and cabins to rent. Super cool concrete area with shade by the cabins and airstreams to also rent. Little shade and privacy is the downside to some of the sites but we had D1 and it was fabulous! Super nice dog park located in the back of the campground, a little jaunt for us but it is really nice grass for those picky poopers. Check-in- excellent! Location- excellent! Campground- excellent! Price- excellent! Laundry facility was clean and nice. They also sell local products❤️ The town of Douglas hosts the WY state fair in August which is impressive as the town is not very big. Tons of banks and churches and modest style homes. Seems like a very humble town and I like it. Home of the jackalope statue and the story of how it got started. This was a fun little stop!

Second review - this KOA has had a lot of investment with substantial upgrades. Stayed in one of the new delux cabins which was great. There were 4 adults and three dogs. Had a wonderful deck. Pet corral , sitting area and deck. Full size refrigerator which was a wonderful surprise. Staff was very friendly. Dog friendly. First review from several years ago - Older KOA but clean and well maintained. Used the cabins for the first time. Clean and a great option that is very affordable when reserved in advance. Road noise not bad. Showers were adequate, restrooms were clean. Very quiet campground.
