Our stay was just one night. KOA Douglas was clean and staff were very friendly! The pool was not operating that’s why I gave it a 4.

The people were great and the stop was convenient. The pool is broken, The facade of the building seemed run down, There was sand on the tennis court, dog poop was not all picked up, it had a general run down appearance. I would stay again if I was passing through the area or going to the fair. They had great looking cabins and Airstreams to rent.

While they are still in the stages of improvement, we were welcomed like family. Dana and the crew all were extremely friendly and shared the vision of what will be happening. I can't want to go back and see all the improvements accomplished.

5 or 6 diesel pickups woke us up @ 5;25 am so our sleep was cut short

Wonderful stay. The Delux cabin was perfect for our family of six. It was clean and modern. Everyone was comfortable with their own bed. The Kitchen and shower were so nice and the airconditioning worked extremely well. We will be back!

Nice location to everything from shopping to local things to see & do Couple who owns park are very sweet and give you a first class welcome K-9 was in good location not some far off place and is well lit at night & bags were available Cabins are great , wish they had screen doors Pool is really a fun one

This was our second visit to KOA Douglas. Dana and her staff are welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. Can’t wait for our next visit!

We were disappointed that the pool was closed. We had an earwig problem in the cabin we stayed in. Overall we had a pleasant experience.

Stay was good. 2 days here. Nice patio with gas grill, table and chairs. Only complaint was site was very much unlevel from side to side

The office staff is wonderful and very helpful. However, the grounds is nothing but gravel/stone/weeds. No nice place to walk the dog. Within two minutes she picked up sharp prickers in both front paws. The place also has a very strong odor of sewage that can be gagging at times. No shade at all and very dusty.

Nice campground for our one night in Douglas, WY. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were disappointed that the pool wasn’t available as it was pretty warm and a slash would have been nice.

This campground was great! We had paid for a tent site but after seeing the weather, we decided to upgrade to a yurt and are so glad we did! The inside is roomy and each bed has linens on it so we didn’t even have to unload much gear! The decorations were also cute! The bathrooms were super clean, and the whole place seemed well kept up. The bathrooms are exceptionally clean! This is the best thing about the campground. The bathrooms are a little bit of a walk from the tent sites. It would be nice if they were closer. The tent sites are not very grassy. The tent sites did have a nice white fence around them. The campground was quiet.

We were just there 1 night! Love the big trees! Used the dog off leash area! Easy to find the campground! Close to gas and shopping! We would definitely stay again!

We stayed for 3 nights. We were pleasantly surprised about the way services were made since last year. I recognized one of the ladies at the front desk (sorry I don't know her name). She and I recognized each other and had a great time. The only suggestion I would make is that trees be planted in the spaces around the park so more people would have shade. Other than that, it was a great stay!

It's a place to stay. As a tenter it was loud .would be nice to keep the grass green. also, if you're going to say that you have Wi-Fi then install a system that provides coverage to the Campground.

From the beginning to the end,our experience was perfect. I called a few days before, no one was available to answer but within minutes my call was returned. The lady that called me back was very informative and helpful with all my questions. When arriving everything from checkin to checkout was perfect. When we called with questions or concerns we were treated great. I would write more if I could

It was a very nice koa except for the sewer smell. Will definitely be back in the future. Can't wait to see all the upgrades!

It is a work in progress. When they finish the renovations, it will be a really nice park. Lack of shade was the real negative, especially when the pool was not available. Laundry room was really tight. Convenience in and out. And everything was clean.

Very friendly staff. Great location. The pool is under construction so it will be wonderful when it's finished. They also have cabins, Airstreams and tiny houses at which to stay.

Stayed one night in a big rig. Easy in and out. Staff very friendly and helpful. Site had full services and concrete patio. Would stay here again.

We stayed 2 nights at Douglas KOA Journey RV Park. The staff is super welcoming. Parking lot is rocky but nicely maintained. Multiple sites do have a concrete pad. Little grass in the grassy areas but it's also HOT and DRY, so nothing will grow. Pickleball courts and pool, lots of campsites for rvs and tents and cabins to rent. Super cool concrete area with shade by the cabins and airstreams to also rent. Little shade and privacy is the downside to some of the sites but we had D1 and it was fabulous! Super nice dog park located in the back of the campground, a little jaunt for us but it is really nice grass for those picky poopers. Check-in- excellent! Location- excellent! Campground- excellent! Price- excellent! Laundry facility was clean and nice. They also sell local products❤️ The town of Douglas hosts the WY state fair in August which is impressive as the town is not very big. Tons of banks and churches and modest style homes. Seems like a very humble town and I like it. Home of the jackalope statue and the story of how it got started. This was a fun little stop!

Second review - this KOA has had a lot of investment with substantial upgrades. Stayed in one of the new delux cabins which was great. There were 4 adults and three dogs. Had a wonderful deck. Pet corral , sitting area and deck. Full size refrigerator which was a wonderful surprise. Staff was very friendly. Dog friendly. First review from several years ago - Older KOA but clean and well maintained. Used the cabins for the first time. Clean and a great option that is very affordable when reserved in advance. Road noise not bad. Showers were adequate, restrooms were clean. Very quiet campground.
