At check in I requested propane for class A Rv. Waited 30 minutes for propane. No one never showed up to fill RV tank. KOA had electrical problems at site issued. 50 amp would not work!! Had to run generator all night!! Park is not maintained well. Large mud holes in roads when trying to exit park. Staff is not very accommodating.

Sewer hookups on the pull thru site was too far to use with a 25’ rig & toad vehicle. Since the campground was not busy upon departure we pulled into another site to dump. Upon arrival we were told not to drink the water, had to use gallon jugs to fill in their office for drinking water. Why don’t they post this on their website? It was OK but no shade. Also the water taste terrible. Not sure if there's a problem with their water or that was it's natural state. Glad there is a dog run. And it's far enough from the highway so it's pretty quiet at night.

Dog poop everywhere. Fenced in area a total mess. Management needs to get tougher on dog owners who do not pick up after their dog. Very disappointing.

Nice place and nice people. The only thing I would reccomend is to have the K9 section a little larger and taken care of a little better. Other than that, the stay was very nice.

Didn’t like the facilities ant the site and not impressed with Douglas. We had booked 2 nights but only stayed one night!

It was GREAT! We stayed an extra day because it was so nice. Big sites which is rare sometimes. Big shout out to owners and workers!!!! �

Short sites had to unhook to fit. Sites not level. No WiFi except at office. OK for a night. Could use some upkeep.

Very dated and rundown, the dryer panel fell off and injured my wife! And rusty outdated machine put rust spots on clothing...would recommend to anyone..

This is a very well run KOA. Restroom facilities excellent. Far enough off road/hwy that it is quiet at night. This KOA does have an extended stay section but it is very separate from campers - nice.

I had to have my pare ts call for reservation, Tiffany was very helpful to them and to me when I arrived. She gave me a key fob with member number and was very helpful. The park was beautiful and we'll kept.

Nice clean park with easy interstate access but no interstate noise. We accidentally parked in the wrong spot and instead of having us move they rearranged on their computer.

Very friendly staff. However the door to the women’s restroom would not shut, no reason to have a restroom code when you can’t shut the door; made my husband stand outside so I could shower.

None of the outside stores were open .we tried to stay an extra night and said they were no able to stay on the sights we had mite be able to get another sight but no one let us know,

The stay was OK. The bathroom was really clean. The campsite was supposed to have power but didn’t. The grass was a bit long at the site and there were a few thistles at the site. The maintenance staff was friendly, the staff at the front desk was a mixed bag, some friendly, some not so friendly.

It’s one that is just ok, needs maintenance and tender loving care. Over all clean. Poor tasting water, good water pressure. It’s just a gravel lot with sites.

We've stayed here several times, & every time is a challenge. The sites are gravel, & we always have to use levelers to get level side-to-side. We've stayed at several other locations that have concrete pads & charge $35/night. For $83/night, this is not worth it. Camping options seem to be rather limited in this part of Wyoming, but we will find something better & probably less expensive.

My husband and I stayed here for a night while on the way to Colorado. The staff is friendly, they escort you to your campsite, and the bathrooms are clean. One thing to note is the rocks at the campsite are not compact and we had a difficult time leveling.

This was our last stop on our way to week long event in Gillette. Very nice setup. They are making improvements and look forward to going back to see how things change. Great views. More campers came in next to us going to same event. Had great time. Friend took picture of storm clouds and rainbows and happened to capture lightning strike. I'll post if I can get a copy. Definitely a good place to stop.

Stayed one night in a cabin and it was great. Very quite. Showers were clean.
