Great location with ease of access to sites! The view from the campsite was unbeatable and the spaces were large and well maintained. We particularly enjoyed the grassy areas around the campsite that made outdoor activities more comfortable. The hayride and mini golf were great additions to our stay. Staff was friendly! 4th of July festivities were great with talented live music performing.

To start, my sisters family was also camping here and we asked to be put together or across the drive from one another at the time of booking, this was not done. We asked again at check in, and apparently this was to difficult to do, slightly disappointed after driving 900 miles to stay here. This was our 2nd time here. It happened then as well. Don’t expect group accommodation, you won’t get

Perfect location to both enter and explore the park. Excellent KOA store and staff. The grounds are wonderful. My only comment were the showers could use some more timely cleaning attention. TBH it was a holiday period so I am sure keeping up with a full park in the height of the summer season can be a challenge. Highly recommend

We enjoyed the location so close to the park. Wasn’t crazy about being parked in front of an unsightly brown broken storage facility. We liked the camp store and the putt-putt but the putt-putt could have been in better condition. No trees in our area. But, We had fun over all.

My grandkids really loved the park and the amenities. The movie was well positioned by the Tower, so the kids will remember it for a long time.

Really enjoyed that they play Close Encounters of the Third Kind on a screen right below Devils Tower. Pretty cool! Site had a great view as well.

Perfect location to visit Devils Tower. Easy to get in and level site. Hook ups were all working except the sewer was just a hole in the ground, no cover. So many amenities and a large green lawn for tents. I think they have expanded since our first time here. They’re adding on to the office now. They have a cafe and even show, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, every night.

The receptionist needs to be up to date on procedures and customer relations. She didn't know there were sites available when we wanted to adjust our stay. Our site was so small that the neighbors poop pipe was almost under our picnic table. We did love the tent area and fire pits.

Windy weather caused a change in plans, no availability was open for the day prior to our reservation and we were TOLD our reservation was being cancelled with no refund because we stated we would not be there on the planned date. A spot came up later that day for our needed date, we were told since we cancelled there would be no credit. I had to argue to get credit. Ruined our joy unnecessarily

Overall beautiful campground with amazing views. A couple of improvement ideas include fire rings at all sites (not just the tent area), and signage to direct traffic to specific sites, and most importantly exit signs.

It was our third time there and have always enjoyed our stay. Thought the charge for checking in 15 minutes early was a little silly when nothing really needs to be done to an empty site.

As most KOA “premium sites” have some concrete, this campground does not. Pull through is nice, but definitely not any difference in “premium” or “deluxe.” Rusty tables, grassy and gravel areas, but no concrete like other locations for the “premium” standards at KOAs

We appreciated the conveniences afforded by the Devils Tower KOA. Its close proximity to the Devil Tower National Monument was very helpful.

We loved being having a front row seat to Devil's Tower! Staff was Great!! We had fun on the 18 hole Mini Golf course, Thoroughly enjoyed breakfast in your cafe (a 10/10 breakfast sandwich!) and appreciated the bathrooms. Your renovations to your main buildings will be Great when done. All said, the campsites are gravel but well drained; your prices high; but we'd stay again without hesitati

Very nice campground located at the base of Devil’s Tower. Clean bathrooms, large sites, nice store with a restaurant. It's only listed as a Journey, but feels more like a holiday.

Tall grass not mowed at campsite. Grass in gravel at sites. Very dark at night. Can’t see to walk to restrooms or laundry. Make sure you have a flashlight and know where your camper is. Nice view of devils tower from campsites. Very short distance from campsite to devils tower.

I can’t believe this KOA is categorized as a Journey. We added an extra day because there was so much to do at Devils Tower KOA. The rv sites have awesome views of our Nations 1st Monument and the Pool was spectacular! (Better than most Holiday Pools!). They have the movie and hayride & great shopping. We loved the huckleberry ice cream and Indian Taco Dinner. So glad we chose this KOA!!

This KOA was amazing. The view and the setting was awesome. Watching the movie Close Encounters of the Third Kind with the Devil’s Tower in the background was so fun. The only issue we had was that site 69 should not be used for very long RVs. We could not get level with the incline. We arrived pretty early and with their policy of not assigning sites until arrival, we should have been moved.

We stayed here for one night on a roadtrip around the Black Hills. Devil's Tower was one of the highlights of our vacation. I was expecting the KOA to be cramped, loud, and overpriced. It was actually way better than expected. The campground and bathrooms were pretty clean. We were in a van and it was nice that the larger RVs were together in their own area. We had a great view of the Tower. We didn't have time, but I appreciated that there was free mini golf. It was also a great surprise to learn they showed the Close Encounters movie every night. I had wanted to watch it but didn't find the DVD in time for our trip. The staff we interacted with all seemed very nice and helpful. The campground is as close to the Tower as you can be without being in the park.
