This was our 2nd stay. Our first was in 2021 and the staff was very stressed. This visit was so warm and wonderful. The grandkids love the new pool. It was being built in 2021. So they are happy they got to swim in both pools Wonderful staff from groundskeepers to maintenance and of course everyone in the store and café. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

The staff was great. The amenities were first rates, better than the trading post across the road. However, our site was extremely unlevel in pitch and roll. We maxed out our leveling system on the site, between soft ground and slope felt very unstable. When we asked about another site, we were offered a site near where it appeared they were working on the park sewer system.

We stayed in a basic full hook-up (FHU) site but would upgrade to a premium site for an extended stay. Staff were very friendly, and the on-site store had plenty of supplies, gifts, and ice cream. There's a restaurant serving breakfast and dinner. Sites were compact but included grass and a picnic table. We didn't have kids with us, but there's a playground, pool, and mini golf for families.

Could not be a more perfect location. Our site looked right at Devils Tower. Watching Close Encounters of the Third Kind right next to the tower was EPIC!!!

Easy check in. We stayed in a basic cabin. It was clean and comfortable. Bathhouse and bathrooms were clean. We loved the low light conditions for star gazing. Wish we could have spent more time there.

This place is amazing. We did rustic tents which is wide open field just under the tower. The view is spectacular and the whole grounds were well kept and the kids enjoyed the old merry go round. The shower drained slow but the water was hot. Counting down the days to visit again.

Our disappointment was with the sudden changes with restaurant Hours of operation. No notice posted and no place did it say anything. Front desk guy came and banged on our door after we left a negative review about the restaurant and the Hours. Our disappointment was further enhanced by the front desk guy belittling and trying to intimidate my husband. Absolutely the worst customer experience.

The KOA was great! Big sites and great views of Devil’s Tower. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The cafe for breakfast was really good! Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location, both the current location and access but also the history and the connection to the famous movie that was filmed there. Movie night was made special with the brief family history.

Over priced for a small piece of grass and more money for fancy sites We stay at a lot of much nicer KOA sites that are nicer at less proce

Was great to see Close Encounters after hiking around the base of the Tower. You should keep the treat counter open 30-60 minutes longer so people can buy for the movie. Your WiFi is horrible!!!

Porch light keep flickering on and off all night. The bed needs more support at the head of the bed. It felt like I was laying on a pole. Felt like I was going to rolling off bed. I ended up resting at the end of the bed. Our son had a peaceful sleep on the futon.

We had a fantastic time here. Super friendly and accommodating staff, very clean bathrooms and showers, excellent gift shop, well cared for grounds, quiet nights, and the list goes on. The view and accessibility of Devils Tower is unbeatable. I’m not typically a campground kind of camper but this KOA hits the mark. Can’t recommend enough.

Very helpful on arrival as we were walk ins without a booking. Gave us a great site and all the information required for the park. Loved being able to watch the Encounters movie at night time. Maybe Stephen could provide a larger TV and surround sound speakers for future viewings.

When checking into our campsite we found it to be convenient and in a timely manner. We found the campsite to be free of debris and convenient to the water and electical hookups. The bathroom, shower and laundry was clean, organized and well stocked. The staff always greeted us with a welcoming smile and was very helpful in tending to our needs. We would definately visit again.

We had a wonderful & enjoyable stay for the weekend of the Devils Tower Half Marathon! The only recommendation I would have is could you please cushion your seats on your hayride to make it a more enjoyable trip? Especially for the elderly? My 80 year old husband went on the hayride & I was seriously worried about him, that he was not going to be able to handle it while we were out there. Thanks!!

The Devil's Tower KOA is a special place! In addition to the tower, there are beautiful red cliffs and a small river. My husband recently saw a baby beaver in the river. There are plenty of activities available to entertain all kinds of folks. We enjoy the natural beauty most of all. The small cabins are great--we're too old to tent it in a storm!

I twas a short but sweet stay! The view was gorgeous and my skinny 8-year old appreciated the heated pool! Highly recommend!

The bath and shower facilities and locations are marginal for the cost of the campsites. The condition of the sites are average to below average at best. The playground and putt putt golf seemed to be in good condition and would be an attraction for kids and families. More attention should be placed on general ground and facility maintenance.

It was amazing. The staff was very helpful, nice and had great information. The showers were one of the highlights of our visit, tons of hot water, clean and private. The movie was fun and the info prior to the movie was great. Will definitely stay again This was our first KOA visit ever but will not be the last. We loved it.

you put us in site 1, this was next to the back of the store & by the movie theater, very loud/ugly - we had no picnic table and had to ask for one when 2 KOA workers were 50yards away talking but did not notice, there were many other sites further from the store and with much better views that were available, 4 large trucks came in at 7:30am the next morning. We would appreciate a refund!

Great campground, great access to the tower, it was maybe 10 minutes to the visitors center, cool little gift shops, but don't mess around and be late to the shops, everything between 5 and 6.

We camped for 3 nights, and we enjoyed our stay. The campground was clean, and it was big rig friendly. The sites are pretty close together, but that seems typical of a KOA. We were in site 93 which had a bigger “front yard” area, nice shade tree, and views of Devil's Tower. The campground looked like had plenty of activities and amenities for families. We were able to walk into the monument area from the campground which was great!
