Stayed in the deluxe cabin. Mattress was about 4 inches thick, full of crazy springs, and there was a huge gap all the way around. Was the worst sleep i ever got. This is the saddest koa I've ever seen. No chairs outside. No grill.

Bathrooms could be better. Urinal too tall for us short folks! The back area where the camping cabins were could use a night light or 2. We enjoyed the nice chairs and cement patio. Overall a thumbs up

We loved this campground! We stayed in a small cabin with the porch and our view from the porch was Devils Tower, you could even gaze up at it from the bed in the cabin. Stunning views in all directions. The cabin was comfy, the bathrooms were super clean, as well as the showers. Very easy check-in/out process. Everyone coming to Devils Tower should camp here! Highly recommend.

nice time. great people. My only complaint would be that they ran out of huckleberry ice cream. And maybe to start the movie a little earlier. But otherwise, it was great, and we will be back.

The cabins were nice but ours didn’t have much heat. We were traveling with our 3 month old and it was too cold for him. We had to bundle him up and then my parents had a cabin right next to us and their cabin was super warm.

This is a wonderful camping place but up against Devils Tower national Monument. It’s a huge campground. There are so many things to do in the area. I stayed two nights in the basic cabin. The night skies are just awesome. All the campsites have a view of Devil’s tower.

This campground is literally in the shadow of Devils Tower. They have a showing if Close Encounters of the Third Kind every night and Devils Tower is right there behind the screen! Awesome!

The location is awesome, we loved staying at the Devils Tower / Black hills KOA. The campground was busy. The only thing that could have been better is if there were another bathroom and shower facility as there was a wait most times to use the ones there.

Deluxe Cabin was wonderful and Kitchen was well equipped. Nice pool. Curtains in Kichen and bathroom are needed. Wonderful staff!

Well organized, super clean campground. Next door, I mean right beside Devil’s Tower. Not sure how the facilities would be (crowded) in peak season so I would recommend it for more off season. Lots for kids to do and of course the movie was a blast.

It was just what we needed. A fantastic view. The history of the grounds being a filming location before becoming a kampground. The rain cancelled the showing of the movie. We are big travel sticker collectors and not have any Devils Tower KOA stickers was a bit of a bummer. But the movie and the stickers would not prevent us from staying there again. Already planning on making it a family trip!

very nice and the tent sites are flat and have grass and lots of space. unlike other koa where tent sites are not flat and are rocks instead of grass.

The views were nice, and the monument was right there beside you. The KOA on the other hand was extremely understaffed, but they were friendly. The roads were dirt and muddy from rain. Some spots were flooded out. Not the staffs fault, they need more help.

We stayed overnight in one of the small cabins. It was very clean and convenient for our trip to Devils tower. Everything was clean and there were many fun activities for the kids to do!

We stayed in a deluxe cabin and everything was great with the exception of the queen mattress in the bedroom. The box spring seemed adequate while the mattress itself was way too thin to support a person, even one like myself, who wasn't expecting a "Hilton Bed" in a rustic cabin. Upgrade the mattress and my recommendation to a friend would jump to a 10! Kirk Cunningham

Cabin was overpriced and AC didn’t work so hot all night. I was told to take garbage bag to main bin.all that was in it was a water bottle and a Kleenex. The staff had to do no cleaning or pickup. Plus was told to move my car somewhere else because 2 wheels were on the grass campsite when there were multiple vehicles fully on the grass throughout the campground. So a couple things to note: on this trip I stayed at several KOAs leading up to this day I stayed here. What I noted was that the door didn’t close as well as others, left a quarter inch gap. I wish it had the wooden slat door securing mechanisms like Red Lodge, Yellowstone, and Dubois KOAs. I also wish that the electrical outlet was not at the floor level, the ext cord to ac is note in code.

We loved it here! Our cabin had a perfect view of the tower. The store was great, my son loved the ice cream, and the restaurant was delicious. We ate dinner and breakfast there and both were outstanding. We were only staying one night on our way to Montana, but would have loved to stay longer.

We loved it! The cabin was great with a surprise AC unit which was great because of the heat. Showers were hot and easily accessible. 3rd time we have stayed here and we’ll be back.

Stayed one night in a cabin. Was surprised there was a TV in the cabin. My special needs son was excited after being without a screen for 7 days. However after a short time the TV no longer was working. Seemed to be a network problem. This was very disappointing for my son. Also, I considered sleeping in our vehicle because of an odor in the cabin, seemed like there had been a dog in there.

We reserved a tent site but upon arriving to check in bad storms were in the area and we ended up renting a small basic cabin so grateful they had one available it was clean and comfortable a great ending to our 2 week road trip out West the 2 women in the office were so nice and helpful. Campground restrooms ,showers and pool were clean. Very nice campground altogether I’d highly reccomend it.

What a beautiful setting! The ladies at the registration desk were very friendly and the campground was very clean. It was nice to see the pool project completed! Our granddaughters loved being able to swim!

Great campground, great access to the tower, it was maybe 10 minutes to the visitors center, cool little gift shops, but don't mess around and be late to the shops, everything between 5 and 6.

We stayed in a basic full hook-up (FHU) site but would upgrade to a premium site for an extended stay. Staff were very friendly, and the on-site store had plenty of supplies, gifts, and ice cream. There's a restaurant serving breakfast and dinner. Sites were compact but included grass and a picnic table. We didn't have kids with us, but there's a playground, pool, and mini golf for families. Great access to the Devils Tower monument.

We camped for 3 nights, and we enjoyed our stay. The campground was clean, and it was big rig friendly. The sites are pretty close together, but that seems typical of a KOA. We were in site 93 which had a bigger “front yard” area, nice shade tree, and views of Devil's Tower. The campground looked like had plenty of activities and amenities for families. We were able to walk into the monument area from the campground which was great!
