Awesome place! Awesome personnel! Awesome views! Awesome activities! Awesome facilities! If you can't tell, I enjoyed the park. It has to be in the top 5 I've stayed at, especially the view from your camp site. Thank you for having such a great place. My second time staying.

Nice place very close of Devils Tower. Would rate it a 5 but they have a rule that they can’t take an early check in even though the site was empty. Also the roads were very dusty.

Been here before, location is everything. The Hayride is a real blast and definitely worth a few extra bucks. Cafe is pretty good. Gift shop has some nice stuff too.

Overpriced and when we got there 20 minutes before check in they wanted to charge us another $10 for early check in. We declined and waited in their parking lot for 20 minutes. When we were assigned our space it was right next to the dog park even though there were other spaces available that were away from the dog park and they remained open all night.

Was definitely pretty good place to stay. Would benefit by having some 2 room cabins though.

Facilities were nice. Sites are a bit close together and very hard to get to things like restrooms, dumpsters, etc without walking through or very close to someone's site or going the very long way around by the roads.

The park overall looks a bit run down and prices were a bit high. But….the hay rack ride was fantastic!

Had a wonderful time. The best access to Devils Tower and close enough to the Black Hills to be able to go to Mt.Rushmore. Although we went on a busy weekend, staff were nice and helpful, and the entire place was clean and welcoming!

The location was great, in the shadow of the Devil’s Tower. If people checking us in, and escorting us to our site were very courteous. Actually, all of the KOA staff were wonderful. We wish the wagon ride could have began at 7 PM instead of six as it got quite warm. And it would’ve been great had the pool been ready to use.

Absolutely wonderful! The staff was so polite and helpful. We broke down 2.3 miles away and had to be towed to the campground and upon arriving and check-in Jerry? hooked us up with a mechanic who was willing to visit on-site and check out the car. The movie night was great with chairs already laid out. The bathrooms were clean, park and free mini golf since their pool was closed. It was GREAT!

We don’t get to pick our site with the app. They seem to put us in less than desirable sites. I’d like to be able to pick my site.

Stayed here 3 nights but 2 would have been enough. The wifi is spotty and there isn't a lot to do right by there except go up to the monument. You can get to Sturgis and Deadwood within an hour or so from there if you want. Park is clean and the view of the monument from the park is fantastic. Overall it was a good stay. Four stars is because of wifi issue.

The reason I give only 2 stars was due to the rude attitude of all but one employee there. Bad attitudes except for the nice lady who checked us in. The man who “guided” us to our site never acknowledged our presence behind him, taking off before we could even put the truck in gear, but never even pointing out our site as he blew past it. Never checked to make sure we were good with it.

Not "tent friendly". No grass tent pad, as advertised. Ground was like concrete, had to drive in my tent pegs with a rock. No shade at my site.

Nice, bit the pool was not open and really need to try and use something to keep the dust down on the roads. Hard to sit outside and enjoy the outdoors and great view of the tower with all the dust.

This is a great location to visit Devils Tower. However, although we were told the site was premo for a view there were tall trees in the way. We paid a bit more for the foliage view it seems. But getting to the Tower was easy. The site was not worth the 80+. The pool was closed but we were told put put golf was unlimited.

What can you say its Devils Tower. Camping at the base of the Tower is pretty impressive in it self. Everyone was friendly and helpful at the camp ground and its excellent store restaurant. Went on a can't miss hay ride with the management chipping in about the great history ,family that live there and operate the park as well as raise cattle. It is a well run RV park and great food cheap price

The ambassador that takes you to your site left A LOT to be desired. He didn't even stop to see if we needed anything or had any questions on the site. The pool was not open which was a disappointment. The lady in the registration kiosk was awesome!

Beautiful location, we loved the nightly showing of Close Encounters of the Third Kind with Devils Tower as the outdoor screen backdrop. I wish the roadways in the campground were gravel or paved, there was a lot of dust kicked up by vehicles traveling in the park. I was looking forward to swimming in the pool, I wish we had known it was closed.

Love this area. Good KOA but unless you plan on driving to see other things, a few days is all you need here to hike the tower. Close Encounters movie is still shown nightly, but the evening hayride depends if people sign up and, due to contractor problems, the pool is still not usable (2-3 years and counting).

My wife and I stopped in for a night so we could visit Devils Tower the next morning. The campground was awesome and the hosts were very friendly.

My husband and I were delivering freight nearby. I will confess I actually had no idea we were so close to Devils Tower. I'm always moved by our spectacular surroundings and just how special this great nation of ours truly is!!!

Great place to camp if you want to be close to the Devils Tower. We drove in when it was dark and reserved a front spot. The view we had the next morning was stunning! The bathrooms were super clean and the dining area had some delicious choices for breakfast.
