Had an amazing weekend with all the activities to do! Kids enjoyed every second of the trip.

The roads are very rough and not nice to even walk on. Lots of sharp rocks and dusty when cars drive past. Also our site was very dirty, lots of dirt tracked into our camper. Utilities were not laid out very well. I tripped over a water spigot several times.

The shower situation is unacceptable. They are old and gross. There is no room to get dressed. There is a tiny area to stand in outside the shower, but it is all wet from the shower. EVERY other KOA I have stayed in has a larger shower room with a bench to sit on to put on socks and shoes. II had to lean on a wet (and dirty) wall to dry my feet and put on my socks and shoes. Disgusting,

I didn't know there was a Halloween spook trail and so many kids. I would have had candy for trick or treaters had I known. Things quieted down very nicely for a busy campground.

The roads and campsites could use some work. THE roads are full of potholes and the campsite cold use more gravel

The section we stayed in is in need of some serious cleanup including fixing the roads which are full of potholes and mud from the recent rain. Sites are close together and roads are narrow. The other side of the campground looks much cleaner with more space between sites. I wouldn't stay here again.

Beautiful campground with lake and lots of activities! We really enjoyed the trail around the lake! Staff was helpful and kind!

Beautiful park with a nice walking trail around the lake. Staff was very helpful accommodating a request for a last minute site change. We had so much fun during a Halloween weekend. The staff was so friendly and hard working.

Nice campground, especially for families...lots to do for kiddos. Out front sites are easy for larger rigs/trailers to access. My only complaint is the price.

We’ve stayed here multiple times the past several years when we come up for Michigan games. The staff is phenomenal! Although we don’t partake in the activities they do for families and kids, they do an outstanding job with multiple activities, especially around Halloween. Great family environment and again, the staff is amazing!

Nice place. Lots of foliage. Easy to get around. I tried the showers, Telephone booth size, worst is no place to sit and undress...try that with a bad knee. Sat on shower lip, ouch. Tried another inside near laundry, at least a seat. Both shower had hot/cold reversed...typical an amateur mistake.

The campground was nice with room between campsites. The people I met, both staff and other campers, were friendly. The campground had many things set up for kids and families to do.

Prices are to high. You charged $50 to save our site which is ridiculous when it used to be $ 30.00 and you also charged us $5.00 for our dog????? We already paid for the site. We have never been to a campground that charged extra for the dog. We have been going there for over 30 years and never seen prices so high so we will not be coming back

October is always fun for the kids with Halloween. So much to do. Was a little disappointed that this year all the kids didn’t get a treat for participating in the costume contest like they did last year. The kids were upset they didn’t win anything. Some of the older kids were bullying the younger ones at the play area. Again a disappointment. But otherwise the stay was good.

The trick or treating was great. Staff was helpful and the other campers were friendly. I just wish there was more than one bathroom. That's a long walk.

Friendly staff from arrival to departure. Grounds and Bathroom always clean. Convenience store had anything we needed. Gas, Food and stores near by if needed. All in all, another good stay at Ann Arbor KOA!

Hi. We stayed at site 94. For some reason our site had a morgue smell to it that would come and go. Our check in was a little dicy. At first they couldn’t find our reservation. Then said it was for a different weekend but after I showed her my email confirmation she found us. Overall we had a great time. We enjoyed the activities. We didn’t end up using the showers because no dry space. Cya ag

Didn’t have the KOA feel at all. We requested a waterfront site. Arrived and were routes to a non waterfront site that was occupied already. Called the office and was told there were no waterfront sites available even though we observed several open all weekend. Placed in an area where it appeared seasonal campers were. No cement. A literal mud pit when it rained. Stacked like sardines.

The stay was fine, but after paying $200 for the weekend and spending over $200 for candy.Just didn't feel right that I would have to spend another 70 or $80 to get my daughter.My grandchildren and my nieces in the park to trick or treat.I started coming to the campground in 05 and stopped when they started $5 a person. I know it might not mean much, but this might be my last time for sure.

It was fine but the roads and grounds were not well maintained. They need to invest more time in the little things. Facilities were fine generally. Tons of things to do for kids.

It was awesome !! Had a spot by the dog park which was very helpful. Enjoyed all of the special Halloween things they had going on with our grandson.

Staff are great and the location is very good, but the roads and sites could use some grading and some serious gravel replacement. Everything becomes very muddy after even a short rain. The Wi-Fi was also very poor during my stay and at times my cell data was faster.

Great campground! Clean and very well kept. We enjoyed walking by the Lake. Great location. Not far from Ford Museum about 35 minutes away and Buddy’s Detroit Style Pizza was fabulous!

KOA's may have a bad rep over consistency but I've been lucky enough to stay in what I'd wager the best one of all the KOA's. The staff here is what makes it special and there's Hershey ice cream available.

We had been regulars at another nearby KOA for the past 15 years however due to some changes there, we decided to try out this Detroit/Ann Arbor KOA. What a surprise. We love it. The sites were great, the staff was great, the fishing was great, everything was awesome. Last weekend was our second Halloween weekend there and we had such a great time. Even the camp store passed out candy during trick or treating. We can't wait to come next summer to try out the water slide.

The camp ground was super clean. Our campsite was overlooking a lake and it was beautiful. We went during the Halloween weekend, tons Oslo stuff foe the kids. We have already made plans to return
