We have stayed here several times when visiting Ann Arbor and Detroit. It is convenient to the places we like to visit and it is quiet.

This campground charges about 15% more than other KOAs that we have or will be staying at and THE ONLY ONE that charges extra for amenities that are FREE at other KOAs. RIP OFF! We were disappointed in our site in that it was mostly all dirt (and muddy when it rained) and the roads were deplorable. Please get yourselves up to the KOA standards. Definitely a disappointment.

Great place for families, lots of fun things available. The lodge was great, but the gas grill was not working well and was dirty. Kitchen could use some additional skillets for cooking. Otherwise excellent! Customer service was quite nice with exception of one person in store managing the desk.

Lost a stabilize rod could not find it the stay was a madina voige tried some things but slept very well all was good

Quiet, beautiful campground with a large lake. People were in the lake all day. They played on the giant blowup slide and more.

Good location for hitting the sites we wanted to see. The campground was dusty and lots of pot holes that need to be fixed in the driving paths (which they started doing the morning we left). The space was big enough for us and all the hook-ups worked fine. We were fairly close to the laundry but all the dirt roads got really muddy with the rain.

There is a nice trail for walking around the lake. We didn't get to use the amenities other than that because the office is only open from 9 - 5, though. It's convenient to Ann Arbor so there is plenty to do in the area. The bathrooms were pretty far away from the tent area, and some of the washers didn't work but overall it was fine for what we needed it for.

The worst KOA we have ever stayed in! The sites were dirty. We were there 2 nights and lost power 2 times. No one answered our calls. But the worst part was the pot holes. We've been KOA members for several years and have never had such a bad experience!

Loved the actual KOA the deluxe cabin was so adorable the cabin itself could have been cleaner we did have to wipe counters and clean the shower but other than that it was a great place to stay we enjoyed ourselves and will be back!

We like the campground and location. My grandkids enjoyed being able to fish right off the back of our campsite. The roads need major help, though!! The potholes were huge!! There was also quite a bit of noise at night on Friday and Saturday. Thankfully, Sunday night was quieter and we were able to catch up on our sleep!

There were several incidents with other campers during our stay. The staff did not follow up, nor return my phone call. We understand you cannot control what people do, but the lack of any sort of follow up is not acceptable.

It was very loud after "quiet time". The pit bull on the corner lot barked non-stop and no one that works there seems to care. Don't put in your "rules and regulation" that there is a quiet time and that dogs must be well behaved if you don't care what happens.

The staff was friendly and very kind. The camp ground is beautifully set against the lake with clear traffic directions posted. The pot holes in the dirt road were a bit of an annoyance when driving around the camp ground. some confusion about the amenities like the jump pad and mini golf because it was located in the area that was gated and locked until an attendant was present for paid extras.

Camper sites where zig and zag the shade was nice but why I’m I paying all this money to stay there and the kids stuff is extra money!!!! Staff was nice but that’s about it.

Nice campground. The site was nice, but getting into it was a problem for my size of rig. If I was not able to pull straight through the site behind me, I would have never been able to make the turns with the trees and the posts in the way. Potholes in road need to be filled.

I wouldn’t recommend this location. Upon arrival we were told our site was probably double booked. Luckily they had a very small site that seemed to be one regular sized site split into two we shared with another fam We didn’t have a picnic table or fire ring. Victoria was a star for us this past weekend. She was kind and went out of her way to help us to obtain another night of stay in our little tent. The campsite was so full that we didn’t think it’d be possible. Thank you again Victoria! Also, the man who kept the jumping balloon safe did an excellent job! So many today won’t discipline kids, but he did so safely by putting them into time out

The roads need work! Many big holes to navigate. When I checked in, the staff members could barely be bothered, unusual for KOAs. The staff member parked next to us left lights on all night, making it hard to sleep.On the plus side, the park is a great place for kids, a beautiful place to be. Some sites are very dark. while others in bright sunlight. If you like to fish, it's a great location.

Our campsite was very small and a mud pit. There was no gravel, only mud. The roads throughout the park are dirt with potholes everywhere. The showers were very small also. I did enjoy the lake, waterslide and Tai Chi class.

Roads were rough, sites too close together, and didn't appreciate paying for bouncy house for 3 and 4 year old grandchildren. Staff was very nice.

Staff very helpful and friendly ( Linda with fun green nails!). Great location and wonderful to discover how close it was to Belleville, MI. Will definitely recommend it.

Other than the potholes our stay was terrific. The staff and management were very proactive in helping resolve an issue we encountered. There were lots of activities available for children and adults.

The roads had water filled craters. The water pipe for the site next to ours apparently had an underground leak that formed a mud puddle and caused me to slip and fall. I was told it was from the rain and would dry up yet we arrived on a Thursday and by Saturday morning the site was drying up but the puddle was growing and spreading under our rug towards our camper door. Lost power for some time

Our site was shaded but muddy to the point we could not be outside much. Our fire ring was nearly burned through. Maneuvering out of our site was difficult due to the one way roads. The showers were useable but in bad need of refurbishment. The cost of firewood and the water amenities were quite high. We will explore other options in the area next time.

Worse KOA I have seen in 20 years of camping. All roads full of deep water holes , mud everywhere. Was assigned a site way too short for my equipment, took 45 minutes to get in and get out to another site. Will never go back, even if it would be free.

Sites are really close together, lots of shade so very little grass even between sites. Everything was clean. We had a good rain storm & there are many areas on the roads that could use some gravel as large puddles remained after several dry days
