The people are great, so friendly and Nate already very helpful. The only issue is no internet so had to purchase hotspot on my phone. Not very happy about that.

Very muddy, used my truck to go places looks like I hanve been 4 wheel driving. It would be nice if water wasn’t standing. Some people’s sites were surrounded by water. We had a lot of rain They should have been ready.

WATER FLOODED UP THE THREE STEPS TO THE DOOR OF MY CAMPER. I was the only site in my area to flood. I understand it was a terrible storm but thesite was so low it was almost inside all the up to my door. I realize others flooded but none like mine. It was dangerous to be walking in up to my knees in water to save my things and camper. The employees basically said stuff happens, have fun.

Roads in bad repair, sites small and poorly laid out, need much stricter standards for permanent sites (very junky and unkept). Hope new owners can improve this campground. Staff was excellent

I asked to please not be parked in a mud hole with little to no grass around. That’s exactly what happened there were other spots that were in better shape for a weeks stay. They need to invest in gravel for the roads and camp sites know what the area is like.

Our first time here. The campground and facilities were clean and planned activities for the kids. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the karaoke. Only downer was the extra cost for water features and extras right outside the playground. Feel at least the jumping pillow should have been free since the little ones are not able to go on most of the other attractions.

We weren’t excited about the karaoke, but very pleased that it shut down at 10:00 and we had quiet after that.

Lovely stay. Site was easy to back into, the whole campground was clean and I even got to see what I think was an eagle and eaglet flying around the lake.

Enjoyed our stay have stayed here many times. How ever the mud everywhere was terrible. The site they put us in had a huge mud puddle in it, so got a different site. They were adding gravel to the roads but that didn’t really solve the issue. Other issue was the karaoke on Saturday night. Way Too loud, drove us inside to get away from the bad singing. We enjoyed the friendly staff, scenery, and KOA amenities like the showers and gift shop. We wish the roads had fewer potholes and puddles.

We had a great time and very relaxing along the lake. There was only one problem with are stay the sewer was in the front mine is in the back. I wish there were a way to know where to find out where the sewer line is when ordering online. We will be back great park.

This is a terrible site! Has been allowed to deteriorate. Nothing but a mud hole even after the rain had stopped for several days. Not up to KOA standards. We should receive at least a partial refund. Mud outside our door was constantly tracked in. We asked to be moved but management claimed there was no other site available. Showers were barely tolerable. Present management should be fired!

My kids nicknamed it “the Smoker Friendly KOA” and that sums it up. The cabin was filthy and reeked of smoke. The bathrooms were super dirty. The amenities all cost money, even the bouncy pillow. The parking floods with the tiniest rain. I am ashamed to reccomend the KOA brand due to this location. Will not be back. It is a giant ash tray.

A complete lack of rock/gravel on both the roads and individual campsites makes this place a mud pit any time that it rains.

Two night stay for visiting the Ford Museum. Tried to make phone reservations at Ann Arbor KOA but was unsuccessful - no one returned call.

It was a very rainy week. However, the roads need to be maintained so there’s not huge mud puddles throughout the park. Wonderful facility for kids and families

My only complaint is paying for wristbands when the camping cost per night is already quite high. I understand charging for visitors but it seems like registered campers should be allowed to partake in the extra activities without being charged extra.

1 set of bathrooms - has 4 main shower stalls and 4 bathroom stalls plus 2 shower stalls & 2 washrooms in the same building. We have never been to this large of a KOA that did not have more than one washroom area. Very long way for people on the opposite ends of the campground. Have to drive and no parking because they allow day passes that take all parking spots. Extremely inconvenient!

We stayed on site 85 which was level and stayed mostly dry, but after half hour downpour of rain the roads had many large ponds and many sites were under water. Our circuit breaker had to be replaced also because of constantly tripping, old electrical system! The park need some TLC, like I said many of the roads and sites were covered in rain water. Yards of gravel would solve these issues!

We loved everything about our stay except for all the mud we had when parking our car at site 027. The boys wanted me to ask if there’s anyway to get an updated basketball back board :)

Stayed in site near the lake. Nice trees and shade. Bigger rigs want to be sure there is room for the rig as some sites are a little narrow in that section. Other bigger sites are available however

Not up to KOA standards for the price of a site. Definitely will not return to this campground. Staff not very personable. Very much needs an update. No vaulted toilets. Only one location for restrooms and showers. Very dated and need to be cleaned on a more regular basis. Roads in very rough shape.

Enjoyed stay! Friendly staff, loved the store and ice cream and ongoing activities for all ages. I was unclear about garbage clickup and golf cart rental so telling folks about that in checkin would be good. I will definitely be back though!

Has the potential to be a great campground. Is in a great location, some spots backing right up to the lake. All the roads and pads are dirt unfortunately (not gravel). It had rained quite a bit right before we arrived and the entire campground was a mud pit. Also, some of the spots which are advertised as being pull through for travel trailers really aren't. Bring your trailer parking skills.

Campground is clean and family friendly. Staff is friendly and check in and out is easy. This is our third year coming here for the air show and we will be back again.

We like KOA. We consider these our safe bets when traveling. But this KOA was awful. As soon as we got there we drove our camper through various deep water mud holes to get to the spot. The golf cart guy took us to our campsite which was a huge pond. As soon as you open your camper door you walk into a huge pool of water. Refused to give us another campsite. We will be rethinking our koa options

Just stayed with my family over the weekend! Beautiful and serene environment right by the water. Definitely would recommend it!
