Dirty shower. They need to pave or put down gravel , as it had rained and there was mud everywhere. Our Uber driver even charged us extra because we had muddy shoes. Plenty for kids to do, but did not feel like a Holiday KOA.

Highly dissatisfied with the condition of this KOA campground. If you read some other reviews other than mine, the road conditions are absolutely unacceptable. It is NOT a gravel road. It’s COMPLETELY mud. If it was gravel no amount of weather would affect the mud. It’s reported on other bad reviews that the weather is the issue. It’s NOT. There’s NO gravel on the road and pots hol

Campground needs a lot of updating, only 3 sites available that have the paved patio section. Kids obstacle course, has is much sand on it it’s disgusting, rained on our last day and it was a complete muddy mess. Seasonal campers with their dogs fighting and barking 24/7. And ripping the side by sides up and down all hours of the day. The staff were super nice and friendly.

This was my 2nd visit from three years ago stayed in a different area. Last spot I couldn’t even hook up my sewer host it was so far away. This is a very expensive place for what it is. WiFi worked great. Staff was friendly. Staff helped me out when there was a car parked in my campsite and I couldn’t get in. He was very helpful and friendly. This was a one and done for me not worth 88 per nig

Nice campground. Need to provide trash pickup. Staff was friendly and helpful. Campsite had large hole needing filled but was adequate and roomy. Overall very happy

Staff was very friendly. The site in the water was fabulous. Lots of activities, campground convenient to alot of shopping, tourist attractions, etc. the only issue we had was some of the roads in the campground were narrow for big rigs.

Site we had was very tight hard to get into because of large trees at both ends not good for a class A towing a car. Roads needed lots of help very rough with lots of pot holes. Staff was great at check in.

I was at site 106, this was a great site. I enjoyed my stay there and the staff was nice and helpful in the store.

The staff are really nice and pretty much all new. We've been coming for a number of years even when it was Detroit Greenfield. We like the site we stayed at #19 and usually try to get it. Only thing is the prices are starting to get out of hand. Oh and one more thing my wife ended up getting her legs all bit up by Chiggers. At least 50 bites, so she has been miserable.

It was fun- a great campsite. Firepit is a little small and close to the road but overall despite the rain we had a great time.

Our site was incredibly small. We have stayed at this KOA before and had a bigger site, but this time felt very claustrophobic. Also, a $50 fee to select your site is ridiculous.

Campground is quiet overnight. One stall in the women's bathroom had a brown substance smeared all over its walls. The gravel in the sites needs a leveling refresh, some low spots are happening.

It is an older campground which is family and pet friendly; little grass; in the RV campsite areas; mostly gravel and dirt. Nice lake.

The front desk person gave us the wrong directions to be able to enter our pull through site which meant circling the campground. It also happened to another camper who pulled in after us which caused them to have to back into their spot. Not much gravel on the site more packed down dirt. The shower had mold around the floor and walls. Dump station valve located high and very dirty rinse hose

The campground and the staff was great. The showers need a little work on. They were not as clean as I anticipate. NOR was bathrooms.

The campground is OK (just OK) as a basic place to stay in the Ann Arbor / Detroit area. Updates are needed to the main bulding, which is getting rather old and run down. More gravel and grading of the roadways are also needed. Considering the price, it’s surprising that the campground is getting run down. On a positive note, the staff at the office were very pleasant, friendly and helpful.

Lots of things for kids to do. We didn’t bring kids but it was fun to watch. The pull through site was nice but we couldn’t pull through to get out because of all the trees so had to back out. Also very little grass around camper area.

Everything was great. My tent site could have been bigger I felt like I was on top of my neighbors. The bathrooms were nasty and my shower was not working.

The campground is mostly dirt/sand. It is a mess when it rains. The sites and roads could use gravel. The the washers and dryers in the laundry room need a good cleaning or should be replaced. The staff in the office were really nice and helpful.

All the staff were very friendly. The beach is clean and nice. Showers and bathrooms could use some work but the shower is hot at least. There were many ants at our campsite. All over the tent and somehow getting in, we are very bit up from the ants.

We stayed for 3 nights. Campground was very clean. We had a beautiful site right on the lake so the kids could fish. We would definitely stay here again.

We choose the campground due to the proximity to our daughter. We will come back again but will choose a different larger site. Staff was great. The pull through shaded sites is convenient, but way to narrow, those sites should be double the width. We were sitting 6 inches away from the neighbor's sewer, water and electric. Also, all fire pits should be moved to front or back of sites away RV's.

Most sites dont have much gravel left just dirt so when it rained the site I was in was a literal mud pit. On a positive note the manager was very nice and helped me out.

The staff was super. The store was well stocked with camper accessories. They had a UPS drop-off and pick up bin to send AND receive packages. Sites were fairly spacious. Lovely lake but no pool. We were there only 2 nights. One day there was no water because of a city water shutoff - not the campgrounds fault. But we could do our laundry the next day in their facility. It was wonderful.

Stayed with grandsons 7 and 10. They wanted to stay longer. Heidi, Maggie,Bill and Yaz were all very helpful and friendly. Will be back

KOA's may have a bad rep over consistency but I've been lucky enough to stay in what I'd wager the best one of all the KOA's. The staff here is what makes it special and there's Hershey ice cream available.

We had been regulars at another nearby KOA for the past 15 years however due to some changes there, we decided to try out this Detroit/Ann Arbor KOA. What a surprise. We love it. The sites were great, the staff was great, the fishing was great, everything was awesome. Last weekend was our second Halloween weekend there and we had such a great time. Even the camp store passed out candy during trick or treating. We can't wait to come next summer to try out the water slide.

The camp ground was super clean. Our campsite was overlooking a lake and it was beautiful. We went during the Halloween weekend, tons Oslo stuff foe the kids. We have already made plans to return
