Wasn’t there long so didn’t check out everything. The roads have some of the worst potholes I have encountered. Also, the holes were full of muddy water which made them more of a problem

It had rained when we arrived. The roads were a muddy mess as well as our site. We barely managed to get to our site with the directions that were given to us. We have a long motorhome with a tow. We barely managed to get through the trees. Suggest adding gravel to roads and sites and having a golf cart with an employee take you to your site like many other parks do.

It was a nice campground. The fire pits were extremely small. The blow up toy on the water needed air. My 10 year old could use the slide because it didn't have enough hair to hold his weight when he got to the top. He is a normal size 10 year old at 90lbs. My 14 year old also couldn't use it. The side was kind of dirty with garge on the site from previous campers. The staff was friendly.

Showers were mildewed and hardly clean in general. The porta-pot just across from our cabin had not been serviced for several weeks. The waste was almost at the level of the seat. Overall, the campground was not as well maintained as I would have expected.

Peaceful, calm campground. I think the lakeside site we stayed at was one of the most beautiful sites we have ever had. And we have been camping for 25+ years! Our 11 yr old son loved the water slide and the inflatable water park.

Loved camping there. However we had to pay for bracelets each day that wasn’t included in our stay. Which made staying a bit more expensive. The braclet should have been included in the price for the weekend.

The campground roads had a lot of holes. There was only 1 bathroom and it was badly in need of attention. The showers were a roe outside with little privacy or dressing area. The wifi did not work.

Filthy restrooms, roads are filled with potholes and are very narrow. Campsites are either muddy or dusty. Office staff were very helpful, but maintenance staff have more work than they can do.

We had a premium pull through site. The site has potential but was all dirt or mud in wet weather. Tight pulling in for 40’ FW. Staff speed through site regularly. Noise after quiet hours was very disturbing. Staff seemed to want to play more than work. Road work took, big spikes, left spikes up and in a public traveled area by lake and boat ramp. Needed a place to hook up for the night en route to the Henry ford museum. This location was good for that. Was disappointed the camp store closed so early.

I was very disappointed in this KOA. I paid premium for lake view & put in a spot so narrow that I couldn't open both my awning and slide. Worse, while the water and electric were at the back of the site, the sewer connection was all the way at the front unlike the other sites. Extra long sewer hose & reattaching truck to trailer to move it forward was required, narrowing the site even further.

The campsite could be such a nice place if it were better maintained. Unfortunately, the restrooms were old, cramped and dirty. The hiking trail marked and advertised on the campground map is also not maintained. The staff was very friendly. Too bad, but a better rating was not possible.

Not much different from when I stayed there 2 years ago. The store is a disaster it was nicer under the previous owners. At least the previous owners enforced quiet hours. Most amenities have not been improved since KOA took over. I wanted to like it better this time but I don't. We will not be back

The crew, the management does whatever it takes to make sure your stay is the best. The KOA is clean. Stayed over two weeks and will be back next year. Luv U guys!! :)

Everything was fine except for check-in. John at check-in was not helpful in providing directions to site and information on churches in area.

It was a fun, relaxing weekend. The kids were busy the entire time. No complaining about being bored. They were in the water most of the time. It was a great experience.

Ann Harbor Koa is unfortunately the worst Koa we have used. The people at the reception are distant. the reception is to be renovated. The land seems abandoned. bad road, full of mud. gravel grounds not much greenery. This Land really needs attention.

If you like condo camping then this is your place. We rented a cabin and there was a camper and tents really close like they were stuck in there just to get money. It was not the best at all. We have been to many KOAs over the years and this was by far one we will not return to. Next time we will go back to the other KOA up north in Michigan.

This CG is run down, crowded and very rustic (except of course for all the blowup kid toys). The national forest at $20/night keeps their CG spaces nicer than this one. This is no KOA holiday. They’ve taken trees out I guess to make more room to turn into spaces but left the stumps - hazards for late night arrivals or after dark dog walking. The space was too small despite early reservations.

it would have been 5 stars but... the person cutting the lawn threw a stone at my rv. i suggest you put the grss guard down instead of blocked up to prevent that in the future. luckly, i found no damage from the rock.

My only complaint is that everything costs money. the price went up for visitors to come in. The kids play area cost money as well. The kids activities cost money too. My 9 year old said everything in this place cost $10...if a kid can see it you got a problem. Just helpful criticism, think the water stuff should be included since its just the kids playing on it.

Cabin for 8 was small. Better for 6. When it rains everything floods. Hardly any grass on sites causing muddy holes. koa but no weekly planned activities for children. Store was ghetto and bare. Most older staff were rude and seems like they don't know their job. Watched cleaning crew clean the cabin next to us and it only took 20 min to clean. So how clean is it really?

A large campground with a lake for swimming. Spacious. Lots of things to do for kids. Convenient to The Henery Ford and the museum of flight at Willow Run. Shaded or open sites. Convenient to shopping.

This is where my son in law and daughter are staying. They give it a 4 thumbs up rating. They love the birds, including geese and swans

Nice spot by the lake. We were lucky it was dry but I think it would get very muddy if raining. Too many potholes. Descriptions of facilities are exaggerated relative to the quality we observed. That said, Kids seem to love the giant pillow jumping activity - it was never empty.
