The roads need to be paved. Very dusty. Overall a nice place to stay.

Bathroom too far from site. There was a porta potty, but thats not what i feel i pay for. Trash bin too far from site. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The roads are terrible in the park, the wooded section is mostly dirt with some gravel. The maintenance people drive golf carts constantly through the park which is very noisy since the carts are not electric.trail around lake needs groomed but it is possible. Looks like a lot of locals and some are in need of TLC. lots of kids.

The staff were very nice and helpful. We appreciate the ability to get packages there. However the roads are horrendous. Almost to the point of not coming back of not fixed.

The campground staff were very friendly and helpful and the bathrooms were well maintained and very clean. it was also very nice to see all the family fun activities offered over the weekend.

Nice place and setting. All dirt, no grass in the wooded sites. Poor directions from web site. Roads in poor shape.

I did a couple of my favorite things last weekend. Camping and Tiger baseball. I got to camp and watch the Tigers Clinch, a playoff spot at Comerica Park. Priceless

We were assigned a “shady” spot. It should be described as uneven dirt rimmed with protruding tree roots. Going out our door was almost on top of a tree and the neighbor’s hook ups. The fire ring was next to the picnic table and both were sandwiched in between us and the next camper. Couldn’t really use. Dirt is everywhere. The sites and roads are pure dirt. Not up to par for a Holiday KOA. Looked unkempt, no gravel on roads and lots of potholes.

Assigned #203 THE SMALLEST site (picnic table on top of adjacent site's sewer hookup) even though many others weren't used during our 3 day stay. Many people used leaf blowers on sites Saturday and Sunday as late as 7pm with little regard for others around them. Sunday night one group was loud and kids playing until at least 1130. Showers were fairly clean with warm water but tiny and cramped.

Too much sand and blowing dirt from RV units speeding down the entrance road that ran right past our campsite (Site 88).

I look forward to seeing their improvements in the coming years. Hopefully, they are considering a nice bath house similar to the KOA in Dayton and Hoking Hills.

Suited ours needs as the main reason for stay was close to Ford museum. Was nicely treed, safe and quite. Showers outside need updating and indoor showers are tiny. Biggest problem is the dirt roads. Dustiest cg we've ever stayed at and the dust is so fine our trailer is filthy inside and out. I see many reviews mention the road conditions and have for at least 2 years and it is not improved.

The restrooms were awful, dirty and small, there was a ton of road dust. The management was nice and the kids from other units seemed to be having a loud and great time.

Unfriendly staff, very little gravel in rv site, and the entire park is more dirt than gravel…no pavement anywhere! Office was unkempt and people waited in line a long time to be served. I could never recommend this location, and it is by far the worst I had ever seen.

Nice staff and location is ideal of visiting UM Ann Arbor. But campground is tired and in desperate need of some landscaping. Way too dusty. Plant some grass!!

Staff was friendly and kind, everything was clean and functional, kids loved the beach and the playground! The only "complaint" was that we wish there was more space or hedges or something between sites. Really a great campground though and we'll be back soon!

It was a quick stay, but staff at the KOA were very professional, knowledgeable of the facility there and accommodating. Would like to return sometime and take advantage of the amenities!

We love staying here because it is convenient for us while attending functions at University of Michigan. Shawn in particular has been very helpful accommodating our schedule and needs. My dogs and I enjoy walking around the lake and seeing the swans!

Needs lots of updating. Bathrooms old shoddy, terrible dust issue everywhere. No wi-fi would not recommend this park to anyone.

The people are friendly and helpful. However, spot 48 is much too small and constrained by trees to be a back in site for a 30' trailer. Requested and was granted a move to 129 (thanks!), but the power didn't work. It was repaired quickly, however.

Maybe it’s just me, but I never stayed in such a dusty RV facility before. The roads are dirt the RV sites are dirt., When cars would go by it would kick up so much dust our neighbors car it was right next to us maybe was there for a while but you couldn’t hardly tell what color it was.. Luckily, we left before a rainstorm come otherwise you would be in nothing but mud. Not trying to be critic

The road material was degraded to a point that made the entire park a dust bowl. Also with a light breeze the oak trees rained down acorns that sound like gunfire all night. The lake had stagnant water, no safe to swim in. The worker were nice.

Great location. Too much dust from vehicles on the entrance road. My camper and truck were covered after 3 days.

Very dusty roads. They level them using a tractor that pulls a device that scrapes up high points of gravel and deposits it into lower level areas.. It works but this method and cars put a lot of dust into the air. Pave or calcium chloride the roads to lock-in the dust and you’re 9.5 out of 10. Don't and you’re 6 out of 10. Nice lake and playground area.

The younger staff are the only good thing about this place. They treat you with respect which is strange for the generation. The rest of the staff not so much. So many rules and guidelines. Don't take your dog. If you do dont bathe it. You might not get it on a leash fast enough and get yelled at. Which will sadly result in you being kicked out if you have any sort of backbone. Good riddance.

Half the staff shouldn't be there. Shaun takes loyalty seriously though. He will lie to backup his workers. If they belittle you or talk down to you, just take it. They will abuse their authority and remove you if you say anything back. Do what they say, not what they do.

I realize the weather was very dry, but you need to pave the driveway through the campground. The dust flying around was unbearable! The walnuts, acorns & hickory nuts dropping on cars, trucks & campers was constantly loud & disturbing!

This place has great potential, all it needs is a new owner or manager who cares about maintenance and cleaning. A good place to start would be to completely gut the toilet and shower rooms and start fresh, they are terrible! The worst shower of any KOA. The trash looks like it wasn’t emptied in two weeks. The roadways are not gravel or sand but dust with someone driving a tractor around making

So chill and peaceful, even with the falling walnut fruit haha. Can't wait to come back next year. Chill camp ground. No one harassing you to go in your camper at quiet time. Allowed our electric scooters. Full hook up on the lake was the best!

The staff are very helpful and go beyond to ensure your stay awesome. The park, covered with shady, majestic oak trees is beautiful with a sparkling lake. The sites are generously sized to accommodate large RVs, an extra vehicle and extra room and quiet. I don’t have kids but I have never seen so many things for them to do!

A large campground with a lake for swimming. Spacious. Lots of things to do for kids. Convenient to The Henery Ford and the museum of flight at Willow Run. Shaded or open sites. Convenient to shopping.

Nice spot by the lake. We were lucky it was dry but I think it would get very muddy if raining. Too many potholes. Descriptions of facilities are exaggerated relative to the quality we observed. That said, Kids seem to love the giant pillow jumping activity - it was never empty.
